You ask for a oil and filter change, which is more expensive here than most places. Of course they have to check everything else to see what they can overcharge you for. My Cabin air filter was very dirty and it costs about $18 online, but $50 from Jiffy Lube! Even with a Military discount I still paid $148 all said and done, including a $3.99 charge for my ild oil filter to be discarded! WTH, oil filters are what you do but nice hidden fee. Not down with the over priced big lube experience. Nice enough people but Corporate needs to chill a bit. read more

I was lucky to get my car serviced right away. The guys at Jiffy Lube were very helpful and not pushy about selling services/auto parts that I did not need. On my way to class today, I got a flat on the expressway. I had no choice but to continue driving on it until I could make it to this Jiffy Lube. (I don't know how to change my spare - sue me). I showed up right when they opened - they had no other customers. Already pretty flustered and nearly late for class because of our beloved Miami rush hour, I almost burst into tears when the girl told me the wait would me max. 30 minutes. When you have no other customers? Really? I certainly wasn't pretending to be happy - I even begged to have them just help me change it so I could be on my way - but I sat in the waiting room anyway. A few minutes into my visit, an employee came to inform me that the tire had irreparable damage due to the length of time I drove on it, but they could still put the spare on for me. Within 3 minutes the tire was changed and I was not charged for the service. Even for how rude I was upon my arrival, they were sympathetic to my situation. Their generosity and speed really turned an awful point in my day into a lesson in the kindness of others. Thank you so much Jiffy Lube! read more

I came here for an oil change because I had the 21.99 coupon. When I pulled in I got taken right away, the lady was friendly and SEEMED to understand what I wanted. I was told it would be 20 MIN so I did some grocery shopping and came back, when I got there the lady called me over and started telling me my car needed all sorts of other (expensive) services done to it. I told her no thank you and after about 10 minutes she finally took no as an anwser. I got taken to the register and told I owed 44 $ , 44?! I reminded her of my coupon and she looked at me and said "what coupon" are you kidding me?? Finally after another arguement I got out of there for what I came for, a 22$ oil change. read more

I was just here yesterday to get an oil change. I had to come back today morning because they overfilled it and my engine was overheating and every time when I shift gears it was stalling. I brought it back and I'm still waiting and it's been 40 minutes and my car is not even getting seen. If they correctly did the only one job that they are responsible for doing, I won't be wasting my precious Saturday at this awful place. Thankfully I'm moving soon and I no longer need to come here. Horrendous, FRAUDULENT experience. Claimed they replaced my brakes and they didn't. Yes a regional manager made it right but save yourself the hassle. My husband took my SUV there in January to get an oil change. They mentioned my rear brakes needed to be replaced. This seemed odd to us as my car is only 2 years old and had about 12K miles on it. Nissan said it was POSSIBLE. So we trusted them and paid over $400 to replace them. Fast forward to May when my brakes start acting weird. We took my car to Nissan who informed us the rear brakes were not new. My husband was in disbelief but Nissan clearly showed us where only my pads were new. My brakes were the original ones and were rusted. There was NO way they were new. We tried to call the Jiffy Lube and no one ever answered. Finally my husband put in a claim with Jiffy Lube corporate. We ended up having to meet with a regional manager who offered us our money back or new brakes. My husband was furious. The manager ended up replacing our brakes and refunding our money. So all in all you can't trust that they are actually performing the work you are paying them for. I used to love Jiffy Lube for my car needs but I will never bring my car to another Jiffy Lube again. read more

So, with that said, I've been twice to this Jiffy Lube and they are so friendly and kind and both times I've only waited 20 minutes. That's worth the money to me, my time. read more

Today I got my oil changed and brakes replaced, along with a few other needed services. This is my second time to use this location, and I will keep going back until I have a reason not to. Honestly, I used to hate going to these places; you always feel pushed to get all their services, but the guys here are really nice. Not once did I feel pressured and they gave me good deals, using whatever coupons they could find to help my budget. THE WORST JIFFY LUBE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Before I go further, I would like to say, that I always go to Jiffy Lube in my hometown, and have NEVER had any problems in the past. The mechanics are always friendly, never pushy, and provide excellent service. HOWEVER, about 2 months ago, I was visiting family in Miami and needed a quick oil change before I hit the road. As soon as they found out that I was not going to pay for extra services (change air filter, new battery, etc), they "finished" my oil change in LESS THAN TWO MINUTES. LITERALLY. TWO MINUTES. I even commented on how "speedy" they were and even asked if they really changed my oil, to which the RUDE CASHIER behind the counter barely responded. I was so nervous before I left town, I had our family mechanic take a look at it the next day, and he said he wasn't sure what they did, but my oil level was low and it needed to be changed. On top of that, they didn't even top off my washer fluid or vacuum my interior floors, which is part of their "signature service." Be prepared for rude service and to be ripped off if you happen to use this specific jiffy lube. I would give this place NO STARS if I could, and I regret not writing the names down of the people who worked with me and on my car so I could report them. read more

I had a very bad experience with this location. My ipod nano that was plugged in inside the armrest of my car "disappeared" while I was in the waiting room!!!!!. I couldn't believe that it may have happened while I was there. Now I have no trust in this franchise. I'm now reading the other reviews about this location and I regret not having read them before. These guys did a fine job of my oil change, but I was at the store while they were doing it and I got a call from them. They asked if they wanted me to have them change the filter for my air conditioning which they told me would be $4.99, I said sure. I came back, prepared to pay my bill and it was $24.99 at which point I I asked the woman behind the counter why it was so much she said it was what she had told me I guess they don't enunciate properly so I'm saying is double check everything before you agree to anything. read more

I came only for a oil change and ended up with a long list of things that had been already done this week since I am a women they tried using the usual stunt not knowing I am from out of town and I am a certified mechanic so I work on my own car...also the battery drain they do is pretty sad not everybody in the waiting room can all have low battery that is a big suspicion. Came in January for a simple battery replacement. Assistant manager neglected to tell me all they carry are two hundred dollar batteries until after it was all said and done. Fine I paid it. Not two days.later, the car is giving me problems it never had...pedal sticks, motor Sounds like a dying cat and all the lights go on. I call the store, speak with the manager, Freddy. He tells me to bring it in. I do. He blames his assistant mgr because he didn't properly set up the battery after changing it nor did he even bother to refill the fluids. I tell Freddy just like I did the assistant manager, "please check my car, I want to know it's safe to drive" he promises it is. Mind you if he would have told me, Im not a liscensed mechanic, take it somewhere else, I would have, but he didn't, he smiled and swore it would not give me any troubles. Less than two months later, Im now stuck on the side of the road, blocking some poor apt complex entrance with a dead car. I speak to another store I called by mistake, and accordingly to Keaton, she says she has heard of this happening before. She advises for me to call.corporate because the local supervisor would just bury the incident. I call corporate and they tell me, they will turn it over to Victor, the very same person I was just warned about. I thought an American corporation was suppose to be honest, if nothing else stand behind it's work. You took my life in your hands and threw me in danger. And worst of all @jiffylube corporation could care less. They left me with an investigation number that God knows if Im going to hear from anyone and my car is still on the side of the road. Worst Service Ever !!! The Manager Juan Doesn't even care about his customer I had an issue with one of the techs and he was outside smoking a cigarette!! What type of manager just smokes while one of his customers is outside complaining!! Don't go there. Bad service!! These guys are super fast! I've been bringing my car here during my lunch break for oil changes for the past 2.5 years and I've only once had to wait more than 30 minutes. They once told me that I needed to get my brake pads changed, which I knew to be true. As great as I think the service here is, I would never get anything like that done at a Jiffy Lube. I had it done with my mechanic, and when I went in for my oil change a few months later, they didn't mention that I needed to replace the brake pads as I thought they would. From my experience, up-selling isn't a huge issue with this place. There is one girl there who can be a little pushy with the air filter changes so beware! I would just recommend keeping record of when you last changed your filters so you know when they need to be changed again. Other than that, I don't even consider taking my car anywhere else to get an oil change. The lounge area inside is nice and there's a Subway, Winn-Dixie, McDonalds, and CVS within walking distance (which you won't get to visit if they're not busy because they'll be done in 15-20 minutes). Oh, and they always have great coupons and sometimes even honor ones that have recently expired. This place is quick and the customer service is surprisingly good for a Jiffy Lube. They even roll out a red carpet for you before you get into your car. Not sure if this is standard procedure at all Jiffy Lube's, but it shows you they value their customers even though it's a little awkward. read more

Took my 2007 Mazdaratti aka my Mazda3 in for a routine oil change. Lobby and bathroom was clean. I used a groupon deal for $20. Service was quick, professional, and thorough. They changed the oil, oil filter, vacuumed front and back, topped off some fluids, and wiped the windows. The only annoying thing is they try to up sell you on many things. For example, they want to replace your air filter (go to walmart and buy your own for $15 and do it yourself...super easy Paris Hilton could do it). Some of the stuff they try to up sell you on is important but do your research before you say yes to them. Will go again. read more

No wonder though, they were all over the place, working on two other cars while they were working on mine instead of doing one at as they come in.
