I've been to this Jiffy Lube in the past and it was 4 Star. However, they are now doing the bare minimum when I go in. Takes much longer and they don't bother to do a quick vacuum or window clean. They appear to care if you are there and this was with no other customers when I came in. I'll look for another location for oil changes in the future. read more

We were driving home from Clemson and realized that we had an oil leak. The team at Jiffy Lube got us in at 3pm on a Sunday . They figured out the leak and fixed it for us for almost nothing. They sprayed all the oil off our vehicle and topped off all our fluids for no charge. They saved us for sure! Thanks for the great service. read more

My wife took two different vehicles in to this location. Needless to say they screwed up both, rounded off oil plugs on both. Manager tried to blame one on me saying I must have done it when I changed the oil, well your location has changed that cars oil for the last 3 years alone. The second car they put a baseball sized amount of red sealant around the drain plug and called it "tamper seal". 3 dealerships, 2 mechanics, and my time as a mechanic I've never seen that used, let alone looking like a 6 year old threw a putty ball at the oil pan. They never put either of these issues on invoices or informed my wife about them. Their attempts to "make me understand" and "make things right" are condescending and weak at best. These events have cost me days off from work and money out of my pocket to fix. read more

Let's just start with, the skid plate was installed wrong missing screws and body pins leading to damage to skid plate. You pay for a oil change and rotate then that's what you should get not just an oil change if they even did that, i visually inspected tires before I went to this so called shop and marked them just to see if they actually rotate the tires and give what u pay for. Just another one of those junk shops awful group of techs and awful customer service acted like they didn't want to do the services I requested. read more

Very poor service, but very willing to sell you way overpriced accessories. They do not perform their complimentary services, such as vacuuming, tire pressure etc. Makes you wonder what else is not being done. High prices and poor service in a very competitive field, will be going elsewhere in the future. Contacted the area mgr, was instructed to go back by and they would vacuum the vehicle. So the owner saw my review on yelp within a day or two and added a comment that they are concerned and asked me to email my contact info. I sent it 5 days ago and no one called or emailed me back. However, it looks like their response pended my low 1 star rating. In addition (Interestingly) although they had no reviews for 10 months until mine they got a new 5 star review that looks like an advertisement.... How about somebody call me back?????? read more

Went to Jiffy lube for my first oil change as a new driver. Waited for about an hour and a half to have my oil changed but no big deal. The issue is when I went to get my oil changed at Pep Boys and they told me that Jiffy Lube cross threaded (basically jammed/ forced a screw) and messed up my oil pan. After banging and trying multiple tools Pep Boys was unable to change my oil. Do not go to Jiffy Lube unless you want people to half-a$$ your repairs. read more

have used jiffy lube all over the country for over 25 years and never a problem. June 21, 2016 my wife took my diesel truck into Irmo location. They left the drain plug finger tight causing an oil spill at my work site. Of course, could have caused engine to seize had it gone unnoticed. Never use ANY of these sites again due to untrained technicians. read more

Terrible experience when I tried to have my oil changed today. Arrived at JIffy Lube on Lake Murray Blvd at 5:40 pm. Although the advertised closing time is 6:00 pm, I was told by the technician when I pulled in that I was too late to have my car serviced because they had to "clean up and clock out." If you're open till 6:00, you're open till 6:00. My family has had our cars serviced at Jiffy Lube for years, and I've never been turned away like that. Definitely will not be returning to this location! read more
