Screw. These. People. These people are the reason people hate oil changes. The type of people who always think your air filter or cabin air filter needs to be changed. The type of people who ALWAYS find SOMETHING wrong with your car, even if you just want a simple oil change. Want an example? Oh, I've got plenty, but I'll just give one. Back before I taught myself how to change my oil (my experiences with this place actually made me teach myself about cars), I would go here for my oil changes. And oddly enough, they would always find something I needed to have done, regardless of the condition of my car. One time they talked me into getting the fuel system cleaned. The next time I was there (a few months later) the SAME GUY told me I needed my fuel system cleaned. I told him I had it done last time, but he INSISTED that wasn't the case. I went back and forth with him on it and finally conceded, allowing him to do it. I was absolutely FURIOUS when I got my bill and I saw in the "History" section that yes, I had gotten it done last time. It was RIGHT THERE in the history. This is just one instance of many problems I've had with these guys. They're just a bunch of scammers, trying to sell as much as they can. They don't care about you, and they certainly don't care about your car. Stay away. read more

I hate that I have to put no stars but I have to be honest first of all when I first drove and someone just pointed me to go park my car into the first stall when I was about to do that some guy named Jay said hey hey stop it what are you doing I then said wait a minute what am I doing here first I'm being told to park inside the first stall then you're telling me not to so what am I supposed to do is there an office I need to go into? He pointed at a sign and asked me if I knew how to read he continued to point at a sign that it said there they can take it from there. I was like "oh Sorry OK fine Like I've said before I've never been here before" any case he proceeds to tell me to give him the keys to my car and we can go from there I said wait a minute Why would I give you my keys if I don't know what I'm paying for I've never been here before "like I said before I don't know the process" so thank fully this cute adorable young guy comes walking towards us named John and I smiled asked him "John" can you please take over and do my car he so graciously agreed to, experience from there was a very nice one the manager Angel acted like a douche bag just like Jay this is my opinion and no I'm not going to remove the word douche bags they both behaved like douche bags and the need to know ...John you need to go work somewhere else read more

I came here today to get an oil change and they, of course, tried to talk me into everything. I have a headlight out, so I asked if they had them. I was, apparently stupidly, expecting them to check stock and come back to let me know how much it would be... they replaced it anyway and charged me $25 for it. Its an effing headlight. And I never actually asked them to do it. I asked if they had them. Its gonna be $85 for an oil change, wiper blade, and headlight. They at least threw in a"free"carwash... which I probably paid for with the headlight. What a crappy lunch break... read more

I would like to give zero stars. I will not be returning to this JiffyLube location. I went to this location because it is right next to my work, but the convenience is not worth it. I arrived and was immediately greeted by a technician named Dan. He pulled up my info by plate number, greeted me by name, asked my mileage and sent me to the waiting room. I told him I was going to go for a walk and he said no need it would only be 10 minutes, so I went inside. This is where my good experience ended. A short time later the technician came inside so I could pay and be on my way. When he showed me my total of $54.99 I questioned the price and he immediately went on the defensive saying that it was the type of oil he had used. I told him I had never paid that much and told him I was expecting the basic least expensive service. He told me that when I arrived he looked up my record and just used the same as last time and showed me the code on the screen for the kind of oil. I mentioned I had my receipt from my last visit to a JiffyLube and would be happy to show him how I always choose the signature oil service. He challenged this so I went to my car to get the receipt. When I returned and showed him the receipt with my previous service type he then told me he can't see the service selection when he pulls up my account, but only the oil type. The oil type was not located on my old receipt. As I asked questions and tried to best understand he continued to become more agitated, basically told me to stop interrupting him so HE could explain and then said he would give me the price I paid at the last location, mainly to get me to shut up and leave. I suggested to him that he should ask or communicate what oil service he was going to do for a customer before he started. He pushed back and told me that it was on the screen and that is what they ALWAYS do. Then he began to explain that he had hurried because he knew I had things to do. I pushed back and said that I didn't say I was in a hurry. He said that I was lucky to be done so quickly because there was a oil collection truck out front and when that truck is out there he isn't supposed to take cars to work on, so instead of turning me away he rushed me through. As someone in a management position myself, I would never tolerate an employee to treat a customer how I was treated today. It is the technicians job to ask me questions, not assume. read more

My tire pressure light came on and I went to jiffy lube to check it out a week ago. A younger male checked my tires, told me they were fine but found a nail in my front tire. Told me to check it out and check the rear pressure too, because those have sensors. I was running late to work so didn't ask to have him check it. I came back today and was helped by a younger middle-aged man, who I've been helped by before. He's got light, tan skinned, and has a salt and pepper beard. Light eyes. He's so nice. Doesn't make you feel like you're a bother even if you're just stopping by for a pressure check and not paying for any services. Give him a raise. He's been consistently great. read more

Sent my son to get a standard oil change, tire rotation, new wiper blade - total cost $123!! They also told him he needed new brakes and rotors. We took the car to a brake specialist who told s he just needed new pads, not new rotors. I would not recommend this establishment. Too expensive and recommend work that does not need to be done. read more

Excellent service, happy with the fast and efficient timing of my oil change. Sam was very helpful and kind. This is my first oil change since I moved here and I couldn't be happier with the services. Only took about 30-40 minutes and I was on my lunch break so I was there at a semi busy time. I was able to get a free car wash and vacuuming for my car with the oil change package. Job well done and I will be going back. read more

Not sure if they messed up my car but when I went to another place for oil change the time after, they said the previous car repairmen did a bad job. I only went to a different place because when I called to ask for Sam, they said he was fired. Now that I think back, he was a tad off and was inappropriate with his jokes with me. I came in with a check engine light and no taillights on a recently purchased used car. Not only - did the tech's (Sam & Scott) provide me with free comprehensive inspections (including brakes), but they also gave valuable suggestions on which items needed immediate attention and which, my next visit, I could financially plan for. I don't enjoy giving negative reviews but unfortunately not every experience I have is amazing. I was way overdue for an oil change so I came here because it was on my way to a place I was going. I tried changing it at home but the oil plug was too tight and I couldn't get it off. I failed to research the prices or look for coupons but I assumed I would get a discount for bringing my own oil and filter. Nope only $2 off making it $36. Most expensive oil change I've ever had done. Also, the staff was not that friendly when I went to the desk... I said I needed an oil change and the guy working there said ... "Move your car over to the side and (name?) will help u over there" Idk but I thought customers are supposed to be greeted nicely... I won't be coming back here ever... This review is about the service I received. I never had any quality issues with oil change at this location. Today I decided to bring in my own oil and, to my surprise, it did not seem like I was actually saving much from last visit. I thought I was ripped off this time so I went back and talked to the front desk. The rep Andrew was very patient and walked me through their pricing structures. He explained that they have a standard pricing (around $55) if customers pay for oil (which is of lower quality and a little more expensive than online), and another cheaper pricing (around $35) if customers bring in their own (which can be of much higher quality and would normally cost a lot more on site). Though I had to admit I was not aware of such until this visit, but overall I am satisfied with their helpfulness. read more

The waiting area was clean and the employees were polite & accommodating. I came here to get my oil changed, tires rotated, air filter replaced and fuel injectors cleaned I paid a little under 200$ but they put air in my tires, windshield whisper fluid, and a car wash for free plus they were very quick and I was paid and out in 45mins! Ever since my first visit here I have never stopped coming back. The service here is AWESOME! I came in to get my tail lights fixed and Juan was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes! Talk about efficiency. Also, got to make a shout out to the super nice Hawaiian guy and Armando that helped me on my last oil change. They got me out of Jiffy Lube within 20 minutes!!! I come here quite often and these guys/gals have taken care of my cars very nicely. They make service recommendations that are actually relevant and don't try to up-sale like other locations. I don't remember a time where I wasn't addressed as "sir" or "this gentleman," which is quite refreshing. Overall: they get the job done and they do it well from start to finish. I was seriously overdue for an oil change. I found out that this Jiffy Lube was right around the corner from my office building. I decided to go during my lunch break. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted. They quickly took in my car and told me it should be ready in 30 mins. I walked across the parking lot to have lunch while I waited. Sure enough, after I was done with my lunch, I only waited an additional 5 minutes before my car was ready. The customer service here is excellent. The technicians were very polite and weren't pushy trying to sell other services. I will definitely return to this site the next time my car is due for an oil change. read more
