I was seriously overdue for an oil change. I found out that this Jiffy Lube was right around the corner from my office building. I decided to go during my lunch break. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted. They quickly took in my car and told me it should be ready in 30 mins. I walked across the parking lot to have lunch while I waited. Sure enough, after I was done with my lunch, I only waited an additional 5 minutes before my car was ready. The customer service here is excellent. The technicians were very polite and weren't pushy trying to sell other services. I will definitely return to this site the next time my car is due for an oil change. read more

the man who helped me at the front was fast, professional, and nice I didn't catch his name I believe it was Scott. Got my oil changed, the whole service took around 20minutes was extremely fast. Armando did the service he even vacuumed and wiped the windows on my car, he even held the door open for me while I entered my car. My radiator sprung a leak. Woke up to find the car with low coolant level in the radiator and no coolant in the reservoir. Looked up this place on Yelp and was VERY hesitant to try it out based on the review by Franz and Audrey. Not wanting to take the risk of overheating my engine, I took the "risk" of taking my car here as it is the nearest place (less than 0.5 miles) to my home. Reached @ 5.45 pm (closes @ 6 pm on Saturday). The guy who attended me (feel so bad about not remembering his name) walked me through the probable causes (coolant v/s windshield fluid). Then he topped up the radiator and reservoir ($6/quart) for FREE!! Words fail to describe the feeling of relief I felt. This place was awesome. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The guy who took my information was very helpful and professional. Of course they do try to sell you more, but thats what you should expect. They weren't pushy about it. Once I was inside I enjoyed the complimentary coffee. I went there because they said they had WiFi but had to ask someone behind the counter for the code and I still couldn't get it to work with my laptop. Fortunately , I was only there for 20 minutes :) They also gave me a free car wash. Overall, pretty darn good. read more

I take my car in for an oil change and they check all of the car's fluids - brake, transmission, washer, etc. That's a great perk. They even vacuum'd my car afterwards. Had a great experience with this Jiffy Lube. I was due for an oil change and with this location being so close to where I work, I went around 3pm on a Monday. They operate on a first-come/first-served basis, so I thought I might have to wait for service. But nope! I was delighted to be greeted and helped so quickly by the staff. I simply came in to the office and told them what I wanted done, then parked my car into their garage. The guys opened my hood while I was there and briefed me on what they were able to observe immediately, such as a need for a new air filter since mine was visibly dirty. But they didn't have any in stock, so that remained as is. I then proceeded to wait in the office and was prepared to watch a tv show or movie on Netflix on my phone, but the whole process only took about 10-15 minutes. I was then given a rundown of what they checked and worked on in addition to my oil change. As I mentioned, a new air filter was something they recommended me purchasing in addition to the oil change (~$40 including tax). I used their Yelp deal which took off $10 off my $40, so I only had to pay $30. All in all, it was great because it was fast, efficient, and the staff was professional and straightforward - they didn't try to "upsell" something absurd. The nearby carwash also helped because I needed a car wash too - they're not part of Jiffy Lube, so this is just a sidenote: the car wash wasn't worth the $14 I paid. If I were to go there again, I'd pay for the $6 wash because the difference in cleanliness really wasn't that noticeable in my opinion. read more

The employees at Jiffy Lube were courteous and professional. They did a good job servicing my car. However, they charged me $49.99 for a cabin air filter for 2013 Hyundai Sonata. When I came home I did some research and I can buy a TYC 800157P Replacement Cabin Air Filter for Hyundai Sonata on Amazon (with 4.8 stars) for $11.45 with free shipping! In fact, the going rate for a cabin air filter is in the $10-$20 range. I feel like I was price gouged by Jiffy Lube on the replacement cost of the filter. Next time I'll bring my own and pay them to install it. read more

I need an oil change on Sunday and I didn't have many options. I was at work and wanted to get an oil change on my lunch break. i was concerned about getting back to work in time so i called them. They informed me that they didn't take appointments. They informed me that they were slow and would be able to get my oil change done in half hour. I really love this jiffy lube! I have been coming here for years and they always take me with zero issues on the spot. So fast and efficient. And not to mention super polite too. 1 location and 2 different experiences. I took my car here on a weeknight and the service provided was great. They were thorough with me regarding my car and my transmission needed to be flush and courteous. I was satisfied with my experience. Over the weekend, I took my wife's care for an oil change and experienced a just average service. Typically, they would check my air filter and little things like that. In this case, they took down my information and showed me the lobby if I wanted to get coffee and/or water. If they were busy, I would understand, but they were not. It was really strange being at this location and having 2 complete different experiences. The service was not bad, but definitely better when they serviced my car. I had a coupon for $22.99 for the oil change, otherwise I would go elsewhere where I could pay the amount but tire rotation would be included as well. read more

Ridiculous waiting time. Sergio said that the wait time would be 35 minutes with an additional 15 minutes for transmission service. Waited 2 hours until the name "Adrian" was called and another customer was assisted. I went up to the cashier and spoke with John and he tells me he called my name but it was never called. It was extremely unprofessional of them to first of all, give me an inaccurate wait time, and second of all, to mispronounce my name and claim that I was not present when I was there waiting the whole time. Their lack of service made me miss my other arrangements, and there was no effort on their part to make up for this misconduct. Not only that, for some reason they went through my glove compartment and left my CD's on the floor of my car. I don't even know what that was. And on top of that, they completely dirtied my windshield. When they tested the wiper fluid on my windshield they didn't even bother to wipe it off. I brought in a clean car and they returned it to me with wiper fluid streaks all over. And they even claim to offer exterior window cleaning services. Absolutely unbelievable. I will never be returning to this Jiffy Lube again. read more

Exceptional and friendly service!! I came in for an oil change and all the staff members who helped me were very friendly. They provided me with all the oil change options and did not force me to opt for the most expensive choice (as some other places would). There is a large and clean waiting area with complementary WiFi, coffee, and snacks, but that wasn't needed as the wait was very short! There is also a complementary car wash after the oil change that is good up to 30 days. Definetely would recommend to friends/family and will come back for future oil changes! read more

Had oil change, fluid check and tire check. No problems till I discovered they switched out my factory metal valve stem covers with cheap plastic ones. When I spoke with Ruben, the mgr, he said the valve stem covers were missing when I brought the car in, so as a courtesy, they replaced the factory covers with cheap plastic ones. I came in today around 2pm to get my oil changed, but then realized I also needed a new battery. Ricardo helped me right away, picked up a new battery for me, and was overall incredibly friendly and helpful. He then noticed a nail in my tire and went above and beyond, removing my tire and rolling it all the way to big O tires so that i could have my tire patched while he worked on my car. He didn't charge a dime for all of his extra work and the whole experience made my entire day! read more

I went in for an oil change and came out with a car that runs incredibly. Sam was very friendly and extremely helpful. He informed me of all the things that should be done on my car and how soon each of them needed to be done. For those things that were more pressing he let me know what my options were in terms of how to keep my car in good shape without going too over-budget. That last part was most important for me since I'm in college and currently can't afford a huge bill. They also noticed and took care of a broken tail light that I had not noticed. To top everything off, Sam sympathized with my lack of a budget and provided me with a really helpful discount and, as always, I received a free car wash. This place is awesome! So, yes they upsell, and yes they make their service recommendations. I'm pretty sure their corporate office enforces a quota or monthly budget, so they do what they have to do. Oh, well it's business. If you're not interested in the upsells, just decline they won't charge you for anything extra without your consent nor do they force you to do anything to your car you don't want. I went in for an oil change, I did purchase the windshield wipers that they offered me but that's because I already knew I needed them---might as well since I'm there already...think of it as a one-stop shop. Sam, who helped me was really awesome! Not only did he take care of me, but he threw in the car wash, gave me some of his store coupons for discounts, they vaccumed the inside of my car, and even went as far as checking with his computer reader why my check engine light was on.
