Slowest service ever. Sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes while four guys stood around the single car in the entire shop. After finally asking for the keys it's been another 20+ minutes and still waiting. So almost fifty minutes and counting for a simple oil change with only one other customer. I was at 3K since my last oil change and I knew I had driven past this place a few times (I'm new to the area). So I drive up and dude is all in my face asking if I want the signature service and he goes on to explain it and I ask how much it is and he says 37.99. I say I just want an oil change and he says it will still be 37.99. I then say well I think I'll just go somewhere else that's pretty expensive. He says how about $10 off and I agree. They do their thing. The guy brings me out to go over everything. Your right lisence plate light is out do you want that fixed? No. Your wipers are looking pretty bad do you want us to replace those? No. We have this fuel cleaning blah blah? No. We tested your battery and you need a new batter. How much is that? $106. Not at this time. Your air filter looks ok do you want a new one? No. Do you want premium, high temp oil? No just regular oil. We recommend getting your tired rotated ever 2 oild changes do you want that? No. We recommend getting transmission fluid flush every 30k miles do you want that? No..... Oh then I'm driving on the highway and they didn't close my hood all the way tight so I had to pull off and slam it. I just wanted a simple oil change and left alone. I like when I can stay in the car and be out of there in 5 minutes not a sales pitch. read more

Because I was in a rush (because I was leaving town) to get an oil change I decided to come here as opposed to my regular place. Not only was the staff rude but they kept pressing and pressing me to add stuff I didn't need (I have a 2018 vehicle). After I leave and I get to where I'm going I realized that they never put by Engine Splash shield back on under my car. As expected they denied knowing what happened and denied knowing where it was when I went back to ask them about it. End the end I had to order a new one from Honda ($160 later) all for a simple oil change. After all the law suits you'd think they would of learned their lesson on not only ripping people off but customer service and actual quality work. The lesson here is next time even if I'm in a rush I still will always stay away from this place. read more

I drive a mini and usually go to the MINI dealership but couldn't get in and I REALLY needed an oil change. They said they had to check to see if they carried the correct oil filter before they would tell me that they could do the oil change. They checked on the computer but didn't think to check the physical inventory. So after I was given the green light and all the oil was drained out of my MINI....here comes the guy to tell me that the oil filter in stock is defective! He apologizes over and over and says that they are getting another one delivered from another store, but that they are backed up. So now what was to be a 10 minute oil change as the guy said....had now turned into over an hour oil change. To top things off...the oil filter that was delivered from the other store DIDN'T FIT!!! Granted the guy didn't charge me for the oil change, but if the customer service would have been a little more on point I wouldn't still have to go to the dealership for my oil filter!! No more Jiffy Lube for this girl! read more

I came here for an oil change after not being able to make it in time for another Jiffy Lube location nearby and felt as though I was of inconvenience to the employee that "greeted" me there. I got here about 30 min to closing, and as I am pulling up the "greeter" raises up his arms as in frustration and immediately tells me its a "45 minute wait," which I was ok with. He tells me quickly after, it'll be more like an "hour wait" which was still OK with me. I did not feel quite welcome, although he did give me the usual welcome routine, "there's the coffee, the bathroom, if you need anything... Etc." which did not feel genuine. I would certainly not come back to this location for the unwelcoming environment. read more

Had an oil change and all fluids flushed. Not toooooo long ago. Last week my cat started overheating...for no reason..this is where I look up at the sticker... why on earth was it next serviced for 5000 miles....wtf. I open the Hood yesterday and it's been a week now since overheating began. I was told all fluids were topped off. Yeah well no coolant or oil in my car!! And I still had 1500 miles left u til next oil change. Either you are all careless assholes it you're stupid. I swear to God these people are crooks and looks like others feel the same after declining services. I'm going to contact BBB and let everyone know how my car was treated. Poor service and guy took advantage of my girl and charged her more than what he need for a simple oil change. On top of that he tried to sale her a new battery (which is really not necessary) by telling her that her battery goes low. STAY A WAY from this place! No knowledge and they'll try to sale you everything just to make more money! read more

I recently purchased a new used car and needed to get my oil changed. I worked till 5 pm on that day and the shop closed at 6 pm. When I called in and asked if I could get there a few minutes before closing the man who answered the phone said yes. I made it to the shop around 5:45 and was in and out quickly. Omg. It took an hour just to get to me. The last half an hour, I was the only customer. This was after they told me it would only be 15 minutes and I only have an hour lunch and it took me 15 minutes to get here. I am beyond upset and no I don't want any more services! I call ahed to ask for a price on a 2014 Toyota the guy tell me one price over the phone $40 something when i get there he tells me another price wasting my time driving all the way there for nothing that was my first time going there and it will be my last time. Store manager and all the staff were extremely kind, accommodating and patient. Most car places I've been to recently have been really tough to work with because my truck needs extra attention. It called beforehand and spoke to Don and informed him that I had to 25.95 coupon. and I would be right in When I arrived I spoke to Don again and mentioned the coupon again and he told me to hold on to it until when he calls me in to pay. He called me in to talk to me and tell me what needed to be fixed on the car, basically the upsell and I am okay with that because I generally do my own work and don't pay 15.00 for an air filter I can get at target for 1/5 of their price but I do understand what they are doing. Again I tried to present the coupon and he told me to hold on to. When he was done he gave me the total and it was $40.04, far from the $25.95 I was expecting. When I questioned him his reply was " I asked you if you wanted Valvoline oil and you said yes" I don't remember him asking him but here is what they did to me and you need to watch out if you come in with a coupon. Even though he knew I had the coupon which stipulated it had to be Shell oil he deliberately asked me if I wanted Valvoline oil. If he had asked me, " the coupon is for Shell oil, would you prefer valvoline" then I would have had the option to choose, not be duped into accepting something that was not part of the coupon. This is how they got around honoring the coupon. Very unethical way to do business and I intend on reaching out to Jiffy Lube corporate and see what their answer is. This is the second time I used jiffy lube and both times have been a bad experience and looking at reviews, I guess I am not the only one who questions their practices. Update from my review below. I got a second opinion on the sound coming from under my hood that Jiffy lube said was "just the age of my car and the miles put on it." Turns out it was a VERY SERIOUS issue that gone on without attention, would have ruined my car! The worker that told me this at jiffy lube said his car makes the same noise so he is familiar with it. If he doesn't even know how to fix his own car, why should I trust him to fix mine? And as far as the CV axels, all they wanted to do was "replace" the boots. Turns out the whole front axel needs to be replaced! Jiffy lube was going to put a child's bandaid on a bullet wound. I would not trust them with telling me when I need a car wash. If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in on a Sunday to have a routine oil change. I also informed them of a couple odd noises I had been hearing and if they could please check it out. They said one of the noises is just because my car is old and getting up there in mileage. Didn't exactly make sense considering my husbands car is far older and twice as many miles and doesn't make any noise like the one I've been hearing. But okay. He said the other noise was cause from the CV axels (which were replaced about two years ago, don't know if they should have a longer life span?). I asked if they did the repairs at their shop and the gentleman I spoke to, Brandon, said yes. I asked him if I could drop off my car the following Saturday and he said yes but call the day before so they can order the parts and have them there for Saturday. I asked how long it would take and he said about two hours. He printed out my estimate which included parts and labor. I call the Friday before and speak to the manager, Richard and let him know I will be coming in the next day. He got all my car info and said he would have the parts to the shop by the end of the day Friday. I show up on Saturday, hand over my keys and ask again how long? Richard says 3 1/2 hours. I said Brandon told me two. Richard responded with, well we ask for 3 1/2. I said so you will be done between 11 and 12? He said closer to 12. I asked when they were going to get to my car, he said within the next ten minutes because he is going to pull a guy to work on it. I followed him up to the desk and he proceeded to make a phone call. I got very suspicious and I quickly learned that my gut was correct, Richard was calling for my parts!! Once he got off the phone is gave me my "new" total which was significantly higher than what Brandon quoted me. I said wait, Brandon quoted me a different amount. He asked what he quoted for parts and labor, and I told him the price. He said yeah but what did he quote for parts and labor. I said what he quoted me INCLUDED parts and labor and it wasn't close to what you're quoting me now. He got quiet and I said where are the parts. He said they will be here by 11. I said they were supposed to be here yesterday. He said the people were supposed to have them there by that morning but they didn't. I said, "I was quoted one time frame by Brandon, you increased it. I was quoted one price by Brandon, you increased it. I was told to call the day before to make sure the parts were here. I called and spoke to YOU, and YOU told me they would be here by the end of the day Friday. Now you're telling me you don't even have them? This is ridiculous! I'm taking my business elsewhere." I grabbed my keys and walked away. How was he going to get started on my car at 8:45am when he didn't even have the parts! And how was it going to be done by 12pm when the parts weren't going to be there until 11am! I will NEVER be coming here again even for an oil change. I will get a second opinion by someone else and I will be more than happy to pay a higher price for an oil change if it means I don't have to deal with people who can lie to my face and not keep their stories straight. We dropped the car off for an oil change. They called 2 hours later and said it would be done in 10 minutes. When we arrived 30 minutes later, they ignored us when we came in and when we asked if our car was done, they said "oh, I had trouble getting the cap back on (not sure to what) and we haven't rotated your tires yet. It will be another 15 or 20 minutes. " Could you not call and let us know? read more

went to jiffy lube for an oil change and tire rotation. i have been to this location before and had nothing but a great experience! BUT this time went very wrong. little was i informed my tires were worn unequally translation, shaking (earth quack status) and veering hard to the right. i went straight from the tire store to the interstate. some might call that dangerous. i went to another jiffy lube where they took my tire off and on again. thats all folks. the shaking continued. as a med student on finals week. truly did not have the time to deal with this but called the jiffy lube manager the 2 days later. this is after i wasted my time contacting a mechanic and tire store. the manager was great and set up a store close to my location as my car is barely drivable by this point. they rotated tires back to original place. just to recap i had wasted a lot of time along with 50 dollars on a oil change, 20 dollars on rotations and 10 dollars tipping every agent along the way! called to ask for at least the money back for my tire rotation. manager said he would discuss it with the GM and get back to me. never heard from him again. moral of the story shaking tires is terrifying and employees should be trained well enough to know if rotating tires could possibly put ur life in harms way. read more

This place is the absolute worst. I brought my car in because of squeaking when I turn my wheel. They said they would replace my ball joints and control arm. They charged me $650 bucks. They had my car for a day and a half for something that normally takes a couple of hours. I had a bad feeling at that point. I got my car back and the problem seemed to be fixed. The sound was gone for a few days and then it arose again. I called the manager and informed him of the issue and he had no solution. I suggested I bring it back in so they can take a second look at their work. I bring it back and the mechanic that worked on it tried to tell me it is the other control arm and he knows because he is having the same issue on his truck but just hasn't gotten to it yet. He made this assessment without even looking at it. I wasn't convinced so I brought it back the next day. A mechanic by the name of Brandon at least tired to examine the vehicle and target what the problem was. He was cool but overall this place is a joke. Please do not waste your money!!! You're better off not doing anything at all to your vehicle and keeping your money. Going to this place will ensure that your problem persists and you're out of your money. read more

They are fast and I expect the up sale try on the air filter and know how to avoid that. But this time they told be both my license plate bulbs were out and they could replace for $12 each. I have replaced bulbs before so declined. I went and bought bulbs for a few bucks each. I went to replace them only to find out neither were burned out. Makes me wonder are they so fast because they aren't even changing my oil. I'll never go back here or to any in the chain. I hate feeling like a business I am paying and trusting with the most expensive thing I own other than my house is taking advantage of me! read more
