I'm giving this place high marks for some great service. I found a nail in my wife's tire. I drove into Jiffy Lube and asked if they could help. The people working got me in a queue, it moved quickly. I had a cup of coffee while they fixed it right up. They made sure all the tires were at the same level and I was on my way. The person working with me greeted me, gave me an update and reviewed what they did when it was finished. I know it's a small job, but the service was very professional and quick. I needed an oil change. Because I'm a fuel i was confused about this. Because I'm also impressionable I followed the gesturing of the arm flailing wacky tube man. As i exited my car a gentleman stepped forth and greeted me from an open garage door. He offered do solve my oil needs and check my tires.He explained the process and suggests i replace my dirty filters. I'm a clean girl so I jumped at the opportunity to get new filters. Went in for a Premium oil change. I only use jiffy lube. Have since we purchased our Jeep Cherokee. Apparently the shop we used over tightened the oil filter, cracking the housing. I gathered a bowl worth in less than 24 hours, and it doesn't appear to be new oil, but what do I know? I know you can't help the timing, but it kept me from going to our family Christmas. Went in today under their direction to have them check it out, and it was already 2 quarts low. Two quarts that are now in my driveway. I've never had an issue, but now that I do I'm getting to deal with their customer service. I've yet to be impressed, or made to feel like they were going to make it right. Last person I spoke to in corporate said they'd look into it to see who takes liability, which doesn't make me feel very comfortable. Update: The general manager of the original location has contacted me to make things right. I will update the review after the repair service. read more

I was condescended to in store when I came in for an oil change because my brakes needed obvious attention. I could clearly hear them joking about it in the workshop, and they could literally see me looking back at them through the glass. Not only that, but the kid who was taking care of the transaction, Michael, was holding back laughter, after I told him that clearly my brakes need attention, but that my dad does that type of maintenance on my car. They also offered me packages that were more than twice the price of the one I needed, but gave me the one I needed when I asked for it. I also observed the same associate blowing off a customer before me when he said the name on his receipt was wrong. Manager Curt was more helpful. read more

First off they got me in and out in a great amount of time, but I asked the Lady not to vacuum out my car. Well they did anyway and I was saving bottle caps for a schools project to help with funds. When I get in the car they were all gone. The next thing they seen a (Fleet) card. Normally an oil change is around $48 and this visit was $83. I was told we replaced your engine filter. Isn't it common to show the customer and try to upsell them on the replacement. That did not happen. I am part of a major company with at lease 70 vehicles in our fleet. As part of the Senior Leadership team I will discuss with our District manager tomorrow to sway our technicians away from Jiffy Lube. I feel because it was a fleet card I was gouged! Went here for an oil change and tire rotation from a groupon I purchased. Why I like the place: - Quick: I brought my car after work at 5pm and everything was finished in a few minutes - But professional: it didn't feel rushed nor did it feel like they half-heartedly worked on m ycar They offered me options to do more things for my car, but I didn't feel too pressured to get them. I visited this location bc it was convenient to have an oil change on my lunch hour. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was presented with many options and the young man answered every question I had. My service was better than I expected. I had only been to Jiffy Lube (a different location) one other time and my experience wasn't that great. I'm glad I tried again at this location. I know I will come back in the future. We've usually had good experiences with Jiffy Lube. My wife took our 2014 Ford Escape in for an oil change last August and everything seemed ok. Then in October, after around 1000 miles, we found a significant oil leak on our garage floor, and later that day under the car at my wife's workplace. Not knowing what the problem was, we took the car to our local repair shop. There they diagnosed that the oil filter and the oil pan drain plug had been overtightened, eventually crushing the seals and leading to the oil leak. Our repair shop got everything back in order, and we visited Jiffy Lube to see what they would say. The fault with the over-tightening at the last oil change was clearly described on our invoice from the repair shop, but the Jiffy Lube manager refused to take any responsibility and simply said we should have taken the car back to Jiffy Lube where they would have fixed it for free (even though we had no idea that this problem was connected to the last oil change). read more

Got my oil change here few weeks ago. It was a day after we had some snow on the ground. I think I was the first one thru, but anyways, the lady talked to me politely and told me different options to get. Then i handed a technician the key, and i sat in the chair for probably 15min tops and they finished everything and vacuumed the fllor and all that in very timely manner. on our first trip after leaving Jiffy Lube, our car hesitated to start. It then died at every stoplight until it would not start at all and had to be towed in. Jiffy Lube said it was just a big coincidence that our car broke right after they worked on it. They will not fix our car and the repair was over $800. The technicians broke a different part trying to fix the serpentine belt, which was their idea to fix. We had no car issues at all until we went to jiffy lube. read more
