I'm paying the price for the service I got here at Jiffy Lube. Got an oil change and asked for a check on my low tire pressure, all what I thought went smoothly turned out to be a joke. The next day my car is acting strange and jolting. I take it back (this is before I tell anyone I'm going here and get the worst reactions ever for it) and they check the low tire free of charge and tell me this this and this is wrong take it to the other Jiffy Lube we can't work on it in a panic. It felt sketchy so I drove home which is way closer to stop driving it and we have a friend who's a mechanic. He checked under the hood and there is oil everywhere. I'm currently getting it worked on now but I will never go to this Jiffy Lube again nor should anyone, what a joke. read more

I have a 2020 Subaru Outback and I'm never taking her back to these people. So here was my experience today at this place. I pulled up and explained, that I would like a battery check. The man was initially very friendly, and said "back up a bit and over and out of the way, and I'll get right on that" Then directed me to pull up behind a black Ram Truck, where I sat and sat and sat, watching car after car pull thru, getting their oil changed and leaving. These were cars that arrived "AFTER" I did. Then I had the nerve to ask "can you tell me how much longer it will be?" Then he turned into a total butt head, saying "it's one at a time, and you have to wait your turn, Sir, and you can't go around just barking out orders" Which I wasn't. So, since he's apparently completely clueless, I pointed out to him that he's NOT taking cars on a first come first served basis So that upset him, and he waved me off. So Buh Bye now, you won't be missed and soon forgotten by me, and just be ware before you spend your hard earned dollars at this establishment. Fast, friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this location due to the fantastic experience I had this evening when getting my filters and oil changed. I must update as it's time to get another oil change. Though I had great service I experienced hard starts and stall issues after my oil change. I paid the dealer to look at my car and they didn't find anything except for oil and air filters that didn't fit properly and weren't the dealers brand, which means my warranty would not cover any issues. I called Jiffy Lube and the manager told me my dealer was lying about the filters and said my car was fine. No offer to assist or change to my brand filters and I even offered to pay the difference in the filters. read more

I swear these days everywhere I go there's a cranky grocery store clerk, or a cold gas station attendant. Much to my surprise the staff at this Jiffy Lube was above and beyond. I never get that friendly chitchat anymore, and they were very nice very accommodating and just all-around comfortable. I don'realize how much good customer service means until you experience it. It is something sorely missed in today's society, I was beyond refreshed to be served by them and it was worth every bit of my dollars. Not only are the prices a little steep but also, I have noticed that the tall guy, Lawrence seems to be claiming himself as a mechanic who does work on the side for I noticed only women just to get their phone and contact information. He even gave me his phone number when I didn't want to give mine, I also seen random women (more than one) today come by to see specifically him and him having a make out session with one while at work and while I got my oil change and I'm not sure if they're supposed to be in the "bay" area. I think that's very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Please check your cameras and your staff. I won't be going back especially when the same guy stenched of marijuana badly. read more

Just got my oil change done here today. About 11:30ish? The gentleman who seemed to be the Team Lead and Courtesy Tech. His name was Lawrence. Gave the best customer service overall. It was a great experience. Aside from that, the Upper Bay person, didn't look down at the lower bay for quality check and I didn't hear or feel the torque wrench during the quality check. They didn't check to see if my cabin air filter was good. I also overheard the CSA and upper bay talking about how they didn't have 5w20 platinum synthetic. CSA told them to use high mileage. He ends up going on the computer and says 5w30 can be used. He did not get a clear from me if I wanted to use a different grade oil. He was very discreet towards the end and I didn't get any other paper work except for the receipt. I love jiffy lube, but not going to this location again. read more

I would avoid this place if you can. What seems like fast and convenient service comes with poorly trained staff who aren't taking care of your vehicle. If they make a mistake, they will not take responsibility, and it's going to cost you - not them. I've been coming here monthly for the past 2 years and no complaints, until recently. I came for an oil change and they had a long wait so I went somewhere else (needed an oil change badly), but i was denied oil change service because of a stripped drain plug. Considering I've only been going to Jiffy Lube for years, I called and they had the worst attitude about everything. Somehow tried to make it out to my fault! Cost me $350. Don't let them do anything other than an oil change. They asked if I wanted to replace the cabin air filter, which was filthy and I said yes. Big mistake. My normally $89 oil change turned into a $220 bill. I paid it and left. Then he next day I discovered they didn't reassemble the glove box and dash properly while changing the air filter. I know better than to not ask the price of something first so that's my fault. But they clearly have no business performing services on cars they're not trained for. Now I'm going to have to pay the dealer to fix it...making the whole thing even more costly. read more
