Great for quick oil change BUT beware of unnecessary recommended service. Just say NO! I have a quote from Jiffy Lube for recommended new brakes, for over $1,000. I took my car the next day to my Ford dealer to check and rear brakes were barely used and front were more than 50% left. Shame on you Jiffy Lube! We won't be going to you again. read more

Ive come to this location a few times and it was fine until one day the employee was going over my car and telling me that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced asap and would cost 700-800+ to replace. The employee showed me a brakepad diagram, and it was at its lowest level. Decided to take a look at the brake pads myself before i commit to getting the whole job done and low and behold, my brakes still have a ton of life left. They tried to scam me out of 700-800. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The lost of trust is gone. ended up doing a replacement myself and it cost me $300 in parts. read more

I just requested an oil change. The let me know about other add one, which I declined. They weren't pushy which I appreciated. I was the only customer there when I arrived and they were very quick to get my car serviced. I was out of there in under 15 minutes. The price was fair ($80 for a synthetic blend) so I'll probably be back here at some point. read more

The manager emailed me a coupon for a "free" oil change . I informed them I don't want to return back to their business... why on earth would I give them a chance to mess up my car again and have to clean up more oil off my garage floor. I requested a full refund since they did not perform the job that I paid them to do ... still waiting on an answer since it's at the discretion of the district manager . Hopefully they do the right thing, but if they don't, I'm just going to call my credit card company and fight the charge. This is probably going to be the most deserving 5 star review I've ever written. I pulled up for an oil change, and I was the second car in line. Miguel came over and greeted me, and he was incredibly personable and walked me through choosing the options for the oil change (I've been to this location before, so everything was the same). After going inside, he comes back in to ask if I've had any noticeable battery trouble, which I haven't. They can't get my car to even start to pull into the service area. My car battery died AT Jiffy Lube. Miguel pulled the battery out (not easy on a Prius C), tested it, made a call to have someone bring a new battery, installed the new battery, changed my oil, and rotated my tires, all in about an hour. He even gave me a very reasonable price for the services that day. I can't thank the staff enough for really taking care of me and my car this afternoon. I'll definitely be coming back, but hopefully next time, no other issues besides changing my oil. read more

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I came in for a conventional oil change and they didn't ask what type of oil change I wanted, just assumed their premium service. by the time I'm filling out all my information into their greasy computer while he had the tablet in his hands, he asked me to follow him so I can fill my info out & yes, I had to type all my information into their system because the worker was elderly and couldn't read off of the computer screen. He tells me the amount I have to pay ($144) which is double the amount I pay at valvoline and I asked why? he said they were all out of conventional and that's what I have to pay and now I'm just willing to pay because they're already servicing my vehicle. He then tells me I must pay card that at this time he can't take cash and I let him know these are things we should talk about before getting started because all I had was cash and he then takes my money as if he just didn't want to deal with the hassle of counting change. I've gone here so many times and always got the best service. Not this week, they clearly don't want the business. Last time i was there they didn't have my filter for my car but a really nice man went and got it for me within the half hour to help me. This time yet again didn't have the filter. The guy helping me refused to help me further or order a filter or even see if any other stores had it. I called that store today hoping to get someone to order one since i work 12 hour shifts and would only be able to go in on my 30 min lunch. he said he needed the VIN and i said i can tell him it over the phone. He refused to let me do that and i told him i was just there yesterday trying to get the oil change. He refused to help me. It's very unfortunate to see customer service go down hill so much. I spent $500 on brakes and rotors for the front of my car that I took back several times and told him that they were squealing really loud and they told me that there was nothing wrong and then they went and changed my brakes because they heard the noises and they still make very very loud loud noises when I break and I did not like the noise cause it sounds like my brakes are no good and I feel like they're using very cheap stuff to change our brakes and fix our our stuff in our vehicles and they rip people off read more

I've been to this business twice for a drive thru oil change. Both times the workers were closed off and a bit rude! Customer service here isn't the greatest! I'd rather have good work done by great people, than excellent work done by rude people. This place has decent work done by rude people. So it's a lose-lose for me. I had the best customer service from Othon & Regi!!! Everyone is very kind and helpful here I didn't catch everyone's names but they have excellent, professional, and personable customer service. I got in I filled in my first and last name, my email, address, phone number, and I think that's it. It was very simple to sign up. I was in and out of here in maybe less than 10 minutes there was one more car here, but they took me immediately! Don't quote me on the amounts but I got my oil change for approximately $75 for the first time customer discount, I got $20 off the original price of about $95? They only said nice or helpful things to me and I had my car full of stuff from moving. So I really appreciate their kindness. This is the jiffy lube location that I have gone to since moving to Oceanside. I went today for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Upon entering, I was told that the tire rotation alone was going to cost over twice as much as it has in the past (usually pay ~$25 for TR, today it was $60). I told the staff member I was talking to that it seemed like that was incorrect, siting my previous visits and what I was charged, only to be told that they just increased their prices last week. Not sure if it was true or not, but I let him know that I felt that they were not being honest with me. I was told that the manager will be in on Tuesday if I wanted to call. Some other staff saw us going back and forth, asked the staff member who I was conversing with what the problem was, and then said "tell her if she doesn't like the prices, she should go somewhere else". I remained polite throughout the exchange and asked if this is how they talk to their customers and the staff member I was talking to said "yea, on and off". I put my car in reverse, left and immediately called the jiffy lube location about 10 minutes up the road. I asked how much a tire rotation costs and they said $25. This jiffy lube lost a customer, but the next jiffy lube location gained one, treated me politely, and did a great job. It seems obvious that this location saw I was a woman and wouldn't think I would question sketchy prices. I will not be coming back here. read more

Honesty! On Saturday, after bringing some landscaping material to my friend's place, I stopped in on my way home because my truck was telling me I needed an oil change. I was greeted by a guy (I believe is name was Reg); he asked when I last received an oil change and how many miles I had driven since the last oil change. I told him that at most I had driven 1,500 since my last oil change because I only drive my truck maybe 30-50 miles per month. He checked the oil ... said it was full, and showed me that it was still clean. He said I didn't need an oil change just yet and sent me on my way.
