Love this location! Took my Chevy Traverse in to get a headlight replaced. When they took the cover off they realized a wire was loose and I didn't need a new headlight after all. They told me immediately and I was on my way (after they filled up the fluids of course). Big shout out to MJ Johnson, General Manage at his location and the team there. Pulled in and the man urged me to hurry. I said I had a couple of questions,like how much? He said for the higher grade, about $70! Seems like a couple years ago, Jiffy Lubes were around $39. But hey, gas is up so....probably oil, too. Well the bill for the oil came to $112. No one checked with me beforehand. When I said something to the guy ringing me up, he said, "I wish he wouldn't give quotes." on top of this, I was rushed to settle the bill and sign it before I could see it. Quite frankly, I felt this was sleazy operation. When I settled my higher than quoted bill, there wasn't even a "thank you." i won't be going back. read more

Not three blocks from their shop after an oil change my low tire pressure warning came on. Returned to have them fix it as the car starts smoking! So while my tire pressure was supposedly being fixed I started looking for what was smoking. Opening the hood I could see oil on the air filter box, intake manifold cover, exhaust manifold, frame cross member, and under body plastic shields. The manager wiped the upper areas and said it was unavoidable that the oil got on the exhaust manifold and shield. I had to reach down between the radiator and exhaust and wipe up a bunch of oil with my hand. Only then did the manager attempt to clean it up! Stopped at the grocery store on the way home and the car left a nice puddle of oil, and the tire warning system has yet to stop its warning. Car is a 2013 never smoked nor leaked, now using a drip pan in driveway when I park. All this for $68.97!!!! read more

I haven't been to a quicky-lube in a long time, but recently moved, haven't found a new shop yet and needed an oil change sooner rather than later. Oil changes were cheaper at my old shop, but my oil change here was just what I wanted...quick, straightforward, no in-your-face upsell, and no appointment needed. Shedrick and Alan were on duty and were courteous and professional. UPDATE: A couple of weeks after my service, I saw that my car was leaking oil. I took it back and asked that they check the plug, which they tightened, and said to bring it back if there was still a problem. That visit didn't make any difference to the leak, so I took time off work to take it to my mechanic across town. Half hour later, he told me that the filter was loose. No charge for the "repair" thankfully, but you're telling me that a lube place doesn't know the proper level of tightening for an oil filter? Really disappointed at the waste of my time, and will go back to making a weekday appointment with my mechanic for my oil changes...in the end, crossing town is less inconvenient than dealing with mistakes. read more

I came here on the 26 of October 2017 for an oil change, my wife had a $13 coupon so I said yes.......I should have kept driving. We live a few streets away, so when I got home I checked the oil level to make sure is topped ( a friend of mine drove away from a different Jiffy Lube just to realize his oil light was on....they forgot to fill with new oil)...so I checked and I'm yeah, I have oil in the engine. Next morning my wife drives to work and after 5 minutes from the house a couple of miles away, on the Hwy 5 the shield under the car came loose and started rubbing on the asphalt.....laud noise, air flowing in the cabin at high pressure/ volume. She pulled over on the Hwy checked the car, did not notice the part hanging probably under the car. Started driving slowly to next exit and into a gas station, that's when the whole shield felt to the ground, cracked in half all bolts and fasteners missing. We went to Jiffy Lube with the plastic cover in the trunk and said we will give them a chance to fix it (I was told they will try to jeryrigg it with zip ties and replace the bolts). I got the car home after the" fix" and realized there were no bolts, as far back as I cold see, just empty bolt holes. Let's not forget some flimsy very thin zip ties to keep the crack together. At high speed, with the front of this plastic shield not being secured, it will all come appart when the wind will blow right in the gaping holes. Today 28th, I went again and spoke with team lead Amanda Smith who's name is on my invoice under: Quality Inspection By A. Smith; everybody I spoke with was very apologetic and courteous and offered to try a new fix. I'm writing this review as I wait calmly to be disapointed again ( they have no tools just zip ties). Well they screwed a few more bolts in (at least a couple are still missing) and zip tied the heck out of it (same flimsy colored ones) but I will take it for a ride. It looks like dog s__t and I'm tired. If I was to guess how it all started, I would say the Lower Bay worker (Daniel G.) carelessly screwed the bolts back in the holes, without making sure he actually hit the holes in the chassis, so the screws were just hanging there for show, attached only to the plastic cover. The rest is history, we drive the car and it comes apart. Is it worth pursuing it farther, I don't know...my car is damaged because I wanted to save $13. I learned something....stay away from a place with bad reviews. read more

Went in for an oil change they came right out and greeted me with a smile. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes and they're recommendations were on point, they even let me know my k&n air filter needed to be cleaned. They were honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest shop for regular maintenance. read more

It shouldn't be called Jiffy Lube when it's a 35-45 minute wait before they can get to your car. They only had one vehicle in the right bay. The left bay was empty. read more

I've used this place many Times and I always ask myself why? It's very time consuming and Alittle frustrating. The staff tries to be nice but they always seem to be slow moving. Waiting room needs a tv to keep the customers occupied while waiting. Prices are a bit high, but it's down the street from my work and I always find myself back here. read more

Ok these guys were different.. Never been to a jiffy lube (or any autoshop for that matter) where I actually enjoyed the experience. Crazy to be treated so well at a franchise. I don't remember the managers name but looking at other reviews I'm pretty sure it was MJ, and that guy was a customer service god. I Just had my car serviced by Shedrick and his crew, it was 5:30 PM on a Monday and an awesome experience. I had just driven across the country from Philly and desperately needed an oil change, I usually take my car to the mechanic. Right away the staff were polite and helpful. Shedrick reassured me that it would be quick, he explained everything to me, and to top it off he vacuumed and cleaned my windows. It was so unexpected (my car was filthy) I would recommend this location to anyone who has just driven 3000 miles and would appreciate a good convo and great service! Thanks guys! read more

This Jiffy Lube was great! Fast service, and I really appreciated that there was a woman working there (I wish I remembered her name so I could be more specific). I've had several uncomfortable experiences with condescending guys at Jiffys...I really feel like by the time I'm over 50, I should be able to get through an oil change without someone half my age saying 'that's my girl!' when I say 'yes' to the synthetic oil. Avoid this company and *especially* this location and others in the area (hi district manager!). Went here in May '17 and: they botched the oil change (tightened filter too tight & it all leaked out). Was a huge hassle to get them to: (1) fix and release the car back to us in in a timely manner (3 weeks!!), and (2) get reimbursed for a 3rd party inspection (~$300) to prove that the car was still usable. I contacted corporate Jiffy Lube corporate several times and they either ignored me or told me nicely to get lost. To their credit, they did refund the oil change and give me credit for another one (ha!) but that's about the only positive thing that happened. Google search "Jiffy Lube consumer affairs and complaints" for stories similar to mine - they hire minimum wage unskilled workers who *will* potentially destroy your car, luckily that didn't happen to us this time. Another customer around the same timeframe wasn't so lucky (overhead manager conversation disputing a $2k engine rebuild complaint). read more

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for the last 5 years and never had a problem...until Sunday. I arrived at 1:10pm and when I pulled up there were two cars in the service area and one waiting. I was told it would be approximately 40 minutes before they got around to my car, which was fine since there were cars ahead of me. Approx 2 hours later, they finally pulled my car into the service area. Took the two employees another 45 minutes to change my oil and vacuum out the front seats. I saw them pull my car forward just as a white sedan pulled up to block the exit of the service area besides mine. The lady said she thought one of her tires were low, and asked if they could look at it. Instead of finishing up with me, or the 4 cars behind mine, the employee, Elizabeth B., went ahead and filled not one, but all four tires all the while joking and laughing and giving that late client better and faster service than the rest of us. When finished, I noticed the lady give Elizabeth some cash, which she took to the back before coming back to finish up with me. This whole incident took another 25 minutes. Understandably, I think, I was upset. By the time she finished my transaction it was 4:29pm. I had wasted nearly 3.5 hours there, in what should have taken no more that an hour. Didnt get a chance for an oil change. Spoke to one of the workers, told him I was here for an oil change and he told me to park in the small parking lot and I'd have to stay in the car and pull up (this is before I parked my car in the lot I was pointed towards) and I thanked him because I wasnt sure what the rules were for current events. Another man named Will came to talk to me about what services I wanted and was trying to upsell me but I told him I just wanted to get a conventional oil change. After that he just walked away. Moments later a woman stops behind the service area where I was and gets immediate service once the current car in service was done, she probably had an appointment or so I thought. One more vehicle comes through and repeats the process and after a few minutes of waiting I ask Cole if its appointment only. He says no its first come first serve. I explain to him that I was here first and was told to park in the parking lot and have been left there for 25 minutes. The other worker whose name I didn't get and refused to give it (the other workers also refused to give me his name and said it was against policy) says he gave me the instructions (park, stay in car and pull up). I was already in "line" why tell me to park in the lot just to drive back in. I thought the process was to wait in the lot until being told to come in but obviously theres some miscommunication going on. The worker who's name I didnt know eventually responded with "Bro, just back off". I knew it was best to leave the business because theres some obvious bad blood going in between the employees (Cole and the other worker) and I but I went back to speak to a manager to explain the situation. Cole told me to call in the morning at 8 AM. I understand work is weird and appreciate workers that are working hard for everyone during these hard times but leaving a customer hanging and getting defensive over bad communication on your behalf and getting angry over it is not cool. read more

My previous oil change was done incorrectly (avoid Emily's Garage in Everett!) and the crew at this Jiffy Lube helped me understand what had been done wrong and answered my questions clearly. I am writing because of the continuous Piss Poor Service (?) at this Jiffy Lube location, 14710 Aurora Ave No., Shoreline, WA 98133 My most recent experience was on Thursday, 30 March 2017 at about 6:45 PM. Upon completion, I was informed by MJ they had spilled some oil under my Honda Pilot. That is an Understatement!! * I smelled some weird unusual smell when I drove home. * The next morning I drove 25 miles to my Dentist Appt. When I parked the car, there was Lots of Smoke Billowing out from under the vehicle. I got out and looked and Lots of Smoke coming from around the front wheels. I opened the hood and a substantial amount of smoke billowed out. After the Dentist Appt. I drove back to this Jiffy Lube and "MJ" the Service Rep. came out and I reported the condition to him, as the Smoke was billowing out from under the car. They pulled the car into the Lube Bay, crawled under the car and spent about 10 minutes, I assume, cleaning off the Residual Oil. Since then, no more burning oil. Next while logging in my Service Record, I discovered they recorded the WRONG MILEAGE. Obviously, a Lack Of Attention To Detail. GRRRRR!! Most Likely, WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS FACILITY!! read more

Used a groupon, sevice was fast and decent until i discovered a big black switchblade knife pointing out of the hood of my car. I called to let them know my small children could have been hurt by it if they had seen it before me. An oil cap was also found right where the knife was. Manager apologized and denued no one there is allowed to have knives. Im not allowed a cell phone at work but I still carry it on me. I will not be returning there. I came here for an oil change on my car. The first person I was greeted by was a girl named Amanda. She was so nice and friendly it was great. Ollie helped me with my service and he was so nice also. The oil change was coining to be about 112 bucks which for me, I'm use to paying 69 dollars in California at a Jiffy lube. After I questioned why it was so much, Ollie said he'd give me 20% off. I said great and they went ahead and did the oil change, topped off my fluids and even vacuumed out my car. After Ollie apologized for the wait( it wasn't long maybe 30 mins) and said he'd only charge me 65 plus tax for the oil change! It was so nice that he went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer! read more

I just recently stopped by a jiffy lube and I felt somewhat cheated. I am a long time Jiffy Lube customer, but today, I pulled into an empty JL and the upselling started, after I declined and asked for the service I normally got, the upselling continued. In the past I would do the changes my self, so I know what they are doing, but they did mislead me on a price. I normally pay 40 to 50 dollars. I left paying 120 dollars. I did get an apology out of the employee when I said, "Man, you guys did me dirty." I will no longer stop by a jiffy lube. Good luck to everyone else. read more

Jiffy Lube is overpriced. Only went here because they are the only oil changing station that is open on the weekends. The wait time is reasonable, however disappointed in the waiting room. They provided coffee but no cups! Aside from that, there is no WiFi. I'd expect more from such a large company. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I came here to get the 'signature oil change' for my 91' Honda Accord. Before coming here I already knew my car was very low on Oil, Transmission Fluid, and Power Steering Fluid. I thought the 'signature oil change' would be awesome because they can check most of the fluids and top them off. Boy was i wrong...I got there and was checked in right away but the oil change took them only FIVE minutes!!! I asked the manager if the transmission fluid and power steering were topped off he said it should be but let me ask. He then went to the guy who worked on my car and asked him if he filled my fluids up and he DIDN'T! The manager came back and apologized and didn't offer a discount or anything! If I wasn't familiar with cars and didn't know that I was low on transmission and power steering than I would have been really screwed over by Jiffy Lube! Don't ever come to this location because they don't even give you the real 'signature oil change' they promise you. I was the only customer there at the time and something simple as filling up fluids was overlooked even though it is part of the package that I paid for! read more

I took my car in to this Jiffy Lube for a standard oil change. They placed a new oil filter in and then told me to come back in 3,750 miles. At 3,000 miles that oil filter came out over a half inch and caused all of the oil to come out and completely damaged by engine. They told me that they would take care of it and get it fixed and were talking with my repair shop to pay for it being fixed. They came back a week later and told me that they wouldnt cover the $4000 repair charge because it was past their 3,000 mile warranty. Seems illogical to have a warranty and then tell me to come in after the warranty is over and it is just bad customer service to tell me and my mechanic that you are going to repair the engine and then back out.....NEVER USING JIFFY LUBE AGAIN read more
