I'm usually really skeptical about jiffy lubes they have the reputation of up selling a lot and sometimes have less qualified people working. I went to walmart across the street first and they told me I had no oil in my oil pan and there was no oil in my car, I then thought maybe it had all dripped out and I had waited too long. (My car has a SMALL oil leak) they also said I had the wrong oil filter in my car and I had brought in the wrong oil filter(I bring in my own Mobil 1 oil filters) So I bought 5 quarts of oil and then checked my dipstick and realized it was filled way too high, so I took it to jiffy lube. They got me in right away and I told them what had happened. They said I had a ton of oil and I had known I over filled it because there was definite oil still in my car. They confirmed I had the CORRECT oil filter both in my car and what I had brought in. I knew the oil filter was correct because previously I had it done by the Chevy dealership.( I have a 2008 Chevy impala) they offered me a full synthetic oil change and I declined and told them I just want a normal oil change. They didn't pressure me at all. Changed my oil within 10 minutes, did a complete service check and topped off all my liquids. I'll definitely be giving my business to this place if I am in the west Omaha area. The only thing I would say I would change is they didn't check my tires and tire pressure. But I came in at 4:45 and they closed at 5, so I didn't cause care. They cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car even though I told them it wasn't necessary...great place, manager went above and beyond. read more

I usually take my car into the dealership to get an oil change but I was in desperate need of an oil change. I decided to go to my local Jiffy Lube and was surprised at the high quality of service I received. The two men working were very informative and nice and never took advantage of me. They were kind to my daughters and offered me coffee for my wait. I got out of there in less than 15 minutes and they even let me load my kids up in the garage oppose to loading them up outside in the cold, so they'd stay warm. I had an excellent experience a couple of days ago at this Jiffy Lube location. Matthew, the service manager, waited on us and I found him to be knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and very customer-driven. In addition to the excellent service that he and his staff delivered, Matthew also provided great advice when we asked a number of questions related to our vehicle. I brought my husbands truck in for an oil change week before last and they were fantastic! I needed new wiper blades and decided to spring for the Rain-X. These guys are great. The manager was super nice and when one of the guys working on the truck did not know what kind of oil I needed (I have no clue LOL), he explained it and was really awesome about it. I got my oil changed today for the first time and will definetly be back. The service was fast, all the employees were friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond the service fee by checking out the trouble with my headlights. I have been to local competitors that try and find problems with your vehicle just to make an extra buck, but the employees here were honest and only sold me what was necessary. read more

I was greeted right away as I drove up to the garage door. After driving in the manager asked if I wanted an oil change. I responded yes. Then he wanted to make sure I was offered things that might need to be addressed at this time. After telling him my needs he made sure I knew how much the services would cost. This is my go-to place whenever I need an oil change or help with my car; they always do the job. I love these guys. I drive a 2012 VW CC and you know those VW have some trouble sometimes, they always help me out and they are so nice and helpful in answering any questions I have and making sure everything is running fine. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for many years, and I usually don't expect much, but this one really makes an effort to provide good service - they didn't push anything on me, the service was quick, the staff was friendly and seemed genuine in a way that you felt good having them service your vehicle. Excellent customer service! The manager Steve explained to me that getting an oil change at the time would be a waste of my money! Is till had 1000 miles left before I really needed an oil change. I had a amazing service today! Staff was knowledgeable and professional and treated me like a real person. I also learned about their top off program which is great to know! I have taken my cars to Jiffy Lube since 2012. The manager at this location used to work at a different one. I followed him to this one because he is awesome. I've never had any problems and the prices have always been reasonable- not to mention the guys here do quality work and are so nice! Go to this location!! read more

Even with covid they got me right in, friendly faces and service. Much more affordable than what the car dealership quoted me for the same services and I didn't even have to make an appointment. It's around 100 degrees outside and they are still very friendly and professional. I'll be back. read more
