I went in for a simple oil change they told me also I need new pads on my front axel and didn't remove tires. Went back for the brake pads and was told I also need new rotors. They showed me the rotors and said they couldn't be resurfaced because they were warped. Took my car to ACA Auto today and only cost me $35 for a inspection of both front and rear axels. Jiffy Lub tried to sell a service I don't need. WILL NAVER GO BACK!!! It seems to be this is their mo when dealing with women. We've taken both of our cars here for years... I just bought a brand new car and over the past weekend my tire pressure readings went kind of out of whack. We tried to fix it but we ended up not being able to figure it out so I stopped in tonight and talk to Al. He got the right amount of pressure in all of the tires and the sensor fixed it self. This is my second time coming here and the service is pretty quick and consistent! Staff is friendly, and diverse. It is nice to come to a location in this area and see people of all backgrounds come together and work as a team!! The manager, Eric was very polite and welcoming. He offered water and coffee during my wait. They had Four cars being serviced when I arrived. I asked Eric how long would I have to wait and he said 30min and that's exactly what I waited. Another gentleman cleaned my back window, the young lady working the register/sales was very polite. At one point I was exiting the building and another employee coming into the building, held the door for me and waited for me to exit. The manager was nice and seemed to know what was going on but employees did not have much care at all. Went in for synthetic oil change and engine flush, and they did me the courtesy of replacing a burnt out brake light. Got the car back very quickly but noticed immediately that my back turn signal was now not working. Next day I went back and waited for an hour for them to tell me it was not their fault and it was probably an electrical problem. Worked on it for four hours and found out there was a steel tab that they had bent completely back and no longer connected to my turn signal tab. Please never ask these guys for a courtesy because you'll be met with problems that they create and won't have the care to fix. read more

I bought a used truck and I went in and had the oil changed. 2 oil changes ago, the tech showed me my oil and suggested flushing my oil. Done! Well I went in for my last oil change, and after saw that there was still build up and sludge. I took it back on a Friday afternoon and they were busy, but I told all of this to the manager and he said that he would take care of it. What really stood out to me is that I ran it down to him and he didn't log into the computer to verify, but he said that we will take care of you. That shows how he cares about customer service and not just 'company policy' or 'we didn't do that' He flushed the brand new oil out and then did it again to remove a lot of the sludge. Took my car here for an oil change because it was the only place still open after I got off from working in a hospital during the covid surge. The price is more than double what I normally pay including at the dealership. For the next oil change, when I took it where I normally go they said the previous place had placed the oil cap on too tight and they weren't able to complete it. Thus, forcing me to come back to this location and they tell me nothing was wrong- despite having this vehicle for years and never having a problem before... Can someone say scam? Dude was very unprofessional as he reeked of marijuana, consistently flirted with me through the whole sales pitch, and tried tell me that my car would break down if I didn't rotate my tires, which I don't need to do as I just purchased them about two weeks prior, and change my air filter. I am so angry! I paid hundreds of dollars to only be told there is another problem. I went to the location on Katella to have then check out a sensor light that came on in my car. I first went to get a diagnosis from auto zone and brought it to Marcellas and indicated I needed this fixed. He said ok and then said I needed spark plugs replaced. At no time did anyone state auto zone diagnosis isn't a credible place to receive an accurate reading of my sensor. I was charged $700 to replace the cam shaft position sensor, sparkplugs and oil and filter change. The assistant manager gave me a print out of what I needed fixed and how much it would be. I drove home, the next day when I went to go to work the sensor light came on again. I thought oh this is more than likely connected to the issue I just paid for, I need to go back and let them know the sensor light is back on. I called Monday, Tuesday, and no one answered the phone. Wednesday I went to the location after work but it was extremely crowded and was told I would have to wait over an hour. I went back to auto zone to see if there was another problem on my car, however the same cam shaft position sensor came on again, so for me this was confirmation that it was something minor and related to the work I just had done. I went back to the location today after work and told Patrick that I had work done on Sunday, however the light came back on the next day. I showed Patrick the print out I had and he said oh auto zone isn't credible and I never replace anything without checking it out further because that cam shaft position sensor can be a sensor for hundreds of problems in your car. I informed him that no one indicated that to me on Sunday and they just did the repair of this sensor that can be the source to many issues. He asked who helped me and I told him Marcellas, he went and got the assistant manager, now Marcellas is agreeing with what Patrick is saying. I asked why didn't you tell me this information on Sunday instead of fixing it? He had no answer, clearly the assistant Marcellas does not know what the heck he is doing. They scammed me because I am female and now a complete diagnostic check must be done before they can determine what cam shaft position sensor really has the issue. Which means more money that I don't have especially just spending all that money. I am so pissed. I asked who the real manager is, that act like they didn't know his name and was asking one about its Luis E, we don't really know how to pronounce or spell it. They just brushed me off and told me to come back on Monday when the general manager is present. Ladies, don't go here they scam tf out of me. I have to go where there are real knowledgeable mechanics. I WANT A REFUND SO I CAN REALLY GET MY CAR FIXED!! Such a scam!! read more

There was a line whenn I arrived. After asking about how long it would take, I was told around 20 mins per vehicle. An hour later, the three cars ahead of me hadn't moved an inch. On arrival told the oil change was $199 for the first 5 quarts plus extra quarts for a total of $257. When I asked why the high price was told extra labor due to it being a large truck. The dealer charges $195 and walmart did the job for $147. This place is a scam business, watch your wallet. The labor on this truck is the same as any car, unscrew 1 bolt drain oil, replace filter, add new oil after replacing drain bolt, period, done.
