I have visited one in 1603 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91106 for quick oil change on 3/22/2018. Service went good and then I drove off to highway and started to hear something dangling on the bottom of car and getting scretched with the ground. I got super freaked out and exited and noticed that something was dangling under my car's hood. I had to drove back to jiffy lube and told them about it. The manager Im guessing checked out my car again and 5mins later comes back up and says that they screwed something wrong and the covers were screwed in wrong order. Thing that super annoy me is that I had to drive back and wasted 30 mins and the manager didnt even bother to apologize. He acted as if "Oh we fixed it no problem." And while they are re screwing it. I just stood outside not knowing whats going on with my car or if there is anything serious going on. I mean they messed up the simple oil change how can I trust with them fixing it back?? read more

Took my 2013 in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Art took care of business, as always. I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a few years and with a few cars. Art is usually working when I come in. He's knowledgeable and won't try to up-sell you. If at any time I've come in for only an oil change and tire rotation and the guys have suggested more to be done to my car, it's only them going by my car manufactures scheduled maintenance (which you may simply refuse). I've been to dealerships and small mom & pop places that have charged me less but have caused damage to my car, ie - not replacing the splash guard, not topping off washer fluid, telling me I need this & that done to the car when I know I don't. If you really need to be in and out quickly, this Jiffy Lube will try their best to accommodate you. But understand - it's your car! Let your car get a little pampering too! Great service. Yes it is super fast because they have no customers. If you want to pay more than $100 for an oil change then go for it. They will try to sell you everything from cabin filters to engine filters, even yours are still in good condition. The only convenient thing is its location because it's across from PCC where I go to school. read more

I've gone to this Jiffy Lube for my last few oil changes and will continue! They are so helpful and efficient. By the time I pulled up and parked, Art had already typed in my license plate number to their system and was able to greet me by name. I was in and out of there quickly and I never felt pressured to buy any extra services. Had my oil changed here and it was nothing but upsell. When I informed the manager that I would replace the cabin air filter myself, he seemed surprised that I would rather order the part for $6 and spend 10 minutes installing it as opposed to paying him $45. When I left the store my glove box (which must be disassembled to get to the filter) was in pieces on the floor and a part was broken. I called the manager who said he may have forgot to reassemble the glove box, but he knows for a fact that the part was already broken. Will not be patronizing this business again! read more

never ever going to jiffy lube again!!!! this location was the worst! I came in with a 19.99 oil change coupon. The guy told me since my car was old a "2003", That I needed the best oil. which came out to $105.99 I said no. then he told me that I should get the medium one then. The one I got last time. I said yes then he tells me that the coupon is not for a 19.99 oil change that its 19.99 off. stupid me I have really read the coupon because he lied to me!! i could have got the basic one oil just the 19.99 instead, I get the medium oil change. after the car was done it comes out to $80.00 dollars!!! then he takes the 19.99 off which puts it at 60 plus tax!!! I could not believe it. later when I got home I ask my husband how much it cost him to get the oil change and he said with tax around 45 dollars!! totally got ripped off!! I am just going to sears next time! telling everyone I know to stay away from this place and all my customers!!! read more

Horrible. I actually had one bad experience with them, but it was so bad that I would never recommend them to anyone except for maybe my enemies. I was going to Jiffy Lube for all my oil change services and after the last time I went, my car broke down on the freeway as a result of them not using the manufacture recommended oil and they overfilled it so the oil was actually dripping onto electrical components in my Prius, which is the reason the car malfunctioned. The dealership charged me over $250 to repair it and I tried contacting Jiffy Lube on numerous occasions to get reimbursed for the damages I paid for, but they were not responsive at all. I will never again trust a Jiffy Lube with my car and I'd especially avoid this one at all costs. read more

I went into this Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, which is normally $39.99, and left with a bill of almost $100. I would have been charged even more if I had let the service man (Art) do everything that he told me my car needed. They completely took advantage of me and the fact that I trusted them to do what was required to maintain my car. I later found out that my car would have been completely fine with just a standard oil change. So DISHONEST and a total RIP OFF. read more

Yea... gonna have to side with the negative camp on this one. They have the whole let me just replace your air filters and oh hey look at that your bill's way over a hundred dollars trick down to a science. Even throw in some stories about all the terrible things that will happen if you don't replace the filters immediately. Just not feeling that kind of customer service, err scam. There's an honest way to run a business like this, and this just didn't rise anywhere close to that standard. read more

I am an older lady, that being said, I went in to get my oil changed, being on social security I got the lower priced oil change. I asked if they would top off my fluids, I was told NO. I asked if they would check and let me know if I needed anything... NO They kept me waiting after my car was done and not even a thank you for coming. I will not spend any of my social security at any Jeffy Lube ever. read more

Listen here fellow Yelpers, if you're gonna let anyone other than yourself change the oil on your sweet baby, it better be this particular Jiffy Lube. They'll get all up inside the ol' girl and change her filters and swap out her juices. They might even put a new light bulb or wiper blade on the little lady, because what pretty girl doesn't like new accessories. And while they're fiddlin' around with your girl, you can sit around and relax and sip on some coffee, or as I like to call it "Jiffy Lube Joe". You can even hang out outside and watch all the Chinese kids walking around PCC. So, next time your sweet lady needs a check-up, swing on by the Jiffy Lube on Colorado, I personally only let Matthew touch my lady. He takes care of her ever so gently, kinda like it was his own, he puts his hand inside of her and feels around, and after everything is said and done, she feels better than she did before.
