I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change today. Everyone there was very helpful and professional. Don took very well care of my car and not only told me what I needed to fix, but showed me too. I hate dealing with car maintenance. Mostly because I am not to fond of the guys that I come across because they must smell the cluelessness off of me. I've been to a number of jiffy lubes for a few years now and this was by my far the best experience, if not the only experience, where I actually understood what was being said to me. I was hesitant coming here, Jiffy Lube usually has a reputation for doing shady things but considering that I had not been to this location I thought I would give it a try. I pulled in and immediately was greeted by a tech and he took over my car. I went inside the lobby since it was kind of warm that day and within 15 min my car was ready. I was surprised that my SUV didn't "need additional work". I paid $29.99 for my oil change plus tax. Which you cant beat. I was in & out in 15-20 min. I loved it. Will definitely go back and recommend. This is the first location where I actually felt welcomed and didn't feel like they wanted to pile all these services on me like other Jiffy Lube locations. read more

The oil change was 15 mins, you got yourself a forever customer. I was told the owner is Mr. Najjar and he has the best employees. They are educated, knowledgeable and know cars. This place is horrible! I go in there thinking hey would know what they would be doing but they gave me a hard time right off the bat. They asked me what kind of oil the car runs on. I figured they would already know. They made me sign a receipt go $75 for an oil change and said would give me discount at the end and to not worry about the price. If I had known I would pay $60 for a damn oil change I would've left this place from the get go. I usually go to a guy In Burbank but since I'm in the area I decided why not. I've never been to this jiffy lube ever so I told them that. They don't even ask you if the price is okay. They just try to jip you off the money because they know you're a new customer. I would never go to another jiffy lube ever again. Complete rip off. Better off going to a real mechanic or better yet do it myself for a simple oil change. Edited: my boyfriend got the same oil change the day before and by the receipts we found out that they charged him $10 for labor while they charged me $30 the following day for the exact same service. This is a good place to get an oil change. The people are nice and informative, the place is clean, and the services are competitively priced if you happen upon a service coupon. If you don't have a coupon . . . not so much. They do not try to take advantage of you, but will try to sell you their other services. It's their job, and they don't pressure you too much. If you are fortunate enough to stop by during a slower time, they get you out quickly. However, sometimes the waits can be long, and I have been here twice when they didn't have the filter for my 2005 Kia Spectra. read more

Went here to have a Turner signal changed out cause it went out literally a day after I already changed out my brake light. I came to this location cause it's more convenient for me. The tech changed my light with one of their own parts and they let me go with no charge! I mean, incredible! Cleaned my windshield and Vacuumed the car. Well above and beyond the service I expected. Before I paid for and signed off on the work they should be my old air filter and the new air filter plus the burnt out taillight that they replaced. I used to visit the jiffy lube on laurel canyon , my mom took my car to get maintenance here today and they went above and beyond what We expected . They notified me my spark plugs were burnt out , my transmission fluid cap was missing and my battery is corroding . I definitely won't be going back to any other jiffy lube location . I have been getting my oil changed at this jiffy lube for 10 years and my dad has been coming even longer than that. They always give exceptional service but I went in today and it was even better! They helped me right away without making an appointment, they were extremely polite and professional. I was in and out within 30 mins or so, and they spoke to me with respect and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I definitely recommend coming to this location. So much for helping local businesses. I came here because I thought it will be nice to give the business to them since I live close by. I bought a Group On and showed up first they try to up sell me stuff and when that didn't work they started adding fees to the oil change, they even charged labor as well. All jiffy lube I've ever went to is a stated fee and that included everything and all 14 points check and all fluids in the car. Well they checked everything as ok and it was clearly marked as ok for my brake fluids and after I drive off my warning came on that I was low on brake fluids. I called them and spoke to the technician Kevin and he told me that it was their error and I should go back and they will refill it for me. Showed up after few days and the manager told me they don't check for break fluids at that location. I asked him why would you mark it off as ok if you didn't check it and his answer they just don't check brake fluids. Then I asked again why then would Kevin tell me to come back by admitting that they screw up and Then Manager keep telling me they will not refill my brake fluids and I just have to go get it done somewhere else. Even the technician Kevin told him in front of me that he asked me to come back and they will top it for me but he still insist that they don't do that. I never had this kinda experience from any of the jiffy Lube location. The manager there is loud and so unprofessional. They apparently lied in my face, and did a terrible job and over priced as well. I've always used other Jiffy Lube and I've never paid more than $90 but I paid $114 even with the groupOn voucher. I will never go there again and Will not recommend them as well. read more
