I thought I would give this place a chance. I need to get my inspection I parked and one employee was directing me to park on the last bay! another one came out of no where from his car and asked what I needed help with. Opening my door I told the employee I needed an inspection and smelt a strong odor of marijuana. He said they weren't able to do that today and hopped back inside his car. As a customer what else do you except? You don't want to do an inspection cause you rather get high? Jiffy Lube please do better! read more

I went there to get an oil change, days later my car started leaking. I finally was able to take it to get it checked out and the reason why it was leaking was because when they did the oil change they tighten the screws so hard that they messed up the drain plug where the oil pan is. Now I have to pay to have that fixed ! Jiffy Lube should pay for repairs since it's their fault my car is leaking in the first place ! read more

I arrived at the perfect time... Only 1 vehicle ahead of me... Greated by a nice young lady, within 5 minutes my truck was in the bay.... What I liked is the attention to detail the team took with my vehicle... They hustled and go my out in one of the best times experienced for a JL... What I miss are the days they once wiped down your glass and vacuum up the interior.. I do miss that... Overall a very positive experience here! read more

Two weeks ago, I tried to go get a state inspection at Jiffy Lube off of Louetta and Kuykendahl Rd I was there for approximately six minutes while they expect my vehicle the technician came in to get me saying my tent on my two front windows were too dark even though that's the legal tint you can have on the two front windows I will never come back to this location for any kind of service they provide. Please stay away from this business for any kind of service obviously they don't know the law of legal requirements. read more

Avoid this place! I took my vehicle here to get an inspection which the lady told me it FAILED! I have a 2019 that only goes to the dealership with no problems. She mentioned it failed because of the gas cap which was the wrong inspection (her manager informed her of this while I was standing there). I tried to try this place out to support small businesses. Never again! I went to my normal spot got my inspection and was out within 5 minutes. PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS---- DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION! read more

Hands down the rudest lady ever today. Was trying to tell her to reset the light and she began arguing with me. What the heck, really. We have been coming here now for two years and have three cars we bring here. This is the first time we have even seen her. Maybe she is having a bad day but there is no excuse for being rude and cutting a customer off when speaking. read more

Very unprofessional, one of the ladies was very pleasant but the rest of the crew are just unprofessional, they do not know what's going on. I went There to get a quick oil change, asked for a synthetic blend, they put full synthetic. Left the shop and less than a day after my car died out of no where. read more

This was my first time EVER going to a Jiffy Lube in my LIFE! . I must say I was very IMPRESSED! with the customer service and the knowledge they provided. These professional gentlemen were exceptional with their customer service. And the service was quick! I was in and out in no time. No more Walmart oil changes for me . Jiffy lube even vacuum my driver and passenger side of my car, top off my windshield fluid for FREE! I will most definitely be a returning customer. Thanks again! read more

This review is overdue. I've been here several times for different vehicles and always receive great service. The staff are thorough, friendly and polite. The shop is always clean. And the prices are fair. Yesterday was the first time for my BMW. It was the first oil change out of warranty. It was $90 cheaper than the dealer and everything went well. It would be 5 stars except they are unable to reset the oil change indicator. So, with a little research, I did it myself this morning! read more

Wow! First, a young gentleman met me at my car, asked for my keys & told me what I needed to leave on the dash. I walked to another business. Upon returning Tristan escorted me to the waiting area & pointed out there was ice water & coffee there for me. Me & another gentleman talked briefly about how professional he was & about how they treated us like they really wanted our business. They were quick! Another man then escorted me to my car & had the door open & waiting for me. I've never had a Valet be that great. This is two years in a row they have done business like this. Don't go to this location, if you're a woman alone, because the staff will attempt to take advantage of you and lie to no end. I went for an oil change at 5:02p 11/27/2021, and was told the most bogus lies. The guy Nicolas B. that was working with Emily C. wrote my receipt up differently than the services performed and insulted my intelligence when I spoke up about the contradictions. The guy, Nicholas, came into the waiting room and said they charge extra for topping off coolant but, at checkout the lady Emily filled in on my receipt that it was full. So, they got even more elaborate with the lie when I confronted them about the receipt saying one thing but they said another and didn't perform the service. I asked for the corporate number and they wouldn't provide it because "they didn't know it". When Emily went to "check" and show me my coolant level that was left low, she thought I didn't know that she was pointing to my water tank. They really thought I was stupid and didn't know coolant was the blue tube on the completely other side. When I asked her to change the receipt to reflect what was actually done, she claim she couldn't and printed two. She claimed she would scratch off and just write the correct info. On the first receipt with the numbers printed at the bottom, she still thought she was going to manipulate the situation and scratch off on the checklist that my "oil level prior to service" was low. I had to tell her again "no you need to print out a receipt stating that the coolant reserve was left low". She claim she couldn't but that is why I have another receipt where she wrote "low, below minimum" and they actually let me leave with my car in that condition. Please keep in mind, I have been here more than a couple times and I know that an oil change also comes with your fluids being topped off. I don't appreciate how significantly terrible this service was today. It's such a shame a woman can't even just get an oil change without being ripped off. read more

So I generally take my vehicles here to get the inspection completed. I arrived with one earlier in the morning, 3rd in line. This was no big deal wait was not very long maybe 30 minutes. The guy who performed the inspection was very professional. I told him that I would be returning in a little while with another vehicle. I arrived back maybe an hour after the first one was completed and there must have been a shift change during that time frame. There was a blond woman maybe mid 20's who had taken over inspection duties. She called me to come with here to view my vehicle and told me she would not pass me. I asked why was that? The answer was my front windshield has a tint strip on it, which is perfectly legal. She stated "the tint is over 5"". Curious as to how for the last 3 years it has been perfectly passed at this same location, she went full Karen mode. I could see she truly did not want to be at work just from here general body language and her condescending speech. I am utterly amazed at the minuscule authority people acquire and have to flex it for no other reason than to feel important. I went to another facility right down the road, even queried the individual about the window tint. He measured it and guess what it was in perfect standards. "Karen" just did not want to do her job plain and simple. If you dislike working there and performing the simplest of tasks then find another job, hopefully one that is not customer serviced based. I would like to give more than one star just because the guy who completed my first vehicle inspection was top notch, I cannot in good conscience abide the toxic attitude of the woman. read more

Came in for my oil change because I've always had awesome service at jiffy lube locations but Ihave to say this is easily the worst one I've ever been to. The oil change took over an hour, I wasn't consulted on my wait time, the waiting room was frigid and dirty, when I finally was seen, I didn't get any of the regular top off services I've received in the past from other locations nor an offer to do so. I went in for a state inspection. There were a few cars ahead of me but I was told it would be about 30 minutes. I was there for over an hour. At one point no cars were in the garage and all the mechanics were playing around before pulling my car in. Then my car was done for about 10 minutes before the mechanic pulled my car out. I will add a star because I needed some filters replaced and the guy gave me a discount on all the services. But other than that I experienced terrible service and will not be going back. read more

This is the WORST place to bring your vehicle... unless you hate it of course. The employees are un professional, un trained, were cursing and slamming things around. About a year ago i came for an oil change and they forgot to screw the oil filter all the way on i was lucky i noticed the spewing oil before i left or my truck would have broken down! Next oil change i came back to give them another chance in which they did fine and recommended a tire rotation. After my tire rotation was completed the employee came into the waiting area and told me that 3 of my studs had broken and that it was not his fault and he wasn't going to do anything about it. Now here i am about a year later just trying to get a state inspection done. I was 2nd in line to another state inspection with four employees here, ive waited 20 minutes and they haven't even touched my vehicle. Very poor service. Rip off ... They advertise 29.99 and when my wife went there they bring her a bill of 68.99 just because she doesn't know canes doesn't mean you can go charge her whatever you feel like charging ... They told her it's her type of car and that they changed the filter blah blah blah .. I pay 29.99 at the Nissan dealership and they wash my car on top of that and top off all the fluids ... They should have at least let her now before hand that they will charge her double what they have advertised . read more
