I came to Jiffy Lube for the first time for an oil change. The service and speed was great, I'd rate that 5 stars from this one experience. I was helped right away and the speed of the oil change was very quick. However, upon returning to my car I noticed my drivers side mirror was broken. The mirror itself was fine but the whole panel holding the mirror was completely loose. It was so loose that upon driving and stopping, the mirror would swing forward and back. I spoke to the manager who said that their technician says it's a previous issue so they won't do anything about it. It's ultimately my word against theirs. They recommended me to the repair place next door and it's going to cost me $450 dollars to get it replaced. 0/10 would not recommend. UPDATE: I was able to get into contact with Angel Torres, the district manager of Jiffy Lube. He responded to my email within 30 minutes and within 3 hours, I was able to meet up with him to have him examine my car. He was very reasonable and we came to these conclusions: 1. My mirror was not in that condition prior to my arrival to Jiffy Lube 2. There appears to be no external damage to the mirror, so it is unlikely that something banged against the mirror 3. The spring on the inside is broken or loose I think Angel and I both tried to be men of reason and objective about the facts before us. The conclusion was: my mirror was fine before coming into Jiffy Lube, but unless an employee fesses up and says that he accidentally broke it, the likely scenario is that the spring was already worn down and it was unfortunately broken at the Jiffy Lube. But because it was broken at Jiffy Lube, Angel was willing to pay for half of the cost to replace it. I think that is a reasonable compromise considering his perspective. For that, I would give Angel Torres 5 stars due to his quick response, customer service, and reasonableness in regards to this matter. However, in regards to this branch of Jiffy Lube, I don't think I can give it any more than 2 stars for how they regarded the matter (which was essentially "our technician is right, you're wrong, sorry nothing we can do about it"). read more

Whenever I have a car issue, I go to jiffy lube. They're so incredibly helpful, quick, and I've only ever had good experiences with them. This specific Jiffy Lube, however, is THE BEST one I've ever been to. They don't bs or fluff things up or waste your time. They tell you exactly what they can and can't do for you, make extra efforts to help you out, and take extra time to make sure you receive the best service. They went above and beyond for me today, when I had the worst day ever (literally crying because I am so overwhelmed with life and then my car overheated and also ended up having a leak), and I appreciate them soooo much. I have class and a crazy time crunch, but they still tried to get things done and make sure I didn't have more to stress out about. I can't even really express how amazing they were today for helping me out! I pretty much have been calling them all day with questions on what I should do with my car, where to get coolant, how much to put in, and how to even put the coolant in. They walked me through exactly what to do and when it didnt work, once I got my car over there they were sure to try to get things done for me in a timely manner that fit with my schedule. It's a jiffy lube so I didn't expect much, but the lies were not ok. Got a regular oil change cause I didn't have time to get to my usual mechanic. That was a mistake. He went over the checklist with me saying that everything was ok. This was not the case. I knew for a fact I had a headlight out and he said both headlights were working well. He said both windshield wipers were good. I literally took them off the night before because I was replacing them the next day. So there wasn't even windshield wipers to check. Finally which I didn't notice till after I left. My coolant level was very low. So that wasn't topped off like he said it was either. Jiffy lube is ok in a pinch. Just don't use them for normal maintenance. read more

Well worthy of a five star review! I feel so confident giving this Jiffy Lube five stars no doubt about it! These guys are awesome very nice, friendly, and very informative. They don't try to pressure you into buying extra stuff which is a bonus. However they do show you what your car does need and ask you if you're interested which is also good. I'm very happy with the service they provided for me today. They added windshield wiper fluid, did tire pressure check i'm pretty sure they added air to the tires too they also vacuumed my rugs. If I could, I would have rated this center 0 star. It is the worst center that I have ever dealt with. After changing the oil at Jiffy Lube once, my car started leaking. The technicians screwed up and caused damage to the oil pan. In fact, it is not only me, but also six other guys had the same experience. I went to talk to the manager, but he said that it had been damaged before, I swear it hadn't. I had to change it, and it costed me more than $600. Definitely, I am not going to deal with them anymore. Many of them are not qualified well. You should be careful taking your car there. You had better take your car to a professional. read more

Service is here is good, as you can tell from other posts their main selling point is that you get a free car wash with an oil change. They're usually pretty fast, I went this past Sunday and they were packed and I totally understood since it was sunday. They gave me an hour estimate and they took a bit longer than that. After an hour and a half I asked if it was done and the guy immediately brought me to my car and explained the radiator leaked and they needed to clean it and they could fix it if I wanted to. Again they were really busy so I had to bring it in Monday morning to get it done, the process took a while, but it's cool it got fixed before I had to go to work and within the window they told me. The hydraulic hood struts weren't working after, but honestly they're cheap to replace and I can't definitively say it was something they did, I feel like they'd say something if it was because the worker who helped me the most (Drake) was amazing, straightforward and upfront about getting things done, rough estimates and even offered to take my car as soon as I got there in the morning even if it was before they opened. read more

The customer service here is fantastic. I brought in my car for a simple tire rotation that costed 30 dollars and I was treated as if I spent hundreds of dollars. Every time you go in there they try to upsell you. A review for another time. This time I went in there I made a point to have them fill the tires to max pressure allowed per the tire sidewall, since my tires wear on the shoulders . They told me that they are only allowed to fill up the tires according to the label on the door jamb (35). But since the factory tires are long gone, that info is irrelevant. When I pointed out that the sidewall had a max tire pressure allowed on it (45) and that is what I wanted, he said they were not allowed to. Then insult to injury, They offered ma $10 off coupon when I brought the car in, and they left that off the invoice, so no discount. So I guess I will not allow them to work on my car any more. 5/25/2018 In response to your comments Angel In this case, you are concerned about your legal liability rather than my satisfaction. You should use the tire manufacturer's recommendation as printed on the sidewall of the tire, rather than an obsolete label on the door jamb. Not a happy customer. My wife took our vehicle there to get an oil change, and they found it was leaking. After 4 hours of waiting there and about $400 later the car is still leaking and it is ticking really loud after I left with the car. My vehicle is worse off then when I took it in. When I asked them why it's still leaking they said they couldn't fix it and to take it somewhere else. Didn't feel like I was taken care of as a customer. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't negate my loss in money and time and still having a vehicle that's not fixed. read more

Only come here if you want them to rip you off. Being a female these business's assume I have no idea how to operate a car. I came here for an oil change because I had a coupon. When you drive in they ask you what service you need done and take a look at your car, then they send you inside until the job is done. I was waiting inside when I was called in by the mechanic with a panicky look on his face. He said my transmission fluid needs to be changed because its leaking at THIS MOMENT and if I wont fix this RIGHT NOW my car will break down on the road. He also continued to say my tires are so bald I need them replaced immediately. He freaks me out telling me this so I ask him how much the service will cost to change the transmission fluid and he quotes me around $150, when I decline he continues to try to sell me the idea that I basically will not live. I am beyond frustrated at this point so I pay my oil change fee and go to see Pep Boys, they said nothing was wrong with my transmission fluid and my tires were in good condition and that I had about 10,000 miles left on them. Since this experience I have been to 3 different auto shop locations and every trip has left me with a good experience and with money in my pocket. To conclude.... DO NOT COME HERE. Amazing! I literally had an hour to get an oil change on a Sunday. They were the only ones open, and they got me in and outta there within 30 min! They replaced my broken tail light, did an amazing oil change, pumped my tires, fixed this plastic thing that's been hanging off on my under carriage and hooked me up with a free car wash next door! With the mish-mash of reviews for this location, and after having positive experiences at other Jiffy Lubes in the past, I decided to give this location a shot. I was wrong. I new exactly what services I wanted to have done, according to my maintenance schedule, when I pulled up. After the first two minutes the guy who was helping me was trying to sell me on services I knew I didn't need. One being a $180 automatic transmission service. I told him that I had just had it done during the last round of major service and it wasn't due for at least another 25k miles. He showed me some dark fluid on a dipstick and said that it looked like it needed to be changed, and continued to try and sell me on the service. I continued to refuse. I did however purchase a tire rotation service. Having recently filled up my tires, I knew the markings that were on the rims of my front tires. After 35 minutes when they said my car was complete, and charging me for a the tire rotation, I saw that my tires hadn't been touched. Filling up the tires is part of the Signature Oil Service and during the review of services done at checkout they had said that they had filled my tires to 35 PSI, but after I went out and inspected them, there was still brake dust on the tire stems that had accumulated since I had last touched them, so I know that they did not even fill the tires, let alone rotate them. In conclusion, this is not a trustworthy location. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache! read more

Screw. These. People. These people are the reason people hate oil changes. The type of people who always think your air filter or cabin air filter needs to be changed. The type of people who ALWAYS find SOMETHING wrong with your car, even if you just want a simple oil change. Want an example? Oh, I've got plenty, but I'll just give one. Back before I taught myself how to change my oil (my experiences with this place actually made me teach myself about cars), I would go here for my oil changes. And oddly enough, they would always find something I needed to have done, regardless of the condition of my car. One time they talked me into getting the fuel system cleaned. The next time I was there (a few months later) the SAME GUY told me I needed my fuel system cleaned. I told him I had it done last time, but he INSISTED that wasn't the case. I went back and forth with him on it and finally conceded, allowing him to do it. I was absolutely FURIOUS when I got my bill and I saw in the "History" section that yes, I had gotten it done last time. It was RIGHT THERE in the history. This is just one instance of many problems I've had with these guys. They're just a bunch of scammers, trying to sell as much as they can. They don't care about you, and they certainly don't care about your car. Stay away. read more

I came here today to get an oil change and they, of course, tried to talk me into everything. I have a headlight out, so I asked if they had them. I was, apparently stupidly, expecting them to check stock and come back to let me know how much it would be... they replaced it anyway and charged me $25 for it. Its an effing headlight. And I never actually asked them to do it. I asked if they had them. Its gonna be $85 for an oil change, wiper blade, and headlight.
