I have given these clowns their last chance. The first time I tried this place I let them change my oil and the manager had a bad attitude. Got done with the service, took too long, and they were rude. Tried to take my car through two days ago and there was a car in each of the three bays. The manager came out to meet me and I told him I just wanted and oil change. He told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half before he could get to it and was obviously discouraging me from getting my oil change there. I am not sure why the wait would be that long with so few cars ahead of me but again his attitude sucked. I have a corporate account with Jiffy Lube with a dozen vehicles that I get serviced in Temecula and I am closing my account. We get so much better service at Valvoline (used to be Econolube), most visits take 15 minutes at the most and they are polite. This location sucks and corporate should do something about the employees here, especially the manager! read more

Absolutly a run around with these guys. They were the most disrespectful bunch of people I have used! I have gone to other Jiffy Lubes and the service was much better. These guys did not fill my fluids or vacuum my car which is included. When I asked they told me I only asked for the oil change. I had to point out that the oil change includes vacuum and checking fluids. They told me I could bring it back in and they will do it when they were not as busy. Went in to get my oil topped off this morning (like I'd done before) and I was turned away because the manager (Eddie) said I wasn't in the system. Eddie asked me when the last time I was in, I replied six months?...then he asked me for a reciept! Text book example of poor leadership skills. His young staff looked on as this "manager" turned away a sale. What a schlong. Also, contacted district manager left my info and have not received a call back. Tip top service. Polite, fast and not expensive. I got in without a wait on a Saturday afternoon. I printed out a $5 coupon from their website and chose the conventional signature service so I felt the value was really good. Service was so quick I didn't have time to read a whole article in the waiting area. I'll be back again for sure. read more

Waited almost an hour for them to tell me that they did not have a filter for my car. They basically gave me half off, but I will have to come back again to get the oil re-changed. Not a great experience and they made it sound like I should've known better about bringing my car without checking on the Oil filter first because my car is a diesel. read more

My big gripe against Jiffy Lube is they charge way too much for an oil change. This place costs $40. That's about equal to what a dealership will charge and without the free car wash the dealer will toss in. Not to mention for the same oil change you can go up the street to Wal Mart and get it done for $10 less. Save your time and money, go to Wal Mart or better yet do it yourself for much cheaper. read more

Convinced me to switch to synthetic oil and charged an extra $20 for it. I'm still not sure that I really need it. I've been doing regular for the first 90K miles. I'm a sucker when someone tells me I'm not taking care of my car. Also broke off one of my lug nuts. Not sure if that is their fault or not, but I won't be going back. They suck! Paid for their premium oil change where they check and fill all fluids. Got my car back wiper fluid was empty and my coolant light went on. They obviously didn't check the fluids at all. It's a real let down when you pay extra for this service. Don't use this jiffy lube go further down to the one near college blvd they are great! read more

I had to get an emergency oil change due to me being dumb and they were so kind and friendly. They took care of the oil obviously and they fixed something else on my car that wasn't a big deal but I'm still thankful they did that. I wanted to hug them all. I needed an oil change badly my engine oil was literally on one percent, but the problem is that i work crazy hours and wasn't able to go to my usual Walmart spot. I called around to check pricing and jiffy lube was fairly close and had a good rate. I was fully expecting to go there and spend at least an hour or two waiting for the services to be performed. I was completely wrong i pulled up and Jeremy greeted me with wonderful and welcoming customer service ran down a list of things they offered and help me pick my oil. He then shows me to the waiting lounge to get out of the heat which was much appreciated. And then i kid you not 15 mins later Daniel who was also extremely nice and quite funny came out and said ok I'm just about finished with your oil change. I was in shock lol it was so fast and everyone was so nice that it felt like i came and left way too fast. I was in NEED of an oil change & needed to get it done. I live in southern Cali (Dana Point area) & usually get my oil changes done @ the Laguna Niguel location. I travel & partially live in Oceanside. It was a quick-stop off " needed the oil changed" kinda thing & the mechanic was overly helpful, polite & gracious. The manager Jaleel is snarky and has no regard for customers. I wanted to speak to a real manager or someone above him because he was refusing to help me with a clear and valid coupon that I had. I know this industry and I know as a manager he had a code he could of used instead he decided to laugh and say there was nothing he was willing to do. And proceeded to tell me how district manager nor franchise owners would care to hear my concerns and wouldn't give me a way to contact them. So I hope this makes it through. I try not to give negative reviews on places that often unless their service goes above and beyond terrible...... That being said here I am reviewing this Jiffy Lube because this fits in a 'fool me twice" scenario. I'd been here once before already and will NEVER return..... The first time I went there before work because I saw they opened at 7am and figured I don't start until 8:30 an hour and a half should be more than enough time for a simple oil change and my 15 minute commute to work. I got there at about 6:55 no other cars there. However they didn't open until 7:15 and even though they saw me waiting there I saw absolutely no hustle to get the day started or even anyone attempting to acknowledge me waiting there. If anything they seemed annoyed that I had the gall to be waiting there for them to open and acted like if they pretended I wasn't there long enough I might actually disappear. At about 7:20 or so I'm finally talking to a technician and he was moving as slow as possible. I know I came across as slightly irritated which only increased after I was told they were "having issues" with their computer system. I asked what that meant and was told that it was going to be a while to get their computers up and running but had "already called a manager". At about 7:45 they're finally working on my car. The only thing I'll give as a positive review is that they did answer some questions I had and when they FINALLY got started on my car they were pretty fast. Now on my SECOND AND FINAL visit to this location I encounter the same issue with them opening late. I'm there early and someone else is already waiting, at about 7:02 some sleepy looking guy (literally rubbing his eyes) kind of saunter's over and unlocks some doors then disappears.... At about 7:13 I'm really annoyed and look up to see 2 guys chit chatting inside of the garage but not caring about the fact that there's 2 cars outside waiting. At 7:15 I start video taping (incase management reads this and decides they want to see) and finally someone decides to open the garage doors. I get out of my car and approach the open garage doors, technician looks at me, ignores me, and goes to talk to the other truck that had been waiting. (I feel it's very important here to note that had the technician approached me I would have explained to him the other lady was first. Nothing gets under my skin more than people who jump the line and I would never do something like that. Plus if they'd been there way before I got there at 6:50ish and seen the other woman waiting in her truck why did it take until 7:02 for anyone to open/unlock the doors) I had enough and drove 3 miles down the road to the Jiffy Lube on 4106 Oceanside Blvd, instead. To anyone reading this review I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the other location. Drive the extra 3 and a half miles, you won't be disappointed. Those guys are AWESOME!!!!!!! read more

The people here are extremely rude. I just went in an asked for an oil change and left wanting no service from them ever again.

The place is pricy and they don't do tire rotation for free like at other places. I paid oil change around $120 and the same oil change cost me $65 at another place. However, staff is helpful and nice. read more

The gentleman who helped me could not have been more helpful! He checked out my oil level and filled it immediately. He had me back on the road in less that 15 minutes. First of all be warned that this is the only Jiffy Lube you should go to in town because our Jiffy Lubes tend to have anger management issues in other locations. Not only does this one not have those issues but it is run by somebody who treats the company like it has their own name on the building. This Jiffy Lube is out of my way but I drive past the one in my neighborhood to get to this one because of how patient and nice and well served customers are. On top of the regular customer service oriented bonuses like hot coffee and water bottles and cartoons for the kids, which almost all Jiffy Lube's do but for some reason the one on Paseo Del Norte does not, this one really takes the time to treat you like an individual, not upsell you on things, and makes enough personal contact to make you want to come back like you have a mom and pop shop type relationship with your Jiffy Lube. I have actually gone on their site to positively report this one to corporate. Drive out of your way to go here! read more

They broke my oil plug, had me sign something saying it wasn't their fault, then urged me to leave without doing anything about it or agreeing to pay for it to be fixed. 40 Dollars for an oil change that I'm providing the oil and filter!!! It takes an average technician 8 minutes to drain the oil, replace the filter, and fill 4 to 5 quarts. Since I'm providing my own oil and filter. That comes to labor costs of up to $300/hour. I don't think so. read more

My husband and I came for an oil change for our 1997 Land Rover Discovery, and much to our surprise the attendants checked our info (because the last place didn't write what mill age we were at, at the last oil change) and she said we could wait for another 2,000 miles but they'd top off our fluids for free. This process only took about 22 minutes (receipt has timeline) with a full shop! They were super polite and when Felix brought our car around we wanted to ask more about the area and any shops that specialized in Land Rover mechanics. Felix was super nice and forthcoming with information about where to go locally for good trustworthy service. When we asked about the power steering fluid (because it was making noise) he checked and said he was embarrassed when he saw it almost empty and not "topped off" something one of his coworkers was supposed to do. He ran inside quickly and filled it up for us and apologized. He stressed how that could easily break the "trust" between customer and mechanic. I won't be going back. Right off the bat they couldn't answer my questions about their synthetic oil change...I decided to go ahead and pay the extra money to do it. When my oil change was "done" they went over everything they did to my car. They told me they filled my tires to manufacturer settings to 35 PSI, which I was thankful for because they had been at 29-31 PSI before I got there. As I drove away my warning light came on that my tires were low. I made it a point to turn back around to tell them I didn't appreciate being lied to. I felt bad for the poor girl up front because its not her fault, but that's bad business. I told her I wouldn't return. Now I wonder if they even changed my oil because when I checked the dipstick when I got home, it was still pretty dirty and oil is usually pretty clean once you change it...if I had had time in my busy day I would have had them fill the tires up but really shouldn't be my responsibility to check that after I paid $70 for an oil change. read more

I tried to use an expired Groupon here today. I used one just like it just two weeks ago on another vehicle. Regi (rude and sarcastic) went to his manager, Miguel. Miguel wouldn't come and speak to me himself, but instead sent Regi to tell me that they would not accept it. When I tried to explain to Regi that it's a Groupon and when it expires it is supposed to be accepted at the price I paid for it. He sarcastically stated that they didn't HAVE to accept it because they no longer accept Groupons. When I asked for the name of the owner of this franchise, he refused to give it to me. I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for at least twenty years with my three vehicles. They will get no business from me in the future. Customer service here used to be good. I don't know if they're under new management, but the customer service now is pretty much non-existent. read more

I originally go to Walmart for an oil change but, there was a 2 hour wait. I decided to go to Jiffy Lube down the street. They have awesome deals and their Manager Arnold was very informative and explained everything that had to be done to my car. I decided to take care of my transmission and oil change. Overall my car runs super awesome! I recommend coming here any day! read more
