DO NOT go to this place. They are never busy for a reason. They try to win you over with their nice and friendly customer service but in reality is a cover up for the "half-assed" job they'll do on your car. Especially if you are a woman, they'll cut corners when servicing you vehicle hoping that you'll be too dumb to notice or too chicken to go back and ask questions. I went in to get an A/C job on my car, the technician, Cruz, told me that it should last 3 years, it lasted 2 weeks, I was not able to bring it in until the third week and I asked what happen? and he said we'll you have a leak, I asked well isn't checking for leaks or installing an anti-leak dye part of the repair? he said no, I pulled out my receipt and I showed him that the anti-leak repair was included on the receipt, he said no ma'am, you were not charged for that so then I asked what was the $149.99 +tax that I paid for? he gave me no explanation, and why would you put Freon without checking for a leak first? I made my way to the check out counter to speak to someone else that can further explain the receipt and the repair to me, Cruz came around the other side of the counter and I told him then since it hasn't been even 30 days since repair that I would like to get my money back, I was with my 4-year old and never did I raise my voice, though, Cruz got very frustrated about my questions and proceeded to slam the counter real hard with his fist and shout something like "Dammit!" and walk out the office, I can't really remember what he said, but startled my 4-year old and myself. I guess this is a scare tactic to get me to leave? I asked the other girl there, that I wanted to see a manager and she said he is the manager!....what a joke of a place, I ended up leaving because everyone else ignored me ( I guess their nice and friendly service went out the window) and I wasn't able to speak to someone else that could actually help. Just go to Firestone across the street, it might cost you more but at least, they'll do a more thorough job and their work is guaranteed if their should ever be a problem, which is NOT the case with this place. If they mess up your car, you are screwed, they will not work with you, let alone give you your money back. I will NOT be going back and I do not recommend this place. ***UPDATE**** Jiffy Lube Corp. did take action regarding this issue and I am pleased that I was able to recover my money. Now, I can only hope they will also improve the quality of work and the customer service at this particular location. read more

Fast oil change, but I am giving this place three stars because of the following reason... Saturday morning, I bought new floor mats for my car, vacuumed it out, wiped down my dashboards and the insides of my windows. My 13 year old car was sparkling clean again. I then topped off the maintenance with an oil change at jiffy lube. I was dismayed to find that the technicians had not placed the standard paper floor mat down when they drove my car. My BRAND new floor mat on the driver's side now has grease/dirt stains. I am frustrated because though the work itself seems to be fine, the technicians did not treat the interior of my car with any care. I had already started to drive away by the time I noticed, and didn't know what complaining would do, but I am very disappointed that my car mats, literally new hours before the change, are now dirtied. Unfortunately that makes me question whether I would want to return to this location, or any jiffy lube. read more

I'm actually surprised I haven't reviewed this place yet. We had been here a couple of years back and had a weird experience that was not that favorable, but I forget the specific details of. Some sort of system flush we paid extra for, and a weird sound or symptom that the car exhibited afterwards that was normal and temporary but that they didn't tell us to expect. So we had some extra worry for nothing. Anyhow the second time around we were in and out quickly without incident. The guy who helped us was nice enough, he did the standard attempt to upsell us on services, but I come to expect it from the Lube so I know how to deflect it. Overall it's a decent location. And they were playing Cops on their pitiful waiting room TV which was a nice touch. read more

Nolan was very courteous and professional. He thoroughly reviewed the work done and the metrics. As required, he attempted to cross-sell a maintenance service I do need (which I declined), but did it without exerting pressure. Adolfo and his team are the best. I used to go to another Jiffy location, but decided to give this location a try because it is closer to my home. No wait on the afternoon of Memorial Day. I called in advance to make sure they were open. I knew what oil service I wanted, I brought my coupon from the Jiffy Lube app, and check in was a breeze. Adolfo knew my name before I even got out of the car. I almost procrastinated my oil change (again) but the dashboard warning was flashing 20% remaining oil life, so I finally took the plunge. I'm so glad I did. It's unusual to find any service provider any more who is sincere about providing the best service, and with this location, there is no question that they want to make the customer happy. Go already. Well, they did change the oil in about 15 minutes, but then spent the next 30+ minutes trying to figure out how to reset the maintenance reminder on the dash. After nearly an hour, I convinced the tech to drive it away with the maintenance reminder still up because I had to go to work. The kicker? I went home and reset it in my driveway in 2 mins. Also, they failed to apply a promised discount. That's several strikes on a place that performs a service that can be done more efficiently elsewhere. read more

By far the worst experience of my life. They weren't prepared with the supplies needed (filter) for my oil change and completed everything without the filter. Was told "someone" from AutoZone was driving it over and it might be 20 minutes...fine...after over an hour still nothing and who I assume was the manager, Angel, was rude and uncommunicative. He just kept saying "there's nothing he could do". He COULD have driven over to pick it up himself 45 minutes earlier. Instead decided to be lazy and absolutely incompetent. To top it all off many of the employees (including incompetent Angel) wasn't wearing a mask the whole time or was wearing it incorrectly. I often felt unsafe, especially when Angel came to my window to basically reprimand me on my frustration. After over 1.5 hours, I was finally out of hell. I will never return and will ensure everyone I know never returns either. This place needs to be completely restaffed. read more

I came in to ask for a lift inspection and they said to come back tomorrow because the girl that does the lift inspections is not here at the moment. When I came back the next day I drove by the shop and saw the very same manager Albert that I had spoken with the previous day lying on pavement where the lift inspection cars go, just relaxing looking at his phone. This jiffy lube is the greatest jiffy lube is any American state south of Canada and north of Mexico. The staff is quick and knowledgeable. I was first greeted by a young man named Bernardo (courtesy technician) who took me in with tender love and care and treated me like a close friend. I then had my American piece of steel worked on by a technician by the name of Joseph. I don't know what kind of sorcery this man performed on my vehicle but when I turned it over I heard the power of 1000 screaming bald eagles through my v8 4 by 4 machine and I swear I saw Andrew Jackson rise from his grave and ride off on his beautiful brown steed . I usually go to this Jiffy Lube because it's so close to my house & id rather not go to Walmart and wait hours just to get an oil change. When I got there I was greeted by the Manger, Adolfo. I said I needed an oil change & quickly the crew started working on my car. Adolfo was friendly, welcoming & very customer oriented. I work in a customer service environment & I could tell right away they take care of their customers. The best part is the oil change only took 10-15 minutes. If there were only ZERO stars, I'd choose it. I took my 2007 BMW 530i in for oil a few weekends ago. For over $100, they didn't even clean the rear window. They were also too lazy to reset the oil change sensor, so now it's asking for an oil change still. As if that's not enough, I was driving up the 5 earlier this week when all the plastic shield under the car flew off at highway speeds and were destroyed on the 5 by other cars. I called AAA and the guy looked under the car, and said "the last service you had didn't replace the panels correctly - they're all gone and you'll be out $1000 at BMW". I'm taking the car in for service today, I'm sending the bill to Jiffy Lube, and then I'm going to small claims court if I need to. There's not a judge alive who hasn't been screwed by car repair or oil change. I hope I get to slap a lien on the Jiffy Lube or shut it down a few days waiting for my judgement to be paid. NEVER AGAIN. I notified corporate Jiffy Lube today the bill for the under car protective panels is coming, and that I'm fine with going to Small Claims court to get a judgement that I'll post on Yelp as well if they decide to try to duck the cost of their negligence. read more

So far I have changed my oil myself and only ever paid for a full service just once before. Due to my bad experience with this other car service facility and all of the stigmas that come with car shops, I was hesitant to take my car to an actual service center. However, my car had suddenly gone to red on the dashboard so I figured I should pay for a legit oil change. After I saw all of the other inspections and services that come with a Jiffy Lube oil change I was sold. I even got a discount for printing out a coupon off of their website beforehand. As soon as I arrived I was quickly greeted and accepted for my service, even without an appointment. Within 20 minutes my car was ready to go. The windows were clean and the car was looked over fairly well. They even informed me that my transmission fluid was shot and showed me a sample. They offered me a discount, but I wasn't prepared for such a purchase and declined that day. A few days later I thought it over and decided to get my transmission fluid changed. The employees had recognized me and still applied the $30 discount. I could tell that they were being honest and were not simply trying to swindle me. The only issue I had was that afterwards, I had a leak that I quickly noticed when I returned home. Luckily, I took the car back and the issue was a quickly resolved. I really enjoyed the customer service that I received at this location. Jason and Joseph were both respectful and honest, so I definitely trusted them with my car. Thanks a lot guys. read more

I pass by this particular jiffy lube (Lake Murray blvd.) On a daily basis. They've had a promotional banner outside there shop months, at least 4 months. The promotion was for an oil change, $24.99. When I went to get my oil change they wanted to charge me $67.00 not including the tax. I asked the worker "what about the promotion I seen?" And he said they haven't had any promotions out there like that. Then just to top everything all off, he asked me if I wanted my tires rotated? It'll only cost $21.99. That's funny when discount tire does that for FREE!!! Bottom line these people are jokes and just want to rip you off. I'll never do business with them again. read more

Been coming here for several years. My tire warning light came on Between oil changes so I Called to see if they would check it out. They said yes so I drove over. The tech Attended to each tire and said the light should go off after some driving. I drove a mile or so and back and light was still on. She said more driving needed. I asked about the air pressure and she said one tire was down to 25. Since the light stayed on I took it to Costco Tire Center. They said the reason the light is on is that you have 3 tires @ 30 and one @ 36. Poor performance and service Jiffy Lube. Unrelated info - on a prior visit they broke my dipstick and the stick part was lost inside. I had to take it to the dealer to fix. Again = poor performance and service read more

This crew at Jiffy Lube are really awesome. Visting my family over the holiday break my nephew I let my nephew change my oil as we were doing some maintenance. Soon after a leak developed. I brought it to Jiffy Lube to have them check it out, which they were nice enough to do. Turns out the plug was only hand tightened and they tightened it up and I was on my way. The service was quick --almost too quick! I got an oil change, which I usually get the highest of them all and spent over $100 after cost of labor. Which is ridiculous. Also, I was concerned about a problem but the guys excuse to check it was, "well you have a lot of covers". Wrong answer.. I drive a Lexus and the car comes with lots of covers under the hood. On 11/1/19 I received a basic oil change. After leaving I pulled over to look over my invoice. I was particularly alarmed at the two comments written under the Service Comments area. One comment stated that there was an unusual engine noise. The other comment stated that the pre-check oil level was off the stick. With regard to the oil level being off the stick- I know this to be absolutely untrue. I checked the oil just before going there. It was a not even a half quart low. I immediately drove back to Jiffylube and with engine still running, I motioned for Alberto R (CSA) to come over. I asked him about these comments and he stood by them. I asked him about the so called engine noise. I asked does he hear it? He said, "no, not now". I then asked him about the oil level off the stick comment. He said that no oil even registered on the dip stick. But when I asked him about their own Service Checklist where it states that the oil level prior to service said "Full", he just blew that off and said that it's just in the computer to automatically print/say that. I am very concerned with how this location operates. On another occasion there they once stated on an invoice that my crankcase was filled with sludge. When I confronted them about this they did admit error but wouldn't change the invoice to reflect that. Said that they couldn't. These comments that are made on the receipt can be very damaging when a person wants to show maintenance records of vehicle if and when he decides to sell the automobile. But I'm afraid that I see an even more sinister reason for making these comments on an invoice: I think that it may be to cover their liability in case the vehicle develops mechanical issues shortly after being serviced at Jiffylube. This way they can say that they noted these problems/issues when vehicle came to them even if the comments made on the invoice are not the truth, as in my situation. I was a regular customer to Jiffylube as is my wife. But with the things the way they are now, I honestly don't think I will ever bring this company any more business. read more

I've come to this Jiffy Lube several times for simple oil changes, simply because my fleet service for my company forces us to use national brands for vehicle service. This Jiffy Lube provides simple oil changes, tire rotation, fluid replacement and filter replacement. It doesn't provide any service for brakes, tires, etc, its a very limited business. Across way from Jiffy Lube is a Firestone auto care center which offers more services, the problem is I hate Firestone with an utter passion, I cannot ever bring myself to take vehicles there. This Jiffy Lube is fast, convenient, and all the techs here are very friendly. They never seem to mess up on accepting my fleet account and I'm literally in and out of this place in about 30 minutes for an oil change. Haven't been burned once by this place yet, I will continue to bring my company vehicle here for quick oil changes. read more

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years and I was really impressed with this specific location. The staff (specifically Jason) was very polite and took care of me right away. My wait time was minimal and they did not push unwanted product or services on me once I said NO the first time...and did not treat me differently because I am a girl (though I can change my own oil and other parts on my car I do not always have adequate time so I continue to go to oil change shops). In a nutshell: 1) Told me 3X "Your van REQUIRES synthetic oil." 2) Me: "You're telling me it REQUIRES synthetic? That's interesting as it came from the factory with non-synthetic and you've always refilled it with non-synthetic. I'll go with non-synthetic." 3) (Laura ten minutes later): "You've hardly got any oil in here and there's sludge from using non-synthetic." This car has 27,000 miles so I doubt there's a build-up of sludge. 4) Upon leaving: "You need to bring it in soon to get synthetic to get rid of the old oil." WTF? I didn't want them to screw up my car and I had to get back to work so I didn't berate her and management then. However: Laura: Be conscionable. Is your integrity really worth the couple extra bucks you make by lying to people (I heard the above told to the guy before me). Try saying "We strongly recommend" instead of "REQUIRE". Do that and you're no longer a liar. Went here for about 10 years...not going back. read more
