Used to be a great spot. However, with a different manager and employees, it's gone downhill. Jiffy lube had lost my engine cap and the manager here had agreed to help get me a new one to replace what was lost. Fast forward months later, he still hasn't replaced it or made things right. Came here to get my oil changed before a road trip. Jordan checked my account and said I had a Mis-printed sticker because I was still good for over 2000 miles. My car was completely out of oil and had sprayed on the hood after going to the 85th location. These guys made sure every thing was screwed on properly and completely changed my oil and filter as it clearly needed it. I would have been screwed if I didn't come in to the totem lake location. Took my car in for an oil change this morning. I'm at the point in my life where it may just be beneficial for me to learn how to do it myself but I really appreciated my experience with Saseha. When I took my car in I was helped out right away having my door opened for me, being guided to a room to relax in until my car was done. Once my car was all done, I always feel awkward mentioning that I have a coupon because I'm a recent college grad and finances are TIGHT! Really?!? $70 for a fucking oil change when the dealership wants $48, and the mechanic up the street wants $50? Whatever happened to Jiffy Lube being the cheaper/faster alternative? Also, it's generally a bad idea to still press for a sale after the customer has bitched about your excessively high prices. P.S. You don't need my address etc to do an oil change. If you are in the Totem Lake area, however, AND you are in the mood for an oil change AND exceptional, friendly and efficient customer service, then this is your place! I've rolled all four of my sweet cylinders of Hyundai power into this Jiffy Lube many times, and each time I am BLOWN AWAY by the courteous staff! And unlike other oil change places, the staff here does not make you feel like a total failure to humankind when you admit that "Yes, it has been 6,076 miles since my last oil change." I'm always wary about getting my oil changed. I've been majorly screwed over in the past, though not by Jiffy Lube, so I usually put off oil changes until I feel like my car is going to stop working. I came in one morning with no wait. I was in and out in about 20 minutes at the most. This was great since I was with my newborn baby who was being fussy. The employee that helped me was really nice and helpful. They didn't try to sell me other things, just got me in and out. My car battery died while I was there (nothing they did, it had been on the fritz for a while) and they jumped my car for me. I had a good experience here today. Thank you. read more

I pulled in when I saw the sign for $29.99 and of course they tried to sell me wipers, coolant, etc. pretty typical. The thing that really got me was they tried to tell me it cost more because I have a 4x4, and when I got the bill it was over $60! I pointed out they had their sign out for $29.99, but he insisted that because I had a 4x4 it was more money, because according to him 4x4's use more oil. As soon as I asked to speak to the manager it dropped down to the advertised price. When I went to pay they actually tried to tell me again it was more money ($60) because I drive a Chevy Tahoe, which is a 4x4, and they use more oil! I wonder how many people actually fall for that?!? I couldn't believe it. I asked they guy if that worked on everyone - then explained you can't advertise one price and charge another. Needless to say I paid the advertised price, after explaining it's against the law to "bait and switch" but I wouldn't send my mom there to get her oil changed! read more

Friendly staff, but they have let in some pushy and shady window repair company. He made me get out of the waiting room by saying "I need to show you something on your car." This led me to believe there was something wrong. As soon as we get to the car, he starts into the sales pitch and after three "no thank you"'s. I finally walked away and went back into the waiting room. This may not have been a Jiffy Lube employee, but they are just as responsible for the poor treatment by allowing these people on their premises. read more
