This was my 2nd time at this Jiffy Lube location. Both times have been an excellent experience. Jose greeted me professionally and started to diagnose the Malibu. Always a good experience. Today I was in and out in 20 minutes, oil change and tire rotation. Plus I used the Yelp coupon, which saved some dough. I have been coming here maybe 10-20 years,with a dozen cars and very content. Up-sell pressure is reasonable, like they periodically recommend things like air filters, etc., but they don't force it on you. Overall I recommend this place. read more

Had to change my oil on Toyota Yaris on Saturday. The serves was quick. The workers recomended coupons to get 5$ discount! Moreover, at the end of the serves they give you 10$ discount for next serves and other things. Really loved it. The serves includes vacuuming of the car, and cleaning of the windows! I mean.. This place is shady! Don't let them up sell you on something you don't need. I wanted a basic oil change for my Honda Civic. I was told I had no choice but to get the more expensive one with a synthetic oil blend due to manufactures recommendation. I told them it wasn't necessary and I was fine with the basic. They told me I had no choice. They wouldn't do the oil change unless j got the more expensive one. Because I was on my lunch break and pressed for time, I just said fine vs the back & forth negotiation over an oil change. I called my boyfriend, he said no way, he looked up the manufacturers info. When I took this info to the guy who up sold me, he disappeared and called someone else in to BS me. By that time my car was done and I left. Won't be back. read more

I went there and was greeted by a guy blowing his vape. I wanted a standard oil change for my Hyundai Sonata. They tried to upsell me and told me I needed synthetic oil. This is a 4 cylinder economy car. They even said it would void the warranty. As I was leaving he changed his tune and said they could still do regular oil if I wanted. Too late. I wanted to warn people out there who may be gullible and tricked into this. read more

I received a coupon (email) for 50% off on a oil change for veterans on Vets-day to include Nov 13. When I went in I told the guy I had a coupon for 50% off as I was a veteran. He said no problem they would take care of it when I paid for the service. Once the service was done, they told me they won't honor the coupon. They knew I had the coupon before they changed the oil and then cheated me once the work was completed. This 70 year old Army veteran will never do business with these crooks in the future. This used to be my "go to" place for an oil change, but no more. I was told my brake fluid was really bad and needed to be flushed. I just had new brakes installed and fluid flushed by dealer last month. So after my oil change I then drove to my dealer and they showed me my clear clean brake fluid. I called to make an appointment for the work I needed done on my car and the office told me to come whenever. I brought my vehicle after work one day only to be told that it was now too late in the day to fully perform the work needed and that my car needed to be kept overnight. I was stranded and had to Uber home, Uber to work the next day and then to Jiffy Lube the next day, when I had specifically called ahead to avoid anything like this happening. I was in a rush to pick up my car to make an appointment and then the workers started hitting on me. Not only was I so turned off by the service, they acted like it was a game to laugh about. I always come here to get my oil changed, and they always have great customer service! They offer complimentary coffee while you wait, and they almost always offer some sort of coupon/discount. I visited Jiffy Lube last Friday and got some excellent service from Sam........he was friendly, trustworthy, and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with Jiffy Lube's service! As a women, you can't always be sure that these type of establishments will try to take advantage of you and sell you everything under the sun. Sam was honest and even looked at my brakes (for free) to see if I needed new pads and told me that I could wait a bit before I replaced them. He even gave me a free car wash! You could tell that he really liked his job and wanted to make sure his customers left happy with the service they got! Thanx for an awesome experience! read more

Very rude and even tried to get me to buy things I didnt need. Buyer beware. They told me I needed more Antifreeze and wanted to charge me to top it off. Funny, I just had my radiator worked on 2 weeks before. So my boyfriend went out to the car and asked them to show him that it needs more anti freeze. They said, "Oh I'm sorry, our mistake. I am so impressed with my service today. I was going to Ralph's and saw jiffy lube as I was pulling in. I've never been before, but had been putting off an oil change so felt desperate. They were very busy and I didn't have an appointment, but they welcomed me in (literally welcomed. They were very friendly). After I went grocery shopping, my inside of the car was cleaned, I went through the car wash, and my oil was changed! Plus, they didn't tell me unnecessary things were wrong wth my car. I went to this jiffy lube to dump off some oil. While I preceded to drain the oil out of my container (which is done in the service bay, same place they drain the cars oil directly) a manager threateningly pulled up a customer's Hummer behind me. As I am on one knee draining the oil the running SUV's bumper is inches away from my head and I can feel the heat from the engine. I guess they succeeded in that I don't dump my oil off there anymore (as is my right by law) but I also go out of my way to not recommend this or any Jiffy Lube location to anyone. read more

This place will do a quick and efficient oil change, but the reason I don't go here anymore is their pushy up-selling on everything. I don't like being lied to when someone tries to tell me that I need to replace my windshield wipers for $20 even though I purchased them 2 months ago for half that price at a Kragen O'reilly. They have tried to sell me new air filters, cabin filters, an oil flush, replacement coolant, ect. all for more than double what it would cost at the store. So if you do get an oil change here, be prepared to ignore anything they try to sell you as it will likely be grossly overpriced or unnecessary. read more

Had my oil changed here and my check engine light went on immediately afterwards. I brought my car back to Jiffy Lube where they gave me the code number and reset the light. After this, my car starts dying at every stop. Once I got the car to an actual mechanic, he found that a defective oil filter was put on and my car was heavily leaking oil. That will be the last time I use their incompetent service or have to deal with their incessant attempts to up sell overpriced and unneeded services. read more

This place is awful, DO NOT GO HERE. I started out with a $5 off coupon of their normal oil change for $37.99. (ok, I deal with spending $33 for an oil change, although its $13 more than all the $19.99 deals, but I was in a hurry) Next, he pushes every service and filter imaginable...and he persuaded me to change my air filter for $32, but said he would give me an additional $5 off to bring it to $27. (their cabin filter price was $53...the same one I did 6 months ago for $7 by myself, and an eBay cabin filter, and it took 5 minutes) My truck is 5 years old, and their initial write-up was that pretty much everything was bad, from fluid levels to the serpentine belt, to the windshield. He persuaded me to spend $90 on a belt, and that he can get the windshield repaired for free through my insurance. (2 very very small chips in it) After he found out that State Farm does not deal with (apparently crooks), he told me that for $24.99 he could fix the chips. I reluctantly agreed, and he said it would take 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, the bill came. The initial quote was $175 for everything, minus the $10 in discounts, plus the $25 for windshield. Total should be $190. Here is what another guy tells me with the bill: "We did not have your belt here, so we did not charge you for it". Ok, so the bill should be $100. He tries to ring me up for $135. I did the math for him, and he gets all mad and says fine, have $20 off. I said no, you're still $15 too high from your quote. I told him to get the guy I talked to initially, so we can sort this out. After 5 more minutes, the other guy comes in. He acknowledged that he told me $24.99 for the windshield. They were now trying to charge me $29.99 X2 for $59.98, a $35 difference. After he played with the computer for 2 minutes, he says the best they can do is $110. (Ok fine, they ripped me off another $10). When I get to my truck, nothing had changed on my windshield. The chips were almost exactly the same, still very visible (although they're small chips). I would have taken it back again, but did not have the time to waste to get what ended up being charged $45 for doing nothing to my windshield. So, I hope they lose more than $45 from this post in lost business. (which I'm sure is less than the profit off one customer) DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I've been to this Jiffy Lube twice for oil changes and each time I received great service and they're quick. Sam offered me a great deal on the high mileage oil change (which I need) with a discount and free car wash, but I had to politely decline since money is tight. In no way was he insistent about the upgrade. He actually ended up giving me the free car wash with the conventional oil change... and they vacuumed my car for me. The lobby is very clean and spacious. There is free wi-fi and great coffee! I highly recommend coming here. I will definitely be back for future oil changes. read more

Everyone was very nice and polite. I don't think the mechanic assigned to me tried to upsell me on anything, and they made sure to let me know my brake light was out and replaced it, saving me from getting pulled over and ticketed. I came here because I thought I could save some $$ but it ended up I paid more than what the dealership service center charges me. Service was bad and I will never ever come back here again. They checked my air filter but forgot to put it back. The good thing is I always double check everything including oil level after service. I came here to fix my 2006 Honda accord's suspension system 4 months ago, and something wrong with it again. The guys told me that they did not fix suspension anymore because the guy named Victor moved to Yorba Linda. They told me that this situation should not be happen in only 4 months, and promised to take care of it. They told me to call Victor to check it. When I call the Yorba Linda, the guys there told me it is not their responsibilities to do this. They said I should let the guy in Irvine to do this. Anyhow, I am not satisfied with their attitude, won't come again. read more
