So I went in to get a basic oil change and the worker who attended me said they don't sell or are out of the cheaper oil so he only sells the synthetic oil change. I ended up spending $100. The customer service here is really well on getting back to you. We ended up resolving my issue with them. read more

The employees here are consistently helpful and friendly. I drive about 15 minutes out of the way to go to this location. The one I was going to before was having me come in for oil changed more often than necessary. This location was the one that let me know and helped me out. DO NOT CHANGE TRANSMISSION FLUID HERE!!!! Would regularly take car to have oil changed, no problem, but then Daniel the ast. Manager would try to up sale me to change the transmission fluid on my car, making it sound urgent, I would repeatedly turn down the service, but after months of being badgered to change my transmission fluid and a weak moment on my part I said ok. Car was fine for a while, during the next week my son went for an oil change as well and was sold on the same change on the transmission fluid. Fast forward 3 weeks and my transmission died, I couldn't even put the car in neutral or take it out of park. 1 car down... then today my son is driving home from work and his transmission locked up, it too won't get out of park, 2nd car down! Coincident I don't think so, these guys don't know what they're doing, and definitely don't care what kind of hardship they're causing people total scammers and dirty salesmen I'm out 2 cars now all because these losers wanted to make extra cash on unsuspecting customers. If I could give them a lower rating I would 1 star seems to good for this place. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST if you don't it will COST you dearly. read more

2.5 stars... After reading poor reviews on yelp for this location, I was reluctant to come here but I was in a hurry. As suggested by another employee the night before, I arrived at 7:45am on a Sunday morning attempting to avoid delays. At 8:00 am the manager did let me into the lobby area. However, instead of assisting me... he just left me alone, he put some chairs outside, moved the flag, filled up water jugs, and continued preparing for opening the shop (at an extremely slow pace) . It took him about 10 minutes to finally ask me what I was here for? He said "sorry for the wait, his mechanic wasn't ready yet" (very disappointing to hear). Upon finally conducting service, (which was moderately quick and efficient), he then started to have problems typing in the coupon code into the computer, claiming that it might be expired? I watched him as he made the same data entry mistake 4 times in a row... finally I suggested that he type in the CORRECT coupon code (without transposing any letters/#'s). He seemed very annoyed that I figured out the problem. But it worked. Long story short, my vehicle was ready and I left at 8:40am. The whole time I was there, I debated on going across the street @ Firestone Service. Just might do that next time & will make an appointment. read more

Terrible cuatomer service! Went for an oil change and when my husband went up to pay, the computer froze. We waited over 1 1/2 hrs and they wouldn't allow us to leave, even though we gave them copies of ID, debit card, showed them bank transaction on Chase (online). They wanted to double charge so I called Chase and asked that they cancel the first transaction so they could charge us again. We spent close to 4 hrs with the service and payment mishap. Currently waiting for oil change, older tech named nau with the glasses that gives you estimate is pretty rude, no eye contact, bet if I had boobs I'd get better attention. Good customer service is the easiest thing to accomplish, even if you gotta fake that your happy doing you job then fake it, don't make the customer feel uncomfortable. This is my first time at a Jiffy Lube and the experience was good. I did come in with a Groupon which was a decent price since I didn't want to pay the same price at the dealership and spend 1.5 hours there for a simple oil change. I came in early on Friday and there was 3 other customers there so I knew I would have to wait a little longer than the usual 15 minutes they are known for. The employee did warn me beforehand that it would take at least 40 minutes which I was fine with, I was in no rush. Luckily, they were done in less than 30 minutes which was awesome. The employee did, however, mention to me that my air filter was completely dirty (they even showed it to me) and they would be able to replace it for $29.99. I knew that was a complete rip off since I can probably get the same one at a near by shop for half the price but I was already there and they were gonna install it so I let them do it. They even vacuumed and cleaned my windows. Overall, great service and experience. After that, I haven't seen any lights or problems with my car (like others on here). read more

I had taken my car into a Jiffy Lube on Santa Monica and Sunset on Sunday, then on Monday morning, my check oil came on. Lucky I was able to find this Jiffy Lube in Hacienda. I was greeted by Danny and Leon, they both showed so much concern for me and my car. They quickly brought my car into the pit and began trouble shooting the issue. BEWARE-SHADY. I went in for an oil change with conventional oil, and it was supposed to be $29 plus tax according to their special deal. During the oil change, like any other location, the guy called me to show me my engine air filter and cabin filter. I politely said I didn't need to change them right now. He recommended a few more things, and to make things clear and save his time, I told him I only needed an oil change this time. He said ok no problem. When it's time to pay, it's somehow $40. I asked him why it was not $29+tax as we agreed earlier, and he says he added coolant which was extra $5. With the tax and all it results to be $40. Seriously? I have a bottle of coolant at home that I can add myself. I told him I didn't ask for that service and he said okay, I'll just take that off of your total. It's only $5 but I felt they were trying to take advantage of customers who don't know about cars all too well. When I got home, I opened my glove compartment and saw my plastic cover of the cabin filter is just thrown in there instead of being properly put back to where it was. Now after all this, I'm pretty sure they didn't even change my oil filter. It even makes me think they might have stolen some parts that I haven't realized yet. Small things but they lost my trust. I told this to my friend who happened to have been at the same exact location before and he also had the same experience. Been coming here for over a year...always had no problems until this last time.I came in for oil change and tire rotation..at home i could do this in 45 mins..easy....it took these guys over an hour.Apparently my oil cap broke...and had to be replaced....i think someone broke it using the wrong tool.It cost for tire and oil about 63 dollars.... at least 5 people who came after me....left before me...will go to lube express fom now its on colima that one has good reviews so it seems....but stay away from this jiffy lube...they try..to get you for more money. read more

I am so pissed. Took my car here 12/30 hoping to get an oil change. I have a 93 Miata and it is a bit lowered. I was sitting in the waiting room & heard my car revving which was strange as I was just getting an oil change and when I look thru the lil window I see these ppl getting my car unstuck off their small grate that sticks up from the floor. Though this would not have been a problem for any other stock car, the fact that these idiots drove my car all the way over the grate when it wasn't going over it easily is ridiculous. they then said sorry, too low & I left. Now my rear differential is suspiciously cracked, my mechanic thinks it probably happened when my car was stuck here since those things don't just happen. Point is, WTF jiffy lube, I'm bummed that I can't sue you idiots for driving my precious baby on yo grates, I'm horrified and wished I had been watching the whole time so I could have taken photos of this atrocity.
