I had gone to an auto parts store for a diagnosis, which they gave me, but as it was a Sunday, hardly anyone was open except for Stewart's All About Auto. When I called him and told him the issue, he gave me several possibilities. When I asked when I could see him, he actually offered to come to where I was and fix it. I happened to be at church during that time and he fixed it right before the service was over. Not only this, but the next day when the issue seemed to come again, he repaired the issue with no additional labor charges. He was reasonably priced and made certain I was not overcharged for parts or labor. The fact that he came to where I was to fix my car was even better than I could have expected. I highly recommend this business and will be dealing with them from now on in the future.

Upon my arrival at 11:55, I gave my information and keys accordingly. After waiting 35+ minutes for them to take my vehicle into the garage, I was told my front-end tire alignment was off and would cost $129 to align it. I recently had the vehicle aligned less than 2 months prior because I had new shocks, struts, and springs installed. I told them I would like to talk to the previous company that did the alignment and did not want the service. After waiting an additional 30+ minutes, I was told to come to the back, where I was shown massive chips out of the inside of my tire due to their improper removal of the tire from the rim. I was then told a completely fabricated LIE, blaming the previous company that worked on my vehicle. Which I called them out on. I was told I didn't need to pay, as I was so disappointed with their service. I get home, and after inspection, I notice they didn't even put the air cap back on after filling my tire with air. Dylan advised over the phone to come on in and they could help me out I was worried being in branson and nothing was open on a Sunday today. I drove 40 minutes to get there and was greeted with a smile and Dylan was waiting as promised took my jeep back immediately found it was a misfire on cylinder 6 for my jeep and went a ahead and I got a full tune up while there. They got me in and out in about 2 hours or so vehicle running smooth. The Tech David was very knowledgeable and professional both Dylan and David made this the reason why Jiffy lube is always my only choice for my needs. The environment was clean and peaceful and organized it felt welcoming I was so at ease i was able to sleep waiting for the repair so I got about an hr and half peaceful power nap. The price was super reasonable another reason why I trust Jiffy lube and there staff they have. Again shout out to Dylan and David ! Gentlemen worthy of praise and should be given a raise or kudos for above and beyond customer service.

Knowing that this shop uses a lot of the same vendors we do I know they are quality oriented and know the difference between Grade A, B, and C parts and not only that, but they know what pieces and parts need to be replaced when making repairs, there is zero guessing,speculating ,only gathering evidence and a effective repair. I really enjoy that getting my oil changed isn't an ordeal I want to put off anymore, its so easy to just pull in and get it taken care of. They send reminder emails with coupons after a few months reminding you how many miles you were at during your last change too, which I'm sure people have mixed feelings on, but I personally really enjoy the reminder since car maintenance is a thing that can slip my mind now and again.
