Just came for an oil change and got met with a rude worker. Came in, pulled into the stall and a male worker with a tribal tattoo on his forearm, rudely asked my dad to open the hood! in a ignorant tone. Mind you we were the only customers there. Then he asks if we're gonna stay in the car or go into the waiting room which we said we're gonna wait in the room, which he replies "Then go inside and sit down." Wow just wow and the icing on the cake is when we got the sticker for our next oil change and it read "100,000 miles" My car is only at 50,000 miles... I don't know if he was doing it on purpose or he thinks i'm dumb enough to not know an oil change is suppose to be every 3 to 5k miles... Words can't express how frickin pissed off i am. If you're gonna apply for a job at least have pride in what you do, if not then quit! Simple. Safe to say I will not be going here from now on. read more

Took my Tacoma for an oil change. They put oil and filled up windshield fluid reservoir. Made sure tires were all filled to your desire. And drove home a happy customer. The following day, after work hours and driving back home. I noticed that my Tacoma's digital dash popped a warning light. It says " Low Engine Oil. Add or Replace " I thought to myself didn't I just got an oil change. I immediately tried to hurry back home and investigate. I check underneath my truck and I found oil leaks. I immediately took it to the same Jiffy Lube since it's just a couple blocks away. There, I spoke with the Manager, Charles, and explained to him that I just had an oil change the following day, and now oil is leaking underneath my vehicle. After waiting for a few minutes. He worked on my truck and came to find out that somebody forgot to put back the O-Ring. I'm very disappointed and distress. I don't know how much damage it cause while I was driving with a little to no oil. Once again, I am very disappointed. I've always gone to jiffy Lube for a simple oil change. Well haven't been to this place to change my oil for a long time . Due to the problem I had with Firestone I guess I'll be coming here for my future oil change on my wife's and my car. Just to let all my fellow Yelper know they do not have the basic (conventional) oil which normally the cheapest. They only have synthetic blend or full synthetic oil. Rates run from $69 and $89. Which is not to bad plus Yelp has a $10 off coupon yay. Due to Covid19 you need to stay in your vehicle which I thought it was strange. Normally you sit in their waiting area but I guess due to Covid19 you'll just wait in your vehicle until they finish the oil change. Very friendly staff and efficient it took about 30mins once I was checked in. The technician explains what there going to do plus they give advice what's recommended to change. While check in was relatively smooth, the Jiffy Lube system didn't notify the technician that my filter was not in stock and had to order it from a local vendor. I was told it would take an additional 30 minutes, which turned out to be over an hour before the filter showed up. When they were finally finished, the technician, Sky, checking me out appeared to be on a personal call (Bluetooth earpiece) and continually pulled up another person and vehicle information (twice) and was trying to add an air filter to my bill, which they did ask me about and did NOT install. I had to tell Sky I will wait till he is done with his phone call because he was too distracted. He then asked another employee (who was respectful and apologetic about the situation) to check me out because he continued his phone call. While I understand the delay for the part was not the technicians' fault and something Jiffy Lube corporate needs to fix, the poor customer service at check out was within their control. read more

I have never been treated with such disrespect at this location before. I wanted to receive an oil change but was not able to due to the horrendous customer service I received at this location. The incident was on May 21st around 9:00am. I pull into the driveway and I was just finishing up a phone call with my property manager for home related reasons. The person who checks you in comes up to the car and I kindly ask him "Im so sorry but Im on the phone, can you just wait a second". He then proceeds to go back to his kiosk and I finish my phone call which took around 1 minute or 2 minutes max. I then say I am ready and he comes to the car. I try to say sorry about that but he interrupts me and says "First of all, you don't tell me to wait and second of all, if you aren't ready don't pull in". At this point in time I am the only car in the driveway and there are no other customers waiting or being serviced which I would understand the anger from him if there were customers. Then we proceed to go back and forth arguing for around 5 minutes. During this time, he and I are swearing at each other as well. I then proceed to leave because it is morning time and no one needs to be this angry in the morning. I do believe this could have been prevented on his end and it did not need to be this whole thing. I do not see myself coming back to this location which sucks because it is pretty nearby to me unless some sort of action is taken against this employee. Unfortunately I did not get his name but I do believe you can find this employee using this complaint. I have already contacted corporate before writing this and hope some form of action is taken against this employee as I have stated previously. read more
