‼ THIS HAS NOT BEEN SETTLED WITH THE BBB OR THE BUSINESS. ‼…read more The East Greenbush NY location replaced my front drivers side axle for just under $1200 on my Mercedes back in November. There is a 12 month, 12k warranty per their website. The manager in the store, John, was made aware on 3/3/26 (under 5 months later) of the warranty issue when my vehicle was disabled while my kids were in it due to the AXLE BREAKING. He at that time said that it would be warrantied and I had to send him a copy of the receipt. I did on 3/5/26. It was read however I have yet to receive a response. I have called multiple times and have been told he's not available or he'll call back. He never does. I have sent multiple emails. He doesn't respond. I am seeking a refund of my $1200 job that John said he would have handled. Is John at Monro in East Greenbush a man of his word? It seems not.

He addressed my tire issue with professionalism and politeness. He was very patient with me and worked with me to get to a solution. Im usually uncomfortable going to any car shop to get work done but he gave me confidence to be able to come back. He juggled multiple customers and phone calls all the while he gave me a solution to my problem and did a great job. Im grateful for the help.

I feel obligated to report Unfortunately that changed with the purchase of four new tires and the interaction with the current manager Rich B. A Three time come back for tire issues I received a call accusing me of hitting a curb or pot hole bent my rim. I did not hit anything but he was adamant of convincing me I did. I was told to come get my car and hung up on. I showed up, the manager willingly gave me his business card, Gave pictures of the rim bent on the inside refusing any customer service offers for the fact that I had recently been in reporting the tire light was on again, had an inspection done at the same time and No reports of rim damage to any tires. I brought that to his attention again he told me to leave or he'd call the police. I merely upgraded tires to be safe and it was costly to do so. I feel not only me and my kids safety but the community's was also put at risk. The cost of being held responsible for fixing their mistake will be as costly as the purchase of four tires. A mom of three right before the holidays this is very upsetting. Disappointed I am back to searching for a consistent reputable service station.

I had the amazing experience of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. From Dave the salesman…read moreto Eugene the general manager this establishment is top notch. I was searching for a very particular truck and they were the only dealership in the country that had the truck I wanted. If I forgot to mention I live about as far away within the continental United States as you could possibly get San Diego, California. I gave them a call and we managed to work the entire deal remotely, phone, and the assistance of expedited fedex shipping. We get to the final steps and a part of the deal was them paying for new tires, brakes, and oil change. When putting it on the lift they notified me of some frame rust which is very typical for vehicles in this area. They gave me top option to back out and get a complete refund. Luckily in my line of work I have a lot of connections with welders, body, and frame repair specialist. After consulting with them and a little research on vehicles in the area I decided to proceed forward. Since that slowed the process down a few days they personally had the vehicle shipped right to my home on Christmas Eve. Getting my truck for Christmas is a feeling I can not show enough gratitude to the amazing staff of this dealership. I can not thank them enough for all the work they put in to make this possible. If you want a vehicle these guys have it doesn't matter where in the country you are they will make it happen.

My boyfriend and I chose this place because the sellers promised him a good, solid, and functional…read moretruck. They took forever to make sure the car was "in perfect state" and it really was as shiny and beautiful as a brand new truck. Just while doing the first trial ride, we had the first of many issues and just blocks away from the store. The dump body of the truck didn't lift as it should and when up, didn't go down again. We had to call the store and even the owner came, screaming that the box doesn't have to go all the way up obviously, he was in a rush to get rid of that truck. The box of any dump truck needs to be able to go all the way up to dump the debris. We had already started the paperwork and the loan and had a long way back home so we agreed with the promise that they would get reimbursement for the repair. Finally, we went to put some gas on the truck to be ready for the long way back. That's when we found the 2nd issue: the front lights were on all the time. Again, we had to go back to the store just for the manager to tell us that was normal and that we were exaggerating but that they would take care of the bill. Back to our town, and the very first time I wanted to use it, I couldn't because it had a gasoline leak. Calling the Mechanic and waiting for days before being able to use it, again, losing money and clients while waiting. After that, the truck seemed like it was finally functional and I thought the nightmare was over. I was able to use it a couple of times before the new issue, just last week. By today I spent almost 3k on what was supposed to be a functional truck, but the sellers have only paid us back less than 30% of the total bill (even before the 30-day guarantee was over). I knew it wasn't a new truck and it would probably have issues but never imagined that it would have a new problem every week. It was a dump truck that was sitting forever, had many internal issues, and didn't have an adequate amount of maintenance and now is sitting at my porch wasting space, waiting for the mechanic. I took my time to make this honest review and I guess a new Christmas update is coming soon.
