Just got turned away from this jiffy lube for a simple oil change because they didn't have a filter for my car (02 saturn). Really?!? Isn't that basically all they do at a jiffy lube? Then he tells me to go to O'Reilly's to buy an oil filter myself, bring it back to them and he'll give me a $3 credit. What just happened!?! Should I buy the oil too?!??? I mean since I'm there... He should of just told me to do it myself.... I know that's not procedure and if it is your system is broken.... read more

I appreciated the customer service, the gentleman I spoke with (guy with the Audi, I didn't catch his name) was so sweet and helpful. It was going good until they told me that the previous mechanic who changed the oil last stripped the screw on the oil pan. That's impossible because it was me and I remember I tightened it just enough and no stripping. Clearly they stripped it and did it want to take responsibility for it and just told me to leave. Do not recommend this place at all. read more

I brought my 2017 Nissan Rogue for it's first oil change. I had a Groupon Coupon. The first thing he told me was they wouldn't honor the coupon. Then he tells me the car needs a special oil (1w-20) at a cost of $93.00.Needless to say I blew them off. I went to Nissan of Mission Hills who told me it was BS, and the dealer, THE DEALER, mind you,changed my oil with a 5w-30 blend for $29.99. Jiffy Lube hasn't changed, they still try to rip people off. This location certainly did. And they weren't very pleasant either. read more

Excellent service from the staff all around. Joshua, the manager, keeps everything to the point and doesn't lowball or trick you into any fees like other places do. If there are any issues with any of my cars, it is noted right away and Joshua and his crew will assess it in anyway they can. They have even taken my car in near closing(worked on passed closing hours). They look for my best interest and save my wallet a ton. I've brought multiple cars here and all have been treated great and well maintained by this spot. Will be coming back for sure and also have recommended to many others. read more

I have always taken all our cars to this location, I have never had a problem. Somehow corporate policy is to gouge loyal customers to pay for unnecessary upgrades. It's not the attendant's fault, but they wouldn't put the regular oil, they demanded to put in the very costly synthetic oil.WTH! This is my car! I will decide what service I require. I said no thanks! I'll take my car elsewhere and my business. I went to Rydell and had a coupon for the same price as the charlatans at Rippyyouofflube. Too bad, I liked this place. read more

Payed over $100 for an oil change at Jiffy Lube a couple months ago which was pretty high. The service was good and I was told that I could visit any Jiffy Lube for an oil "top off" if necessary. I have visited 3 othet J. Lubes to have my oil checked and topped off. Each location's service was great. Today, I visited the location in Sylmar on Olive View Ave. I was shocked at the unfriendliness of the 2 employees that interacted with me. 2 different employees approached me to demand my mileage. I told them I have never been asked that at 3 other locations. Matthew decided he was going to set me straight as to their policy on checking/topping off my oil. He said you can only get a courtesy/free oil top off if miles since oil change is under 3000 miles. I told him that it has been over 3000 and this is has never been an issue. I was not aware and every other J. Lube never brought this up. Matthew did not listen or care one bit. Again, he wanted to set me straight on their policy. He knocked the other locations for not following policy. He must of mentioned "policy" 5 times Horrible customer service! Very arrogant demeanor. Will never go back to this location ever!!! read more

Great customer service! They not only changed my oil but checked everything else and topped it off. The other jiffy lube I was going to didn't even have my full address in the computer so I wasn't getting any coupons. But they saw it and gave me 15% off any way. Washed all my windows and checked the tires. Great job guys I will drive alittle further from now on to come back to your store! read more

Bad service. I have a really old car to thousand nine Toyota Corolla and they will not do your regular oil change on my car. They would only do a synthetic change. Do not come to this place. They just want your money and a synthetic oil change is $100 read more

If these guys took as much time putting in decent professional work as they did socializing w one another they would've gotten a better rating. They forgot to hand me my keys when my car was ready. They forgot who had the keys. They forgot to take the paper foot covers out from my drivers side, there were dirty finger prints on my glove compartment and my visor and my car stunk after the service was complete. Also wait time was over an hour when the estimated time was 20-25 mins. read more

I went there recently with a Groupon, they asked if I wanted new wiper blades because mine looked old. I told them I only needed a left wiper blade ( I knew my right was working fine and I'm on a budget, hence the coupon) after I left my right wiper blade, which was fine before i went there, was no longer properly working. I'm pretty sure they broke it because I didn't buy both. Dont go to this place, young punks. read more

Great service here, came during my lunch hour with a coupon I found online for $10 off the regular price, which was around $40, way too pricy for an oil change. Luckily they had a promotion going for a $25 oil change, so I took that deal, which they told me about. The oil change also included topping off my fluids, cleaning my windows and vacuuming my floor mats. The service was great and quick, but not willing to pay the $40, but would definitely come if the $25 promotion is on again. read more
