T-Mobile Tuesday combined with Fuel Rewards is amazing. At this particular Gas Station, I have been able to save in upwards of $.20 per gallon. This gas station is easy to get to; however, not to be confused, because there is like maybe 1 other Shell Gas Station in the area! I prefer this one because it is more affordable than the other. The only thing that was wonky was that I came to the gas station one day, intended to pay with cash and could not because the inside was closed and it was maybe 6:45pmish. I will look at the hours of operation next time I intend to pay cash. I just utilized another form of payment and was still able to get my discount. There are quite a few pumps and I have never had to wait, which is good. The Gas Station is situated on 2 major streets, so you can get to it easily. There is also a garage attached to the gas station. There are always cars for the garage, but its not junky or too clunky. I will be back for sure!!!

Instead, they now carry Penzoil Platinum synthetic. I've always heard that Penzoil is crappy. A quick Google search ranked their Platinum synthetic number #2. I told the young man to proceed. We will see how that goes.

1/5 Stars - Complete Nightmare…read more I brought my truck in for a check engine light, though it was running perfectly fine at the time. After their diagnostic, I approved $700 in repairs for a purge valve and vapor canister. I was asked to pick it up at 3:00 PM, but when I arrived, the truck wasn't ready and clearly wasn't running right. I had to come back the next day, and it has been a disaster ever since. The truck is now undriveable. I nearly got into a serious accident trying to merge into traffic because the vehicle just wouldn't accelerate. I am currently having it towed to another shop to figure out what they did. To make matters worse, they tried to claim it might be the oil pump--an issue that wouldn't even cause these symptoms and was already replaced recently. Avoid this shop. I paid $700 to have a functional vehicle turned into a safety hazard. Review will be deleted with a refund.

They changed to a new payment system that charges the customer a %3 processing fee on every purchase. That comes out to be a lot when your bill is a few thousand dollars. The only alternative they offer to avoid the fee is Zelle, which doesn't allow money transfers over $500. So, now I am stuck paying an additional $100+ that wasn't mentioned to me from the start and wasn't included in my estimate. Pretty unfair in my opinion. I was going to be a lifetime customer, but not disclosing hidden fees until the very end will force me to take my business elsewhere.

A little over a week later, all of the oil had leaked out of my car, and the engine warning light came on. When I contacted them, they took no responsibility at all. The manager claimed something was already wrong with my car before I brought it in and said they didn't touch that part. He showed me a video of the oil change, but it didn't clearly show what they were doing underneath the car. Now I've had to get my car towed twice--first back to Take 5, and now to the dealership. They opened a "claim" with a third-party company, but it was denied in less than an hour. They're now trying to blame the dealership where I got an oil change over six months ago. I'm now in the process of getting a lawyer involved because they refuse to take accountability. Do not bring your car here unless you're prepared to deal with major issues or end up needing a new car. UPDATE: Hi Victoria, I already spoke with the store manager, Sam, and the district manager, Edgar Casas. Unfortunately, both made it clear they believe Take 5 is not at fault and tried to shift the blame onto the Hyundai dealership that regularly services my vehicle--which is completely false. At no point did either of them offer any resolution, take responsibility, or offer a refund. Instead, I was met with gaslighting and zero accountability. I am a very reasonable person and fully understand that mistakes can happen--but denying any wrongdoing and refusing to make things right is absolutely unacceptable. No wait for me and got emissions testing while I was there for vehicle registration. In and out in probably 25 minutes. Also, can call into the call center or check website for coupons. Nice park nearby if you have the kid or kiddos in the car. Would just recommend to the employee taking a smoke break, please do so a little further out or downwind of the cars. I rarely leave reviews, so this should say a lot…read more I brought my 2018 Volvo S90 to Eric's Car Care for an A/C diagnostic because the air was blowing hot. I had a scheduled appointment and dropped my car off around 7:00-7:30 a.m. on Friday, yet I didn't get my vehicle back until Monday. I also never received an update call--I had to call them myself. While delays can happen, my real concern is the accuracy and honesty of the information I was given. After their inspection, I was told my vehicle needed a new A/C compressor, condenser, and expansion valve, bringing the total repair cost to $6,411.07, including labor. That is a major expense, so I declined the service and sought a second opinion. I then took my car to Alpine Motor Works, where they identified the actual issue: a leaking Freon valve. They replaced the valve and recharged the A/C system, fully resolving the problem for $205.65 total. There is no reasonable explanation for being told I needed over $6,000 in repairs when the real issue was a minor leak. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. I was even encouraged to finance the repair and pay off the balance within 90 days, which now feels even more concerning given how unnecessary those repairs turned out to be. Being given such drastically incorrect information after a diagnostic is unacceptable. Customers rely on shops to provide honest assessments, not inflated repair recommendations. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before committing to major repairs here.
