I have been to many jiffy lube locations this one is probably the worst. I arrived for a work car service and they didn't have the filter, so I had to come back later when they ordered it. The main guy working there was very good and professional. The waiting room is run down and uncomfortable. I could hear the young guys outside working on the cars and using foul language, the F word and making fun of customers. I guess they didn't know or care about being heard. They did the job at the end. The owner needs to improve this place and the people who work there. I won't go back to this location. read more

stay clear I had my dog so I waited out side and watched every thing they did. Oil still coming out of the drain plug / oil pan and he puts the plug back in. Next they fill it up with oil and start my car then they tell me my car was ready and they NEVER CHANGED THE OIL FILTER... So I asked them about it after all the technicians talk it over they tell me they forgot, so they take the skid plate off and change the filter. So not only did they (forget) the filter. They also left the old oil that was in the filter housing and the rest of the oil that was still draining from the oil pan I would assume they left about a quart of old oil in the motor. (not good) Not one person apologized to me, got me thinking all the people they take advantage of and do not change the filter. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Absolute worst oil change I have ever had. Crew is unprofessional at best. Did not check anything else on their list, yet marked everything as being done on the invoice. (I work on my own cars typically so i know what they did and sis not do). Additionally, they did not provide a sticker for my windshield either. When I called to ask how much to change oil, someone there said $56-up. So I brought my car for oil change, I was thinking just do the cheaper one $56. When I get there the guy said $112+ tax for my car, I said okay. My car has light on due for oil change. After Jiffy guys change oil, my car become have 2 lights on, the light for oil change due still there, & another light on (I think for water freeze light), that light didn't on before oil change. Other thing, when I drive home I feel my car not stable, then when I check the front left tire is flat, terrible. The guy at Jiffy drove my car to oil change indoor space, I feel he drive each car brutally, I am not sure did my car hit something on their floor ? It was good tires when I brought in. Can't trust this guys work, no wonder they only get 2,5 stars on yelp, I should check yelp before I brought my car in. Very disappointed, terrible service, they don't care if the oil light still on & another light on too now, it because they have to closed by 7pm, I get there 6.15pm for oil changes. Stay away from this location, at least. Please be careful because your car might get damages, not sure those guys don't know what they doing or they act like they know things but they screwed up more. read more

Compared to the negative reviews on here, I had a great experience. They had capacity, were very friendly, and were attentive. I showed up, they gave an estimate in advance, I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes, and it was done. They cleaned my windows, adjusted my tire pressure, changed the oil, topped up my fluids, checked the car out, and vacuumed my interior...in 15 minutes! The only little gripe was that it cost $135 total which is a bit steep, but the speed and quality were well worth it. Went to get an oil change today at this location and I'm not going to use names but I will say it was the female employee that made for a terrible experience. I was first greeted and guided to pull into the garage in a very welcoming and friendly guy. When the woman greeted me she already had a negative tone and was asking me what kind of oil I wanted to use. I told her I wanted to stick to the typical regular oil I use and she told me if that was the case, I'd be responsible for any leaking because I'm choosing to go with the cheap stuff. I've done oil changes before and it is absolutely ridiculous to peer pressure someone into getting synthetic because "cheap oil leaks". I paid for a service. Leaks are caused by the service performed on the draining of the oil, not the quality of oil you choose. Sorry if I'm not financially set like others especially during a pandemic. I refuse to pay double the price for synthetic (which then makes you have to continue going synthetic). I hope others aren't bullied and scared when they hear her say that. To tell me that I'd be responsible for any leaks after I leave the shop she's working at is just ridiculous. I also had a coupon for $16 off any oil change that I got the night before and showed it to her, and her response was "are you sure it's still valid?" As if I was trying to pull off a scam. I said "um, yeah? It's literally on your website under this location" and she didn't seem pleased as if I were taking money out of her pocket. She then shrugged and said "well, okay..." and hand wrote $-16 on the paper without scanning or really looking at the coupon. Just seemed so unprofessional. It was just a terrible experience and I hope I don't wake up to an oil leak because then it'll feel more like a retaliation for not spending the extra money she wanted me to spend. I understand we're living in a weird time, and there was some young kid working that was on his phone half the time with terrible work ethic (that she kept trying to give tasks to because he was just standing around), but that's no reason to try and bully me into spending more and not being able to separate whatever else she has going on for the 40 seconds of interaction required with a customer. I consider myself a very easy customer. I say please for a service, pay for that service, then say thank you for the service on my way out. I expect nothing more and nothing less. These guys are not qualified to do the job. They put me and my family in danger as a result of their carelessness. They forgot to replace the screws to my undercarriage shielding, not once - but twice. The first time was earlier this year around February 2018. The backside of undercarriage shielding fell out while I was on the freeway. I could hear and feel it dragging against the pavement. Fortunately, nothing happened, as the front screws stayed in long enough for me to get to a gas station. Gentleman there helped me zip tie the shielding back in place, noting that the screws were missing. Ok, maybe they just forgot this one time, I go back for another oil change a few months later, and I tell them about the missing screws that they missed last time. They told me that it wouldn't be a problem and they'll fix it with the oil change. Looked good from what I can see when I left the shop, but I should have checked more closely. Just two nights ago, the undercarriage shielding fell out again, this time the front, so it's flapping violently against the wind and scooping up debris from the surface of the freeway (so many pebbles)! I get to a gas station to get a better look under the car with my phone's camera, and lo and behold, over half of the screws are still missing. This time, the flapping snapped off a corner of the shielding because the lack of screws meant that the few corner screw points that had screws in them were taking on extra pressure, so they eventually broke off! On the freeway! In the rain! These assholes probably just found a few screws laying around and said, "ok that's good enough for now." I'm sorry for the language, but I think that's the only was to communicate how I felt about the Jiffy Lubers at the time. Don't go there! It looks convenient, it's tempting, I know, but find another spot otherwise you will be risking you and your passengers' lives on these incompetents' handiwork. read more

Went there today. Was told over the phone it would be quick, so rushed over. Once there, not the case. Oh well. So I asked to leave and said I would be back in the 30 to 40 minutes it would take. Half an hour I come back and it's not started. They indicate that I did not sign the estimate, which they did not ask me to do. I complained and they are all over me. They are yelling at me. I signed the estimate and asked that they now start and they. They immediately come back and say my oil plug is bad. Didn't see them even check. Oh what a pain. read more

They all had a sense of urgency and treated me like a VIP client. My maintenance light is now turned off in my car and I feel that everything was taken care of! Well worth my money and my time. I followed the directions they told me (park and wait in the lobby) while others who came in after just parked 1/2 way in their shop. While I was waiting, their cars began to get worked on. My oil change service included vacuuming the car floor. When my service was finished, the statement said, "customer declined" even though I never said that. Makes me think they are just plain lazy and they lie. Also, there is no outdoor seating. Um, it's covid times. Coming to this Jiffy Lube (store no. 1151) has been the most positive experience with any oil change service IN MY LIFE! A couple weeks ago, I had a slow leak in my tire and need air asap. Due to Covid, many gas stations didn't have working air pumps, and other establishments weren't able/willing to help for various reasons...or just didn't care. Called this Jibby Lube expecting to be blown off shortly before closing and Justin Yung answered the phone. Told him my situation expecting to be charged a crazy fee, or say it's too late, no room, need appt., need to purchase another service, etc. and he couldn't have been more gracious. Justin told me to stop by and they would see what they can do. When I arrived, I thought there would be a long wait (as in past with other Jiffy Lube's), be a huge deal...but no, as soon as I arrived, Justin remembered me, told me to drive into the stall and immediately helped me with my tires. Additionally, he checked the other tires and never pressured me to purchase any other service. To my surprised, they checked a few other things, put the plastic covering on the chair, mat, and was so respectful for someone who wasn't going to purchase their service. Each and every one of their employees treated me like their most valued customer. Jason, the manager was amazing and supportive and didn't rush to get the job done. Noe came to chat while I was waiting for the car. They really wanted me to leave safely and happy. I was so impressed with their service that the following week I brought my father's car to be checked, oil changed, etc. It was inconvenient for me to go to that Jiffy Lub as it was in the opposite direction and would take an additional 1.5 hour round trip. But when I called Jason, he told me when to come in and he'd have my car looked at immediately as I had an appt. that Sat. morning. I didn't make an official appt., until a few days later and Oselia answered the phone. She put me on HOLD and called Jason to confirmed a tentative appt., he remebered me and Oselia was all over it like a wet rag. I was so impressed that she provided such great service to me so that I wouldn't have to wait on Sat. I made it clear I had to be in/out fast that morning and as soon as I showed up, Jason was waiting for me! He and his team immediately worked on my car, told me what needed to be done, what could wait until my next visit and I was out within 45 mins! Everything was great, and he even told me about a promo they were having and saved me $$$! Justin showed up later and he remembered me as well, so that was cool! Everyone was extremely professional, gracious, and provided the best customer service I have ever had at any Jiffy Lube. Even though there are other Jibby Lubes much closer to my home, I will go out of my way to have my car(s) serviced there because I know I can trust them, be treated with respect and get the best customer service. Got here right after church, they're practically done with my car while he was writing up the payment statement. Joey's the man and really nice and unassuming for a car mechanic. Really pleasant guy and I feel very secured and safe with him working on my car. Plus I'm playing Fantasy Football and they have the game on in the waiting room which is really clean and opened space. I love how clean the garage looked too, helps me believe that they do their job well and presentation and quality of service is their goal for every customer interaction. This place should be way more busier considering the their work ethics and superb offered service for customers and customers' cars alike. I'm definitely coming back after my 5,000 miles and he was kind enough to tell me that I have a "free topping off," for my oil after 3,000 miles. He even offered to run the vaccum for my interior. Jiffy Lube is to auto mechanics as McDonald's is to restaurants. Nothing fancy. A quick oil change. Open even on Sundays. A bit more expensive than the $20 places, but they're available and quick enough with the job. I just hang in the waiting room and read or doze. read more

On Saturday, I came here with my newly acquired 1997 Thunderbird to see if I could get the air conditioning refreshed. And while that didn't occur (due to other issues with the A/C system) Marcus and his staff (including brake expert Mike) have been able to help out with a ton of other things I encountered - new brake rotors, new headlight bulb, basic oil change, etc. Pricing is more than reasonable and the employees were extremely friendly and more than willing to be flexible to get my car's issues dealt with. Although I live a bit further north in the Peninsula I truly appreciated the service here and will not hesitate to go back for regular auto maintenance! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The first time I got my oil changed here they forgot to put the plate back when they did my oil change so I drove over 50 miles with it dragging until I took it back for them to fix. I was upset but they gave a discount the next time I had an oil change. Ok-people make mistakes. This last time I got my oil changed, I noticed my engine sounding funny but didn't know what the problem was. I recently went to get my tires rotated at Wheel Works-they did a courtesy check and found that I had been driving WITHOUT AN AIR FILTER. This can cause damage to the engine. I'm hoping that no problems occur as I will be looking to Jiffy Lube to cover the cost. Go anywhere else but here!!! read more

I came here to get an oil change before a road trip to LA and ended up getting my air filter changed as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. All went well... or so I thought. After the oil change as I drove off not even a block away, my car was making a loud noise whenever I accelerated. My car, an automatic 2012 Sedan sounded like a legit muscle car.. As cool and weird as it sounded and felt wrong. (haha) My car did not sound like this at all before the oil change. I drove it around another block just to make sure and was still loud whenever I would step on the gas.. I called Jiffylube and they said to bring it back so they would check it out. 2nd Time bringing it in, they employees check it out. I tell them what I was hearing from my car and that it didn't sound like it before I came in. Marcos, the manager tells me to bring it into the far left station and checks on my car. Keep in mind, whenever they work on my car it takes them about 30-45 minutes. After said time, they say it was the undercover of my car.. might have been flapping around and so they used zip ties for it to be more secure. I say alright and went with it hoping that was the case. I drive off again.. and the same sound. Not even a block away and my car sounds like a muscle car. I drive the car back again.. 3rd Time bringing it in.. employees are baffled but remain cool and friendly. Marcos tells me to bring it in the far left station again. He inspects it again. This time we take a closer look at the muffle nose area. Could be the culprit since we now find that the sound is coming from there. I wait again.. after some time Marcos says my car is ready and he found the problem. The problem was that something was not screwed on properly or was missing screw. I test my car in neutral stepping on the gas pedal. It sounds good and normal. The staff and their customer service, friendliness, and willing to helped earned this score and review. (I usually do not write reviews) MVP goes to Marcos the manager. He is super humble and willing to help directly. He told me that his goal is to help people with what their needs are here with their cars and that they are good to drive safely. His goal is also to help improve this store in which I wish good luck to him and to keep it up. Although there was a problem with my car after the oil and air filter change, taking my car back a few times, the staff were willing to help solve the problem in which is why I believe they deserve at lest 4 stars from me. I came here despite the negative reviews at around noon on a Wednesday. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. There was no line so I was seen to immediately. The two workers were very professional and fair, they did not try to sell me something I didn't need which made me feel more trusting of this establishment. The price ended up lower than their original estimate (about $79 for oil + tire rotation). They also washed my windows and vacuumed my carpet without extra charge which surprised me. I was in and out relatively quickly and was very happy with the service provided. I'll be returning here for my next service. read more

The workers here treat women like they're dumb! I went in with my boyfriend for service on his truck. He asked the man for an oil change then asked how much a radiator flush was. The man answered with the radiator price. I leaned over from my seat and said how much is an oil change? The man looks at me but completely ignored me and continues to ask my boyfriend about mileage. Then when we got out of the car, he tells me... "you can go inside while I talk to him" and points to the office. How dare he! Little does this man know, I know more about this car then he thinks! That made me feel as if I shouldn't have opened my mouth and should only speak when spoken to. Then, when they tried opening the hood, they stood there clueless, I had to show them how! I had my oil changed yesterday and was very surprised with the poor and slow service. There was no wait and I had a standard oil change. It took nearly an hour although they appeared to be fully staffed. Communication was poor and when my car was finally ready, the employee reviewed all that was done. It indicated that my car had been vacuumed. This was not the case. Frankly, if they were not honest about something kind of minor, I question how efficiently they conducted the oil change service. I wish I could have given this review zero stars. Whatever you do do not go to this Jiffy Lube. I got my oil changed there. They claimed to do an inspection and that all my lights were working. This was not true I had a taillight out. Also shortly after getting my oil changed my battery died. The terminal was completed corroded and this again was something that should have been spotted if they actually did the inspection they claim they do. The worst thing about this oil change was I noticed my car was leaking a fluid so I took it in to a real mechanic and they said that the oil cap was no tightened enough and that my oil levels were dangerously low. They said the cap was close to falling off and it could have caused my engine to seize. Never go here, they clearly have no idea what they are doing and lie about the inspections they do. read more
