I'd give this place zero stars if that were an option. I've had my oil changed here for at least year or so and noticed my car starting dropping oil.. more and more. I figured it was an 05 Avalon 140,000 miles ok I get right? So I take it to my old mechanic la Verne auto.. asked him to check it and he found a washer missing from an oil change .. wow .. all I can say is I wish I had it looked at sooner and never went back to this jiffy lube.. Also when my mom took her car in for an oil change they forgot to put the oil cap back on !! She's a senior citizen and was caught off guard as to why all of a sudden her car was running bad.. The techs are either incompetent, lackadaisical or making a ploy to get the costumer to come back for "repairs" either way be warned. read more

Took my car in to get serviced. They over charged me for extra stuff. When I took it home, I noticed leaking in driveway. I called the manager and he refused to do anything about it. I've been having some trouble with my car recently and knew it was time for a maintenance check. Since I live next to a Toyota dealership, I was think about going there, until I searched around and found this place. I was able to get an estimate through their website for about everything I needed done that same day. Since it was still early morning, I decided I would think about it and go after school. When I got there, it was about 3pm and it was pretty empty. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do everything I wanted done, but still decided to give it a shot. Jordi, the assistant manager, was very friendly and helpful. I knew I wanted to get an oil change and possibly replace my brakes. He said he would be able to take a look and see if we would be able to do the brakes today. Fortunately, I got there at the right time because there where 5 cars who came after me. Unfortunately, they were understaffed at the moment so they weren't able to see everyone, but that just goes to show how good this place is! Their waiting area was clean and cozy (since it was a very rainy day) and so was their restroom. I was able to get most of my homework done and before I knew it, my car was done. It only took 1 1/2 hours for them to do everything I had asked them to do. I was able to also use a $50 off coupon which came in handy at the end! These guys go above and beyond! I had my oil changed and when they did, they also went ahead and checked my car. Few min later, they showed me my air filter and it was SO GROSS . I was trying to save money and install the air filters myself so I told them I would buy online instead of having them replaced at the shop. Fastforward to when I tried to install my new filters, I saw that my previous air filter was remarkably wayyy cleaner than the previous one I had. Almost looked brand new tbh! Since he knows that I do Uber and my car needs oil changes at least every other month He takes the time to calculate my mileage so that I can be on time to take advantage of my top off to save me money. After making me wait an hour and 45 minutes they tried to charge me! Let me clarify this is a Lyft fleet vehicle. I told them it was a fleet vehicle. They requested an approval from Lyft and got one and they still tried to charge me. They told me I needed to call Lyft and figure it out myself. I called Lyft and it turns out that the gentleman that was helping me Angel by the way was the one that needed to call his manager and figure it out. When the manager finally arrived, Jose he didn't greet me apologized or even looked at me a minute later the issue was fixed on their end and I was on my way. Horrible fox experience. (my original review before the pricing debacle) 1st time at this location so please take my review as a one time experience and not a recurring issue. When I first arrived I was told it would be 45 minutes. It took them over an hour to even drive my vehicle into the service station. I saw at least 3 employees and only one car being worked on. Now my vehicle is a Lyft fleet vehicle so I don't know if this has anything to do with it but they didn't seem to have a single care or rush in the world. A second customer got here and now they are working on 2 vehicles at a time. I may be reading too much into this but why didn't they work on my car at the same time as the previous one? I can't speak on the quality of the work but the experience has made me question coming back. They do offer water and coffee though I only know that because they offered it to the 2 people that walked in after me and never to myself, oh well.. To end it the second car that they started working after mine got out of the bay at the same time my car did. So why was my car not moved for an hour? read more

Following an oil change at a certified car dealer; hours later, I the oil pressure had dropped and my car was leaking oil. I took it to Jiffy Lube Pomona to have them check it out. They discovered the dealer had failed to replace the oil cap! Oil all over the engine. The Jiffy team topped off my oil (for free--even though they had not caused the problem)!! The manager and his team at this location are FREINDLY, EFFICIENT, and know what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. The mechanics are responsive and nice, but like all businesses, the bottom line takes priority over customer service. In this case, the wait was long since only two mechanics were scheduled this morning. I imagine this location doesn't get the traffic to justify more employees.
