This is a list of things that I've seen, heard, or have had happen to me: 1. I was in here to get my transmission looked at and they said it was fine but when I got home I took a look at it and it wasn't fine I had to go to an auto shop to get it replaced. 2. I noticed that they rarely use fender covers 75% of the time. (I walk by going to the bus stop). 3. I showed up one day for a top off and I was told they were closed and it was a few minutes before 7 pm. 4. The new guys don't get a lunch break at least 50% of the time 5. Again they don't use fender covers 75% of the time meaning they don't care about the customers cars. 6. I also noticed that the employes don't wear their safety glasses 90% of the time. 7. They are always rude and talking about how "Hot" most of the women are calling them a "Bay 3". 8. I got an oil change one day and went to go pay only to find out that I didn't have the money and they wouldn't give me my car. 9. I walked by after closing one day and saw a Toyota prius in the bays after they had closed. 10. I was listening to a conversation between 2 employes and one of them said that it took them a couple weeks to get their first lunch break. 11. I called them asking about a radiator flush but was told by the guy who answered the phone said they didn't but I looked online and was told that they did. 12. A couple guys were just standing around not doing anything while my car was in there and I finally reached the point where I went in and drove out with the manager standing there watching and not saying anything. 13. I didn't want to wait to get an oil change and there was a car behind me so I drove through and the manager again didn't say anything. 14. I've seen people with intox-a-lock have their car worked on and the employes using their breath to start the vehicle and drive it out. 15. I've seen people get told that they need to be checked in before leaving but they still leave and their car gets worked on even if they haven't been to a Jiffy Lube before. I have been using Jiffy Lube (not this location) for years... so figured it was the place to go. So I brought my car here for an oil change, paid for the nicer package, and double asked to make sure they put a new filter in. Customer service was fantastic, really just nice guys working in the shop..but then the nightmare began. They put the wrong filter in my car and not long after it popped out on the highway causing an oil dump and engine seize before I could exit (fun times getting towed off the exit ramp). I had the car towed to the closest mechanic who after inspection found the wrong filter in the oil pan and said this is actually a common occurrence from Jiffy Lubes- told me to lawyer up. I tried to reach out to this location first and ask for a settlement, but they pushed me to their headquarters. Their headquarters made it clear they will do anything to try to claim they aren't at fault and are trying to claim the filter that was found in the oil pan wasn't one they would "normally" use. This makes zero sense since I brought it into their shop and specifically asked for my filter to be replaced...and there was no reason for me to do any work to the car in the short period between the oil change and the incident....so now I am in the awesome process of having to lawyer up. After some research, this was apparently a pretty big problem going on in Jiffy Lubes a few years back. In the meantime their representatives take over a week to return calls. I am losing more business every single day that I do not have my car. I would really not like to have this company name tainted for me and those around me who use their services, but it's definitely getting to that point. I can't say I would currently recommend this place to anyone unless they were a serious masochist. 0/10 Nice guys at shop do not make up for poor service and lack of ability to take fault for one's incompetency. read more

I just so happened to pull in during a rush with 8 cars all needing maintenance in front of me, and I was immediately helped and told how much they expected the maintenance to be when I told them my budget. I brought a coupon with me and they were super kind about making sure it was applied at the end when I forgot about it. I can't remember any of the names of the guys who helped me (Neil?? Maybe?? I'm sorry!), but they were all spot on with customer service and super nice. I was there for an hour and a half because of how busy they were, but their shop was efficient and they were all working their booties off the whole time while I got to sit in an air-conditioned office with free coffee and water. The time span was a bummer but there was nothing they could do... EXCEPT give me two free repair services as an apology because I had to wait so long--I didn't even ask, they just did it. Super cool and kind group of people. Was really nervous to find a car shop I could trust as I just moved to the area from out of state, and I will most certainly be returning whenever I need something (I actually just went back a couple days ago because my tire pressure light came on, and they immediately addressed it and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes--amazing). read more

The Jiffy Lube in Shoreline is really great. I've been coming here since high school and now 3rd year in college, this place has seen positive growth. The employee interaction, the service itself, and even receiving small tips on how to improve my cars condition are just a few positive changes that I've noticed. The whole team approached me and asked if I had been helped just for reassurance and that means a lot as a customer. The manager MJ is one of the coolest dudes to meet and knows how to tell a funny story. I'll keep coming back if the energy of this place continues to thrive. read more

Once the drug dealers who drive the black and silver cadillacs are removed fro the premisses of all locations, then I will right a great review. Until then, please make sure you do not go anywhere near a location with the Cadillac Suburbans with illegally tinted windows hiding out in these locations. They are human and drug traffickers. AVOID THESE AREAS. There is no law and order in Seattle anymore and these areas are too dangerous to be in. Until things change, avoid these businesses with this vehicles hiding out in them. read more

This Jiffy Lube was very fast, very friendly, and no hassle at all. The staff jumped right to it and made everything as quick as possible.

Crew was very nice and respectful. Oil was changed in a timely manner under 15 minutes. Great guys, I will definitely be back soon.
