I don't understand why this place doesn't have 5 stars. I pulled up on a Sunday morning before running errands to get a quick oil change. Unfortunately, they told me it would be over an hour wait, but there was another location down the street if I wanted to check them out to see if they could get me in earlier. This gentleman was so nice and upfront that I decided to run my errands and swing by on my way home. I'm glad I did. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I spoke to 3 different techs during my visit, all extremely kind, respectful and engaging. The communication between the two techs that worked on my car was mesmerizing to watch. The epitome of teamwork. You can tell they want to do a good job and do it quickly to keep their customers happy and coming back. My mom told me about this place a few months ago when she took my car in and said how lovely everyone is. I second this. I will definitely be going back to this location and am very impressed with the overall outlook of the staff. read more

I'm giving a 3 star review for a couple of reasons today. I usually use Jiffy Lube for oil changes here in Simi Valley, and will chalk todays experience up to just a bad day, but they really dropped the ball today. It took over an hour to get our service done and there were only us and one other customer there. I noted that there were only 2 employees working so probably they are usually not busy on Sundays. On top of that, they didn't check our wiper blades as stated on the recap of service. Our blades are a mess and they never said a thing. Had they said something we may have bought them there and then, but now I'll just go to a parts store and do it myself. Lastly, they only washed the windshield and not the rest of the windows. I'll give them one more chance when the time is right again, but if things aren't better I will be looking to go elsewhere. read more

We took our car for an oil change in December with a Groupon. It did not have an oil leak before we went. When we came home after the oil change we noticed that it had a pretty significant oil leak. We returned the next day, after it leaked all over our driveway, and requested that they fix it since there was no oil leak prior to bringing it to them. Fast forward to today, we took it back to our regular oil change place and they told my husband that they could not touch my car because someone had siliconed my entire oil pan. We then had to return to Jiffylube to have the problem fixed that should have been fixed back in December. We also had to pay for an oil change since they had to drain our oil to fix the problem. We are very dissatisfied and will never take our business there again. read more

This is the only place I take my car to get an oil change. Coincidentally, before I pulled my car into the oil change bay I turned my car off and it wouldn't start again. Before I knew it, I had the whole jiffy lube crew trying to troubleshoot what was going wrong, even though it was unrelated to any work that they do and weren't getting paid for it. When we couldn't figure it out, they made sure to help me call a tow truck and had recommendations for where to take my car. It's nice to know that even for something as little as an oil change that there are people willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you! read more
