After finally getting the drain plug off, it was obvious it had been tightened with an impact, making a simple job way harder and I couldn't remove the washer. Honestly, it felt almost malicious. I noticed who did the previous oil change from the service sticker still on the windshield, which is why I'm leaving this review. It's frustrating knowing my sister- and brother-in-law trusted your shop for something as basic as an oil change and may not be able to feel that same trust going forward. Do better.

He offered to reset my oil, notification light, but I declined so that he could assist customers that we're waiting after me. There was little wait time for me to get into a bay and the service attendants were very friendly and accommodating. They scanned the bar code for my car, checked my air and cabin filters and recommended services. They were thorough and communicated well with each other to ensure the right parts were put on the car and the oil i wanted was put into the car. They double checked everything after the oil change was done to make sure all parts were put on correctly and the vehicle wasn't leaking oil. They even knew how I could reset the need oil change message without looking it up. Very knowledgeable amd friendly staff, Mike and Jenn. I recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

They hands down are extremely empathetic and caring. My second visit happened bc I had a check engine light come on in my 2013 Prius V. Took it to Minnie's bc I was so impressed w the first visit which was just a basic oil change. This was on a Monday and they were booked til Friday so I set the appointment and came back later. They did a full inspection and determined the issue was a failing coolant pump on the electric side. They said they found no leaks etc.They detailed what the issue was and what the fix was. I'm definitely impressed w how they break down what they do into digestible bite sized bits for non-car folks. They offered I could pick up the car and pay the diagnostic/inspection fee of $50. Said they didn't have the high voltage equipment to work on the car and advised go to a specialist. Lucky for me I do have one ( Woodards in Florence, I just moved here from there. ). They work on hybrids and electric so I took it there. The only grip I'd have is that I did ask if Minnie's handles hybrids. I believe I was told yes and the person ( the owner ) stated they drive a hybrid Camery. Maybe I should have said "work on the electric side of hybrids bc I could have dropped it at Woodards 60 miles away but I'd rather pump money into a reliable, friendly place. Not sure I'll be back. I'd still highly recommend if you drive an ice car tho. The staff and ambiance of the place cannot be beat.
