After two visits last year with the prior team I didn't feel confident with their knowledge and they were extremely slow so I went into town instead and to their competitors with my three cars. Gave them another try on Monday and this new team with mgr Sheeran was a pleasant surprise. Knowledgeable and quick service. Also, Since their SUV lift wasn't available for the promo tire rotation that ended that day the mgr said I can come back next week and she'll still honor it. I really wish an authorized safety inspector is hired. I had my car cleared for vehicle safety check many times until the inspector quit.

Went to the Kaneohe station and was told that only blend and synthetic oils were avaliable. The blend oil change was $98 with 10% off. Left without an oil change. Very pleased with the superb customer service here. I was not expecting this level of care from a franchise/chain operation. A friend asked me to help them get their car inspected so that they could register the vehicle. My go to mechanic was booked solid so I opted to try Jiffy Lube. .... I was very much impressed. The phone call that started the reservation process was easy & pleasant. The drop off was smooth, and while I didn't expect the vehicle to be ready in less than 2 hours ( based on the number of oil changes sitting ahead of us), it was delivered back to us well before the promised time. This level of customer customer service is so rare these days. Highly recommend them if you are in similar straits and need a quick easy vehicle servicing or inspection and are on a time crunch! Excellent service, fast, efficient, very friendly staff, everything was great! Couldn't be happier TYSM I totally forget the two people who helped me one was a lady and one was a guy but I'm looking at my receipt and it says Jerrika was the lady and there's 2 guy names Paul & Daren, I think it's Darren? Anyways my oil filter was stuck on really really bad and he took almost 2 hours to try and take it off I felt so bad but he was so nice about it and was willing to do everything he could which I greatly appreciated. Highly highly recommend this place I am never going to Goodyear again lol, they are the ones who didn't oil it properly when putting it back on so that's why it was completely stuck‍. 20 out of 10 stars!!! I have tried for 2 days to get an oil change. I went on 9/4 at 11:30am. They were closed for lunch, which I understand. I went back at noon and told they would be closed for another hour at least for lunch. What business closes for customers for an hour and a half or more? I went back this morning 9/5 at 7:30am after being told yesterday to come early, and that they open at 7am. When I pulled in the car bay was empty. A man walked out with the same sign in his hand as yesterday and told me they were closed due to inventory that came in and had to be put away. SERIOUSLY! Why couldn't they do that on their hour and a half lunch? I have been going there for 5 years and will NOT go back! Jiffy Lube Kaneohe has lost a regular customer. Firestone Kailua now has my business. Sad a business won't accommodate their customers better. They lack good customer service and lazy people working there! DONE!!! read more

Both times I've been this year with 2 different vehicles they have found some non oil changed related issues. At first you'd think they'd be trying to sell you a service but both times were legit safety issues and gave excellent advice and direction on where to go, etc. i generally hesitate about Jiffy Lubes from previous experiences off island but gotta remember a bad previous experience doesn't mean ALL are crappy. Very irritating.....I asked how long the oil change would take because I had about an hour til I needed to pick my daughter up....so I understand if it's going to take longer I should come another time! Was told it would be 30 min to an hour at the most! Great!! The car in front of me is done and Right when it's my turn to have my car pulled into the dock (after waiting behind two other cars and for 45 min) they reverse my car and put it in the other lane behind a car that was jus told they have "45 min" of work to do on it!! I went like 2 Saturdays ago and they were out of oil, so I had to come back when I had the time. This time they were short staffed, only one guy (Paul) working. He was cool, calm, and collected even tho he was alone at the time. He brought my car in the bay and greeted me politely and got to work. After providing the service he quickly rung me up. As a business owner, I pay attention to how folks work in environment especially where there could be high stress. (Others in line waiting to be served.) Paul just handled business professionally with a great attitude even tho he was the only one there. I say he gets a raise or just make him the manager, he is making things happen there! read more

My son's truck was way over due for an oil change. Since I didn't want to drive far, I chose to go to Jiffy Lube in Kaneohe. I was greeted by Kana who said they could take my son's truck in. They started on the truck around 10:40 a.m. and was done around 11:10 a.m. They (Kana, Julian, and Gene) were all very courteous. However, the up-selling (e.g. windshield wipers, air filter, headlight) was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I know some businesses need to stay afloat and generate extra income by up-selling, but it was a bit too much. They had 4 oil change packages to choose from. I chose the 2nd package that cost $65.00. The 4th package was around $120.00. I also agreed to have them put coolant in the truck. Now, I brought my vehicle last weekend to Flagship Fast Lube and they were fast, courteous, and they didn't up-sell me. They just showed me the oil change packages I could choose from and went straight to work after I made my choice. It was effortless and easy on my wallet. At the end of my Jiffy Lube visit, I paid $80.00. I'm not displeased. They took care of my son's truck. However, knowing what I know and experienced from Flagship Fast Lube...you know where I'll be taking my and my family's vehicles the next time our vehicles need an oil change. read more
