Overpriced and not great service. I just got back and was looking over my receipt (which they don't show you until after you pay). Among the notes: Vacuum Floors...declined. Wash exterior windows...customer declined. Check Air Filter...Change soon. They didn't ask or say anything about any of these. In fact they barely said anything to me. (I probably would have changed the air filter.). Front Differential...N/A. I have a front differential. It's a 4wd Jeep and I just changed the diff fluid myself in both front and rear. I'm confident they just threw in some new oil and a filter and charged me $130. read more

Brought my car here for the first time. The gentlemen here were so polite and helpful. I needed an oil change and had engine light on. I also ended up doing the power steering, break fluid, they fixed break light and headlight that wasn't working. They gave me a 15% discount as well which was so nice and helped a lot. Was dreading taking my car in but ended up having the best experience. I pulled in 20 minutes before they closed and they still took the time to handle every bit of my cars needs. This is not the closest Jiffy Lube from my house but I will definitely drive to this location to handle my other cars as well. 10/10. Can't say enough great things. If you are a young female, do not go here by yourself. They will overcharge you. I have always gone to Jiffy Lube, but won't be returning after they charged me $50 more than usual. My typical oil change is around $80, but this time around they charged $130! They claimed it was different synthetic oil since their company switched over and that it would last me twice as many miles ("15,000" miles) than the previous oil they used. But after leaving, the sticker read the same amount of miles that it usually does (7,000) until the next oil change. Now why am I being charged more for the same amount of miles until the next change? When I used to come with my dad, the price would remain the same. My father is very sick now and unable to come with me for oil changes, leaving me to go by myself now. Jiffy Lube took full advantage of me by overcharging for a simple service. As a young struggling college student who has her bills to pay, I hope to get the best deal I can when I need an oil change. This was not the case. To add to the problem, the service person who changed my oil had overfilled/spilled it in my engine, and this left a burning smell throughout my car. I had to drive back after returning home to have them fix this. read more

I usually go to the jiffy lube in the valley but they have a sign that says 29.99 for oil change. I have a 2015 Mazda, they say it doesn't qualify. They wanted over $100 for an oil change. No thanks. I will keep shopping. read more

Went in for routine oil change . They offered a break fluid flush, figured might as well. I normally only go to dealer for all work . The fluid Was leaking the minute I left. Figured it was oil left over until a month later the break light was going off ! Ran out of breaks on frwy. Don't do anything other than oil here ! read more

I pulled up for an oil change and tire rotation. The attendant took the vehicle and said he would meet me inside. Upon meeting me inside he said that my fleet company refused the tire rotation. I said I didn't give you any information about the vehicle yet. He said the car has been here before and was in the system. I had been In before but this 2024 Altima with 10100 miles was making its first visit. I told him here is my fleet card and to call me when it was done. Upon showing up the female attendant told me the tire rotation was not completed because they denied it. I found this strange as the dashboard displayed indicated it was due and had never denied this before. So I called the fleet company and they confirmed only an oil change was requested. What an inconvenience. And even worse complete dishonesty. Not just by one employee but two. Oh yeah and they didn't even reset the service lights. read more
