They listened to all of my concerns and even helped me find a way to make the repairs and stay within my budget. They worked on my schedule (I needed a quick turn around on the repairs) which made me feel great. The concerns I had were quickly taken care of. Extremely helpful and honest. I brought a Jeep that I had just purchased into Quality Auto and they evaluated it for around $75, and discovered numerous problems. They were upfont about the potential costs and even though I had a choice of getting the repairs done there or getting a refund, they suggested I get a refund (they could have made a lot more money but instead were honest and forthright). For the last 3 months my 1999 lexus es300 has had a very strange vibration in the rear end, as well as squealing from the serpentine belt. My fear was the vibration in the rear was a hub bearing (not an easy fix) and told John (one of the great auto mechanical engineers) when I called this. John was great and told me it could be many things and we need to look at it before we decide. I called on Friday and they fit me in the next Tuesday. After dropping off the car and telling John what I thought it was. I received a call telling me the vibration in the rear was only a bulge in the tire and they did not feel it was anything else. John did say the belts needed replaced and did this for a very reasonable price. I told John I would like them to fix the tires as well. But unfortunately they do not do tires. Quality auto fixed my belts and informed me my rear breaks would need replaced very soon. When I went to firestone to buy 2 new tires I asked them to give the car a good look over. After paying for my tires and alignment I asked the tech if everything looked fine I was told everything checked out. I then asked how did my breaks look? I was told great. I am the kind of guy who likes to fix things before I pay someone else to do the work, but when you have a shop you trust it's easy to take it to get it fixed. read more

So this is where I've taken my truck for 2 years now and I have to agree with the other reviewers that these guys are trustworthy and fair. We took our van to them to have the driver's door actuator repaired. These guys were great, fast, and priced fairly when compared to the dealer and a couple of other shops I checked around on. You wouldn't think it was a big deal to not have the remote work, but hauling kids, food, etc, pushing a button makes life a little easier. Brought my truck a couple times for repair. The first time went well, but the second time I was given a quote via a call after they assessed what was wrong. I said go ahead and repair based on that call. Got another call after the initial work was done and was told there would need to be additional work making the total over$1500, 3x the original quote. I had to get it done since they already did some work but still had issues. This is an older truck, so if I knew the real cost, I would NOT have them do the repair and possibly donate it. Aloha, Last week, I was in desperate NEED of a mechanic. I was very scared and hesitant to go to ANY shop. But I desperately needed help. My transmission had gone out. This vehicle is my everyday vehicle, and my ONLY vehicle!! I needed it done at a reasonable price ASAP!! I called Quality auto seeking assistance explaining my situation and was told if I can bring it in that day (tow) they will check it out and see what needs to be done. When I arrived there were 3 men working there buns off!! Each individual stopped and took a moment to great me or acknowledge me as I walked in. I felt very welcomed as any customer would want to feel. This younger lad, instantly opened my hood started looking around and told me they can get it fixed within 2 business days. As scared as I was i had put my full trust into these men's hands. The next day to my surprise I received a phone call with wonderful news that my vehicle is done!!! And sooner then expected. Upon arrival I was so surprised, overwhelmed and just blessed. My car wasn't just fixed. It ran so smoothly it was like butter melting on a hot pan!! In fact it ran even better then before. The knocking (tapping) sound was no longer going off under my hood. And believe me when I say sometimes it was so loud i blasted my radio. To top it off they had checked and filled all fluids. I have a 2006 Chevy Impala that I took to a dealer to check out a oil leak. I was quoted a price that almost gave me a heart attack. The entire engine needed to have all the seals replaced and a new rack and pinion. I have taken all my auto troubles to Quality Auto to see if this was what needed to be done. Jon advised me, that was a good idea because my rear seal was leaking, and he had to take the engine out to fix the problem. I was surprised on how much the total cost was going to be for the same work. I have to say, I saved $1200.00 after all expenses, rental car, gas, etc. I will continue to take all my auto problems to Quality Auto. Frank, Jon, and Allen are the greatest. I needed a repair for a steering issue I was having with my car so I left it with Jon and Alan. Alan checked me in with courtesy and efficiency and then Jon began his analysis. He gave me the details on what was likely the problem and thought the repair should be covered by either a recall he discovered or under warranty. Mind you, he took the initiative to search for the recall, it would not have occurred to me. (Nor would it occur to me that a mechanic would suggest I take my car elsewhere to save me money when the shop could have led me to believe that they should take on the work themselves). He then put together all of the information I would need to take to the dealer. As far as customer service goes, these guys are right up there with the best and good customer service can be hard to come by these days.
