They gave me a few choices of tires, but non of their choices were inferior tires. I told them that their competitors offered me another brand for cheaper. They told me that they had never heard of the brand, and that it was a cheap brand...etc. They put on quality tires, ran some tests, and did a very exact alignment. I got a printout of the results. We are so happy with the quality of our new times and the work they did. Remember, it is the truth that matters when your life depends on your tires. This is absolutely the worst tire shop available. Service is fine but the front desk needs a lot of work to do. Honestly amazed by how badly this guy Tony treated everyone. Not only me but all the customers that came in. I'll start off with what I gathered from watching his interactions with the people who wanted to do business here. After I was served there were at least 10 different people who came into the store, each one of them were met with a hostile attitude from Tony. He doesn't even welcome them in just starts off with a passive aggressive tone and when a simple question gets brought up he starts screaming at them. Everyone who came in after 6:30 were denied any service. He screams at them with a very aggressive tone and then laughs in their face when they ask for help of any sort. Just telling them to come back tomorrow. If you truly want this business to be profitable personally I wouldn't like to keep this kind of staff around. Screaming and laughing at customers isn't a good representation of the business and does nothing but bring customers to other shops who show hospitality not hostility. This one older couple came in simply just asking for their tire pressure to be checked. Tony just starts screaming at them telling them to not come by this late. When they explained how they called earlier and the person on the phone said their more than welcome to come by around 7 and get their car taken care of, Tony starts laughing at them and giving them backhanded insults implying how they are just stupid for believing that and if they want their car to be taken care of to come by tomorrow in the morning. They seemed insulted but ultimately left without escalation. The way he handled all the situations that came by were just truly mind blowing on how he is still at this job. I've read multiple reviews about this shop and each bad review is consistent with mine and simply gets a fake response saying how the company is working on the problem internally and to call their number. So tell me how many more bad reviews until this guy is let go? This is truly horrible customer service. Not only from the front desk but from all the fake replies from the company to their reviews. If you truly care about your businesses PR then you wouldn't have a guy like Tony around. Now to talk about my experience, when I first entered the store I was met with a mean aggressive look and attitude. He asked why am I here and I simply told him about how I needed some tires replaced. He asked if I had made an appointment online and I told him how I did on the phone and he laughed at me. After this all that I got was extreme attitude and hostility. On the phone the store manager and I agreed to a set price, when I arrived he wasn't there which was fine. This Tony guy tells me his price and when I mentioned to how that isn't what we agreed on over the phone he starts screaming at me to sign a document stating the price is final. I ask nicely for him to check up with his boss to make sure that Tony's price is correct. He does and doesn't even explain to me anything just telling me that i'm ridiculous for even thinking that I could get my tires installed at the price WE agreed on. I stayed calm and let him throw his tantrum with him screaming at me and telling me to go to a different store if I don't want to sign it. I simply tell him I'll just sign it because I am not trying to deal with waiting longer. Fast forward to when the vehicle is done he tells me that he talked to his boss and lowered the price for me. Which is what I was expecting and i'm glad he finally was able to put down his ego for that second. I pay for my service and I leave, absolutely astonished on how he treats everyone. Screaming and laughing at people who choose your business to take car of their property and getting defensive is not a good way to handle your companies reputation. Many people leave bad reviews on this store and I fully understand why. Hopefully if management sees this and reads it they can finally come to their senses and let this man go. This job might just cause him too much stress. If management does see this and believe my feedback is valuable like they say, I would love to see a detailed explanation on how they are choosing to handle this guy instead of just saying the same copy and pasted response telling me to contact them at their number with the time and day that they are open and the same fake response with how valuable my feedback is. read more

This place should be embarrassed to call themselves just tires. Took my car here yesterday for a simple patch, asked how much for a patch and the employee told me he needed to know what kind of car it was to give me a quote. Didn't ask what size tire or type of vehicle? He wanted to know the make and model of my car to determine the price. $57 to put a patch and it would take an hour! Whaaat! I said ok, even though that's ridiculous. They unmounted the wheel, he asked me to wait to see if they're able to repair it. I waited, 10 minutes, he comes out and says they can't patch it. He hasn't even taken the tire off the rim but says it's too damaged on the inside? Then I ask him how do they know if it's damaged on the inside if they haven't even taken the tire off. He says, "oh" and walks over to the tire and says, "well it's kind of close to the wall so you'll have to plug it". I said ok, then plug it. "We don't do plugs". What kind of incompetent tire shop named "Just Tires", doesn't know how to do a plug on a tire. Needless to say I took it down the road to "Valeras" used tire shop, they patched it in less than 10 minutes for $25. I called asking if they had availability to help with my car at around 6PM and brought in my car around 20 minutes later. When I arrived I was shortly turned away and laughed at. Even though on the phone it was agreed I could come in and my car may need to be left overnight. Horrible attitude and the man at the service desk was condescending. I booked an appointment online and when I got there, I was told that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. What? What's the point in having an appointment if people who were walking in were done before me? How does that make sense? To make matters worse, the manager said that he pushed my appointment time to a later slot. I didn't get any notification about this whatsoever. I think the man at the front desk could sense my frustration so he tried to mitigate the situation. I only needed to get my tires checked because the sensor went off and I wasn't sure if there was a nail in my tire or something else. Luckily, he was able to squeeze me in and it was only because I had low pressure on all four of my tires and they filled it up with air and I was out of the door in an hour without charge. I did however, buy all my tires from this location and service in the past has been good and they have been upfront with me before. Hit a nail along my drive for 1 tire. I called the nearest shop which was this one if they can service my tire. Person handling the phone said it was possible and I asked if appointments are required and he said no. I arrive 14 min after, only to be told that i would have to wait until tomorrow morning to be serviced. I asked why I cannot have my tires patched, and he rudely pointed around and rolling his eyes saying that there are other people waiting. You can check the security cams, but QUITE LITERALLY 1 WOMAN was sitting down waiting. He said she arrived within 5 minutes and i would have to wait until tomorrow morning, mind you they are still open. I get first come first served, but I asked why he hasn't called me back to give a heads up CAUSE HE KNOWS I HAVE A PUNCTURED TIRE AND WILL BE COMING IN. All of this would have have just been a terrible interaction, but THIS MAN FOLLOWED ME AND MY FATHER OUT SAYING RACIAL SLURS AND TAKING OUR PICTURES WITHOUT OUR CONSENT AS WE ARE WALKING TO OUR CAR TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I have nothing but praise for this shop. My daughter's car had overheated in the parking lot near this business on a Sunday and these guys were nice enough to help her find out what was wrong. Turns out it was just loose cap. They ran all the tests to determine that and refilled the coolant. When we went to pick it up they didn't even charge us. I went into Just Tires because I had a nail in my tire and wanted to see if it could be repaired. After looking at it, they told me the nail was "too far on the side" and that they couldn't fix it. They said my only option was to buy a brand new tire. That didn't sit right with me, so I called Tucker's Tire and explained the situation. I went over there expecting that I'd probably have to replace the tire like Just Tires said. Instead, they took a look and simply patched it -- no problem at all. What Just Tires told me was a mandatory tire replacement ended up being a simple repair. It really felt like they were trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. Definitely left a bad impression. Would not recommend. I'd suggest getting a second opinion before trusting what they tell you. read more

Went to this location to replace a tire. Here's my unpleasant experience with the costumer service. I'm not quite sure if the person I interacted was a manager, hi name is Emmit. Since it was close to closing time ( 30 minutes left), I just asked if they could squeeze it in. I asked in a very respectful tone. Emmitt's response was, " I'm trying to find your tire size ( he said this in a very hostile manner). Then he proceeded to say, " only in California, that's why I hate California." He eventually had the mechanic replace my tire. This person ( Emmit) does not represent this company in a positive manner. Thank you Mr. Emmett Freeman for being straighforward and accomodating on an early Saturday walk-in. We did not plan to be here but ended up using their services. My car needed some tire services. I actually showed up to Midas and asked for services but unfortunately they do not work on my car type. Fortunately, "Just Tires" is right next to it so I walked-in - Mr. Freeman was friendly and gave me a good price. I actually called around asking for prices including estimate with car dealer. This place gaves us a fair price with guarantee on some services so we decided to get our car serviced here. We did not mind the wait because it's typically like any car places you go to. Make sure you call your car dealer, call around different shops to compare prices/guarantee and go in-person to get a feel of the store. Not every auto places are created equal. I come here because it's close, but I don't know what the point of making an appointment is if people can just walk in and be helped first while those with appointments have to sit and wait. I made an appointment for 1pm. I'm there before 1pm. The guy ignores me for like 5 minutes, and then finally proceeds to tell me that it's going to be a while before he can tend to me because others walked in before me. Doesn't even ask if I have an appointment. Well, the couple in front of me did NOT have an appointment and they just walked in because they had a nail in their tire. Maybe ask people if they have an appointment before tending to walk-ins.. or just remove the appointment option on the website because it's deceiving. It's also a little expensive, especially given the service. I get it gets busy, but there's other ways of handling it than either ignoring or dismissing customers. read more

This review is a little delayed, but well deserved. I was driving on the freeway, and next thing I hear is a pop. I then start seeing my tire pressure drop exponentially and instantly knew I had a flat. This occurred at around 7pm at night. As I wanted for a tow truck, I called around and no other tire place was open except Just Ties and Costco Tires. As expected, Costco Tires couldn't service me until tomorrow, but Just Tires said that they would be able to if I came in before 8pm, but no guarantees because they can't keep their workers past 8pm. Honestly, I was just grateful that they didn't immediately say no and that I'd have to wait until tomorrow. As a young woman, the first thing on my mind was my safety and getting this fixed asap as it was starting to get dark. Thankfully, tow truck came and we were able to get there by about 7:45pm. Since it was 15 minutes before closing, I just expected they'd say to wait until tomorrow. However, the service guys there were extremely gracious and worked on replacing my flat tire quickly. I was offered 3 different options (thank you to the guy at the front for not taking advantage of the situation) and was back on the road with a new tire in less than 20 minutes. I only leave one star reviews when something gets under my skin and this is one of those. Came in last Sunday for a tire patch and was told that the tire was bald and that I'd need to replace them (all wheel drive car so all 4 at about $1,100). This means they wouldn't do the patch at all. I bought the car new February of last year and am at 35,000 miles so there is a bit of travel but still didn't seam right. One of the guys even said he worked for that dealership and they saw it all the time. I just got a real BS feeling which is a bummer because I replaced all my tires at this shop with a previous car and was happy. Well today I went to the dealership and decided to do a major service and was told my tires are all fine and at 6/32" (factory is 10/32"), so no need to replace. The term "bald" applies to tires at 2/32" so I was fine. I also didn't have any problem getting it patched at another shop immediately after. I don't know what the deal was, probably didn't want to waste their time on a patch. Will definitely be going to the other shop in the future. read more

I didn't like coming to Just Tires before because of the service I was getting. In reading the negative reviews, I understand their frustrations. However; ever since I got service from Emmitt, I only come to this location because of him. Emmitt is so helpful in finding the right tires for my 3 cars. While I disagree with the reviews about concerns regarding how personable the staff was, there's a lack of efficiency and insane up charge of services. Given, the shop was open during Labor Day, which I was grateful for, what typically would cost $20 (or free through America's Tires), I was charged under $50 for fixing a flat tire after a 2.5 wait time when I was initially told about an hour. Just insane. Then, the mechanic told me that I needed to do an alignment (another $170+), which I declined. I called around to other mechanics in the area, and everyone quoted me $90. Took my vehicle into Honda, and they advised me not to do an alignment and rather switch my back and front tire. Total cost $25. I will never return to this establishment nor recommend it to anyone.
