They are quick and give me updates if they need a little more time. They have a clean restroom, coffee and water available if needed. Stopped in looking for a quick oil change. I was the only customer and pulled right up. The employees immediately began work on my car and got me registered. I was able to wait indoors while they changed my oil and also checked my radiator and transmission. They also notified me that my air filters needed to be replaced (I saw for myself) and replaced them on the spot. I was also able to get new windshield wiper blades since mine were torn. Zero stars. Arrived at 5:20, two cars are already being serviced so the lady tells me it's a 30 min wait, which I say is fine due to me leaving work early to be there. I wait 30 min and I pull up, then she says she doesn't have a filter for my car. I told her I was there because I work an hour away and really needed an oil change. She said "Sorry, if I called Auto Zone they would be here in 15 minutes and by then we would be closed. I can offer you a $20 coupon when you come back." Well that does nothing for me, since I already had a $20 coupon from the internet. Complete waste of my time. How about before making someone wait, check to see if you have what they need, so they don't sit there for nothing. At this point, it's too late to even go somewhere else for the oil change. While visiting my 94 yer old mother like any son with his mother I'm always concerned about every aspect of her life. Since she is still able to drive with a Ca license I want to make sure she isn't going to have any problems with her car while out on the road. Upon checking the last time she had her oil changed was back in 2018. I decided to have her oil and filter changed. I cant tell you how impressed I was with the speed, ease, and service of Jiffy Lube. I called ahead of time and they quoted the different prices for regular and synthetic oils. We dove in, popped the hood, and they went about changing the oil and filter along with checking all the other fluid levels. We were in and out within 20 minutes without getting out of our car. All of this at a comfortable affordable price compered to other outfits, and when the work was completed were on our way. So i needed my battery changed, so i call ahead and give them the make and model of my car. The guy tells me it will cost me $150 ..so i drive over and they get started. 10 min into it he comes out and tells me he was mistaken and the cost is actually $270.00. I asked him why the change in price and and he has no answer other than shrugging his shoulders and telling me he quoted me the wrong battery before... Yeah that's frustrating but whatever so let's just get it done... What was really frustrating is that when I got there I was the only person there and yet somehow it took these guys an hour and a half to swap out one battery... Literally that's all they had to do... No oil change... No tire rotation... Just swap out the battery.. I had a coupon for an oil change for $19.99. I showed it to the guy when I pulled up and when I gave him the information for the car. When I went to pay he charged me $32 because he said I asked for Pennzoil Oil. Joseph was the cashier and he said I agreed to it, what he did was ask me I wanted Pennzoil and I shrugged not knowing it was more. He would not credit it back and said he could take the oil out and replace it . I told Joseph that is not a good way to handle this and would appreciate the credit, plus next time tell the client its ten bucks more. Nothing personal against Joseph, but he is very poor in customer service and handling people. I PAID the extra $10 bucks. Interesting they charge $5 bucks for topping off coolant and try to upsell alot. I do not trust Jifflylube and Joseph. read more

I stopped in to get a oil change, and there was only 1 customer ahead of me. I was so impressed on how pleasant the employees were. It only took minutes to do the oil change. They were very thorough and checked all the fluid levels, checked my tires, wiper blades, etc. They replaced my air filter, and it all happened in minutes. They didn't vacuum my car though, yet they marked that it was completed.This is the reason I only gave it 4 stars. read more

Twice bitten by this place. First time they spilled oil on top of a shield under the chassis and when I got home and parked in my inclined driveway it ran out onto my concrete. Now this time they checked my air filter and i declined a replacement. I stopped on my way home at AutoZone picked up an air filter to install myself. I open the hood to find they never plugged sensor for air filter back in nor did they retighten the clamp on the air filter housing. Then I noticed my check engine light was on most likely from driving with sensor disconnected. Good thing that I'm capable of resetting that myself or it could have been a service needed at my local dealer, where I should have gone in the first place. Never again will I go to this place. they are actually more expensive than the Ford dealer for an oil change. I only went there because I was pinched for time. read more

My battery was about to die, I came here because I had a 5 year warranty on said battery. I was told that even though it shows my warranty in their system I needed the paper work. I returned with the paper work and Jesse said "Oh, I just needed to see it you can keep it". That was a poor decision to have me drive home to grab a piece of paper he really didn't need. I went in the other week for a fluid check, & they noticed that the air in my tires was low so they offered to put air in my tires out of courtesy. Took my car in for an oil change and inspection last week, as I am moving cross-country next weekend and wanted to make sure everything was ready to go. What should have been a quick stop turned into several hours of waiting, as the person working on my car broke a part connecting the coolant to the turbo. They didn't have the exact part in stock, so they installed a close-enough part and said they would order a replacement and perform the fix for free. At first, I was impressed by them taking responsibility, but then I started receiving worrying feedback - the manager said the guy working on it should have known better, and honestly they shouldn't have needed to touch the part in order to perform the oil change. On top of all this, the service record makes no sense. It has a random license plate that is not mine, and service records from 1-2 months ago when I wasn't even in the state that state my mileage as being twice what it actually is. It's pretty clear there are multiple people there who have no idea what they are doing. I live in Anza, about an hour away via winding roads. So when the check engine light turned on indicating the car had half power, it was worrisome. The car made it home, but not after losing almost all of the antifreeze/coolant. I had to purchase more, and it just keeps draining out. There haven't been any puddles under my car, so either it's happening while driving, or it's being injected into somewhere in the car that it doesn't belong. Either way, it's not operating properly. Called back the next day to check in, and was told that they never ordered the part. When telling them that the car may not make it back to them, they said that I could call the corporate office for approval and that they would pay for the repairs elsewhere. Only... corporate was closed on Friday and for the rest of the weekend, and my cross-country move grows closer. I called the store back on Monday (today) to find out when the part would be in, and apparently only ONE person had that information and he's not in today. So now I get to spend my day calling corporate for approval and driving into Temecula this week (hopefully making it there) and waiting for more repairs to be made, instead of packing for my move.
