I went in for an oil change a few days ago. The girl said I didn't need one yet, but they would top it off. She never asked what kind of oil it used. None of them even went to the computers. Since then, the check engine light has come on. I just called and let them know. Maybe they would take it in. The guy just said, "What do you want me to do about it?" He was very rude. I'm sorry you don't like your job. Maybe you should find another profession. read more

I am always so happy when I leave this place! Yes, I know, the prices are higher than just doing these things yourself. But I just don't have the knowledge or the time, so I come here. Every time I'm here I'm given some sort of coupon or discount and feel really well taken care of. The service is always fast, the employees are so friendly, and they always tell you what needs to be fixed or changed but I NEVER feel pressured to do so. The guys that work here are not very professional. There was one time one of the guys asked me a question in the waiting room, I answered - and he then walked back out to the shop and started MOCKING me to his fellow coworks. Uhm, excuse me, but I can still hear you. That same time, they did not put the little sticker on the windshield that tells you when the next service should be. Not really a big deal, but I did mention it the next time I went. The guy was very sarcastic about the whole issue. This place has new management and they are great. Very responsive and convenient. They even replaced wiper blades I didn't like for free.

After completing my oil change: me: oh u guys can flush and change radiator fluid? Worker: yes we do, but we can't tell u if it's dirty or needs to be flushed, company policy. Me:so how do I know if it's dirty!? Worker: I don't know. We just flush and can change it. Worker: your oil pressure seemed a little above average Me: ok, well what does that mean? Worker: I mean, I'm not really sure I just change oil. Smh.... After driving away 2 sensors in my truck weren't working 1 was my park assist which I fixed and and another was my tire pressure sensor because incompetent workers who said they put air in my tires left 1 of my tires at 15 psi. Not going back. You'd be better off changing your own oil. read more

This is my 2nd time here, and I was very hesitant about coming again for my 2nd time. Both times after I left that place, oil leaks all over my driveway! Does this happen to anyone else? The first time I went back to see why it was leaking and they said they had spilled oil and there was no leak... So although I appreciate the "speedy" service, I don't appreciate having to come back to resolve something that shouldn't have happened in the first place! It has been over 3 months and the oil spill this 2nd time has just finally stopped. Where I park on my driveway is completely ruined with a huge oil spill. I am definitely not one to write bad reviews - but since this is the second time this has happened to me at this location- I do want to share with others to beware of this location- and perhaps Jiffy Lube in general since it seems there might be training or quality issues in general. I took my car here for an oil change two weeks ago and they did not put the oil filter in correctly which caused all the oil to leak out- which then caused damage to the engine. Normally I would have noticed oil leaking but I am parking in the street right now and it's been raining a lot so I haven't noticed the oil on the ground. How a place that specializes in oil changes can make such a major mistake is beyond me- but I just want to warn others. This happened to me once before in the past year but I caught it quickly and took it back to them to fix. This time I was not so lucky. read more

I went to this location to get my oil changed after work today - around 4:30pm and was in and out in 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent! They pulled my information from the system before I pulled up to the garage. He went through the recommendations for my car, and didn't pressure me when I declined certain services. I didn't realize vacuum and window cleaning was part of the oil change, so that was an added bonus! I used to schedule my oil change at the dealership, but because of the recent bad service and price, and the excellent service I received today from Jiffy, I will be going to this location from now on. read more

WAY under-staffed. I couldn't even drop off my car for as long as they needed without having to wait for excessive amounts of time in their waiting room with the other grumpy customers for a "check in". I simply went elsewhere. Not likely to return ever. read more

I have been a solid customer at this location for five plus years. I have serviced my company cars and my three family's vehicle during that time. On 5/2/2016 at 8:45 am I pulled in were I notice two young men smoking at the entrance. I greeted the two and said I was in the system and I needed the oil changed. I explained to AJ (he told me his name), I was a five year customer and I was notified bye email I needed a oil change and forgot to print my coupon. AJ was very quick saying I needed it to get my discount. After serving ALL my vehicles you can't give me a coupon rate.We have a local business and always shop, trade and eat locally to support our local businesses. Now I'm going to ell my story to all my friends, business associates and my even write a few more review's. Who ever manages this location needs to work with AJ on his customer service skills or get rid of him! read more

I have taken my cars for oil changes at this location for a few years now. Went in today (Sunday) to get an oil change like any other time. This time however the techs weren't able to get my oil filter off as it was way over tightened from the last oil change. They tried but couldn't as the filter was getting crushed with every try. They recommended I check out the auto shop across the street, as soon as they opened (Monday, since they weren't able. Not ideal, but stuff happens. Got home and about an hour later I decided to take another look and I noticed a small leak coming from the oil filter. Called them up to let them know that is happening and without hesitation they offered to send someone to my house since I couldn't drive the car without risking damage. Chance and Brad were at my house in about 15 minutes. After about another 15 minutes taking off my skid plate and manhandling the filter, it finally came off. No mess, they topped off my oil AND came to my house! They fixed the issue and followed thru on making things right. I call that great customer service! read more

I'll skip this location with future oil changes. After the change my car still stinks of oil over a week later. I checked and there is a bunch of oil that looks like it was just poured down the front of the engine which is now stuck in the plastic pan at the bottom of the engine creating the smell when the engine is hot. In addition the dipstick was not even put back into the holder, it was wedged into another area of the engine. read more
