Contacted Lyft was told to called jiffy lube to resubmit the inspection form Or get a copy. Monday 8-19-2019 Called in the morning spoke to Hector asked if Jennifer (Lyft inspector) was in hector replied she scheduled @ 11:00. I called back a 11:55 was told she was on lunch strange... I called back at 1:21 hector answered. I asked can I speak to Jennifer (Lyft inspector) Hector replied Your harassing her she doesn't wanna talk to you I couldn't believe he said this, I asked if I could speak to the manger. I use to go here all the time for my oil changes but that stops after my experience today. I first pulled up to an open bay and stood outside for several minutes before anyone even came up to me and greeted me. After I was finally greeted, I was advised to pull into the open bay and wait inside until they were ready to check me in. I went inside and got checked in. When my car was ready, I went up to the front to pay. This is where my experience went so very south. The VERY nice lady who was running the computer/register went over all of my services and my final bill. I explained that I had two coupons that I wished to use: $15 off full synthetic oil service and 20% off air filter service. She scanned the 20% off coupon first but the computer did not accept the coupon. She then asked the guy in a red JiffyLube shirt (who was sitting down behind the desk - I'm assuming a manager of some sort) for help as the computer would not take the coupon and she didn't know what to do. He had said to just give me the 20% off, but very rudely. She then said "yes, but the coupon isn't working how do I do that?" He replied, "well let's just do some math what is 20% off of $29? That would be $3." I then proceeded to tell him that was actually only 10% and that $6 would be 20% off. He then stood up and said "What's his total? Give him the $3 off and the $15 off for service and be done with it!" Again, I said that it should be $6 and not $3. She didn't change it, and I wasn't going to hold up the line all over $3. I don't really even care about the $3 but how he was talking to her is what bothers me. He was speaking to her like she was stupid for the computer not taking my coupon and asking for help on how to take the coupon/what to do. And his dismissal of me clarifying the proper discount. Stay clear if this location. Never had a bad experience like this until today - maybe it's just new management that needs to change again...idk...but look elsewhere for your maintenance needs. read more

How unfortunate that I take my Bmw in a few month apago and I go under the hood and realize it's leaking from the oil Filter. You see they did not change any of the gaskets it comes with if purchased in a store. It's a required process at all oil changes. This place is a sham and if you have a BMW, do it yourself. Justin the worker was very unprofessional and condescending. I came here from Washington state after I drove to California and needed an oil change after a long trip. I am a return customer to jiffy lube locations with all of my vehicles. I was asked to pull my car in and by habit took my car keys in and didn't realize that my new vehicle (to me) had to be turned on to check mileage. I will not return to this location for work to be done on my car. Poor customer service and unprofessional. I felt extremely angry and embarrassed for a simple mistake. I went there on Thursday to have my windshield washer motor installed and asked if they could fix the squeak in my brakes when I backed up. The Service woman who inspected my brakes let me know that the last person who fixed my brakes didn't do a proper job and said that I needed to go back and let them know what they did wrong so that they could repair it properly. I told her that my mechanic moved to Florida. She gave me a quote and I had her repair the work. Since I was there for most of my day they offered to Uber me home and that they would drive my car to my home when the job was complete. They arrived at my home at approximately 7 p.m. and when I drove my car the next day I couldn't believe how well it drove and no more squeaks either. I can't tell you how professional this company is and Sydney communicated with me throughout the day. I now found my new service center for my car. They fix everything. Had a dead battery. Call Jiffy Lube, talked to Mike, to see if they had my battery in stock, which they did. Told him I'd be right down after I got my car off of the charger. I'd give it less than a star. Negative stars are due. The techs prepared my vehicle for a road trip by installing the wrong air filter, and they put it in backwards! It caused issues for a thousand miles until it completely stopped us roadside. Even after proving their mistakes they dragged out a process to appease me and further infuriated me with how the "service" went. Unacceptable on all fronts. I will never go back! read more

I went in for an oil change on my BMW. All was fine friendly service etc. As I was leaving the technician has a computer hooked up to my car trying to reset the oil change indicator. He was having difficulty as he seemed like a novice at this and kept punching various codes into his handheld computer....after a while he called another technician who took over and figured out how to reset the oil indicator. As I left I realized the time on my radio and dash board had reset to zero. I pulled over to the side of the road and reset it. Once I got home and turned off my car and restarted it I saw it had reset my clock and the odometer to zero. I repeated this several times with the same results. I took it back to Jiffy Lube and the manager had the technician try to fix this auto reset issue to no avail. This is when the manager basically informed me there was nothing they could do and indicated that I could have a short or some other malfunction. I asked if he planned on remedying the issue and he asked why since they did not have anything to do with the problem and questioned why it would have been caused by them. I explained I just got an oil change and that they had tried to reset the on board computer and caused the problem...he then said they did not do anything and that it was not their responsibility. I had to once again explain it was functioning properly before the oil change...the manager kept insisting it was not anything they did...fed up I asked what he planned to do. He said there was nothing they could do. Excuse me! What terrible customer service. I insisted they do some research and again the manager took no initiative or responsibility and said there was nothing he could do since they did not know how to fix the problem. He was defensive and showed little concern for my situation which they had caused. I insisted that this was unacceptable. He then suggested I take my car to a BMW specialist at my expense and if the problem was caused by them we "could talk." I suggested they call other jiffy lube locations and he said they did not know how to fix the problem either. Needless to say I was upset at the indifference by the manager and informed him I wanted them to research a solution and That I would come back. Reluctantly he tells me he will research the issue but that I need to call him on Tuesday or three days from now since he is off on Monday. Really? I asked if he could have someone else research the issue so I can contact them on Monday. Reluctantly he agreed...I was frustrated with the manager and his poor customer service skills. This was a terrible customer experience and I will wait to see if they help me resolve the issue in a timely manner. Otherwise they have just lost a loyal customer. read more

This place went from a 4 to a 1 for my family. I had been here 3 or 4 times in the past with no issue, other than them trying to sell me multiple service in conjunction with my oil change, and I had decided to change the oil myself. When I tried to unscrew the not I found it had been screwed on too tight by Jiffy and I ended up stripping the nut; never had an issue before replacing oil in the mini van myself. I talked to someone on the phone at Jiffy and they were nice ... let him know what happened and he said he'd help me out; I was at work so I let them know my wife would be in. When my wife went in with the mini van she spoke to an employee named Eddie who, she explained, was very rude to her and wouldn't assist. She called me and let me know what happened and I asked her to hand the phone to him so I could talk. I explained that we had called earlier and spoken to someone (name omitted because he was friendly) and he indicated Jiffy would help .... as most good companies would do. Eddie was instantly rude and the conversation went something like this Eddie "we won't touch the nut, you need to go to a mechanic to get it fixed; you stripped it and we won't touch it" Me "We have been regular customers and we called earlier and we were told Jiffy would help and replace the nut" Eddie "No, were not going to do that we don't have the tools to remove a stripped nut ... its a liability for us" Me "Can you at least put the car up there and see if you can get the nut off for us; we'll pay for it" Eddie "We won't do that, but if you buy an oil change we'll do it" Me - I reiterated the conversation and then said "That's fine, but I'll be posting a yelp review to let people know what kind of service you give your clients and I'll never return here again for an oil change." Eddie "Why would you post a yelp review" Me "Please return the phone back to my wife .. goodbye" AVOID THIS PLACE! Go somewhere where clients are valued and good service is given. read more

In preparation for a long road trip next week, I decided to get my oil changed and coolant system serviced at Jiffy Lube. Last Saturday, my car overheated and the radiator lost a lot of fluid, for the first time since I bought my 2013 Subaru Outback. Upon arriving just after 9am this morning, I was greeted by name by Willy. I had been to Jiffy Lube in the past so they knew my name. Within 30 minutes, all services were complete and Willy had identified that my radiator cap had a broken spring so it was not sealing properly. He said they did not have any replacements in stock but there was an Autozone just down the street. I drove there and for about $14, replaced my own radiator cap. I was happy with the friendly service, the price and the outcome. Thanks Willy! read more

Every time. Every time they say you "need" a new air filter. We replaced ours less than a month ago but we now "need" a new air filter. I sat in the lobby and watched as every customer was called to look at their car for the air filter they all "need" and other recommended add-ons. Chang my damn oil and stop trying to hustle me into spending almost triple the cost of your recommended service adds. $2 additional to top off my coolant though the receipt shows a mania adjustment from included to $2.00. My truck never leaked fluids until I had mine changed here. Transmission, transfer case, and rear diff all leaked after having fluids changed at this location. It cost me $1300 to fix Avoid this location they don't care about your car or you. read more

One star because I left with oil in my car and one star for the friendliness of the staff, outside of that, I don't see any reason for more stars. Went here on a Saturday morning for an easy oil change. They already have my information saved because I go to Jiffy Lube for all of my oil changes. I expected there to be a wait but 20 minutes just to get my car checked in, and another hour after that? None the less, the staff member that helped me, was very apologetic. I asked them to call when it was ready because we were going to head out of town an hour later - when they said my car would be done. We had a mix up and I called once we left to change the number I wanted them to call when my car was complete. The guy on the phone insisted that they would "just park it" when it's done. I just told you, I'm waiting on my car to be done so I can go out of town. He got the point to call me and did about an hour and a half after I dropped off my car. As I paid, all the things that they checked were "good". When they checked my oil, it was full.. Miraculous! Because when My boyfriend checked before I came it was SUPER LOW, in fact the oil being low is exactly why I am here. And what floor mats did you vacuum? Why go over something that takes five minutes to say if it isn't actually accurate? To top it all off, they didn't replace my under carriage cover properly and now it's scraping the street going in and out of my drive way, over speed bumps, and on the smallest dips in the road. Not impressed, I'll buy the oil myself and have my boyfriend do it next time. He offered but I didn't want him to hassle. Now he has to jack up my car and work on it anyway. read more

I always love coming to this Jiffy Lube. Every time I come the service is amazing and always quicker than I think should be possible. My last visit, I got to meet Tyshawn, and he was so courteous and helpful. I went in thinking I was going to spend hundreds of dollars on everything my car needed, and he was able to assure me that certain services I thought I needed, I had already done. He even pulled out my cabin filter to show me it was still very new and didn't need to be changed yet. Excellent customer service!! I came here for the first time to get my oil changed. I respected the upsell but it was out of my budget. The employees were incredibly friendly and nice. The problem that came after my oil change and checkup was that on the way out I noticed my radio wasn't working. It wasn't even on. I went back to ask them if they tampered with it or anything, and it was very peculiar to have a problem with the radio after an oil change. They told me they couldn't do anything about it, and that I should try fixing it on my own and call them back to talk to them about how it was. This was outrageous. I had to drive back later just to get a diagnosis, with ended with the same conclusion; take care of it yourself. I'd trust this place to get changes and checkups, but man, I'm not planning on coming back without thinking more about it. I just feel sad because I know it's a great place with only good intentions, but it's just so ridiculous how there's no consideration for helping me further. It's suspicious. read more

Today was by far the worse customer service I've ever experienced with one of their associates (Tyrone) this gentle was very arrogant and irrational and lack professionalism in the highest degree. Very helpful and kind workers. They were super knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Unfortunately they couldn't balance my tires because they didn't have the correct part, which was unfortunate but they rotated them which is something! She was also making a really weird noise which turned out to be the power steering and they just topped off the fluid and she purred just fine after that.
