I had taken in my car about 4 days ago for an oil change, everything seemed fine with it until, I started driving it today. Something had went wrong & I had a problem with my car as it was running. I had to pull over & get my towed to the dealership where I had purchased my car. Luckily two men from Jiffey Lube, believe one was named Damien had met me at the dealership to check out my car. I would definitely not go back to Jiffey Lude had these guy not came out all the way to Phoenix and took very good care of me & my car. read more

Took almost an hour and a half to get an oil change. Place is extremely slow and wasn't busy enough to justify that. After leaving, I discovered the cabin filter was laying on the passenger side floor. Not acceptable. read more

Ladies beware of this place. they will take advantage of you. I used to love this jiffy lube location until today when I realized they had a whole new staff + manager. They told me they "topped my oil off" and literally put a drop in there. The reason I know this is because I went to another auto shop after wards to get a second opinion and I was still very low on oil. Mind you, I got a oil change not too long ago, and I was low on oil. they also tried to charge me $450 for something that didn't need fixing. Weak. Don't go here, your better off going to big o's. read more

Good quality products, but hate the upsell. Always spent one to two hundred dollars, but came in for a simple oil change. Advice: change the oil yourself for half the cost. read more

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Absolutely amazing customer service from all the guys. I called around to 3 different automotive shops and was quoted upwards to $100 for labor alone on a headlight replacement. I called this Jiffy Lube as a last resort and I spoke to the manager Viktor and he assured me that he would do it free of charge since I already had the part. When I got there he was super cool and one of the other guys was very observant and noticed I needed a filter changed which substantially dabbed me on gas mileage. These guys are amazing! They don't try to rob you like other shops that see females as easy targets. Way to go jiffy Lube you guys rock! read more

I should have read the reviews before I decided to get my tires rotated here. SO basically I came here to get my tires rotated on my 2001 honda. I asked the manager for a tire rotation, he said it was going to be $20 (wtf?) okay I agree to pay it before my trip to Tucson. At the end of it, he says it's no big deal and we strike up a convo and says it's fine you don't have to pay anything. A few weeks later I finally had the money for brand new tires. Well, in tucson, they said the tire was misthreaded by whoever put the tire on last (jiffy lube). This was going to cost about 300!! Good thing my brother and dad were able to make it a quick fix of their own. no wonder he didn't charge me! I've had not only this problem with Jiffy lube but another one in phoenix. Never again. Learned that lesson twice. read more

I waited in line for 10 minutes (I was the only one in line) and no one greeted me and/or told me they would be with me. This place was a little busy but not overly and I could very clearly see employees just meandering throughout the garage. After I waited for a while with no acknowledgement I went next door to big o tires and got greeted straight away. read more

These guys where great. They could have charged me up to $75 but realized the dealership had changed the oil without me knowing. Went out of their way to air up my tires and do a once over of my car since I was heading out on the road to California. They're a popular location so I recommend going early. If you come an hour or two before closing it's going to suck. So prepare ahead of time and you'll have an amazing experience. read more

I went in today, because my light was telling me it was time for service. I called ahead of time to see if I could use my coupon on my phone without printing it. The person who answered the phone was very helpful. He let me know there was only a 20 minute wait that morning, since there was only 1 car at the moment. I went right in, and Christian helped me. He was courteous and polite, opening my car door and the business door for me. He looked at my sticker, came back in and told me that I wasn't due for an oil change yet. I explained the light issue, and he told me that the quality of my oil I used there last time doesn't require an oil change this soon. I told him that I remembered that, but was concerned by the maintenance light. He explained that Toyotas have those set for certain times or mileage and that he would top off the fluids and reset the light. I was astonished by his honesty and professional attitude! I will definitely be going back to Jiffy Lube for all of my maintenance items they conduct. This location will be my optional location too, due to the wonderful service I received. I came in today to get an oil change and tire rotation. Not only did they strip all of my lock nuts when rotating but the second I pull away my tires started wobbling violently. I go back to have them cross my fronts and because they stripped my BRAND NEW lock nuts they weren't able to switch them. Now I will have to figure out how to remove completely stripped nuts on my own while continuing to drive my wobbling vehicle to and from work. Not to mention the fact that the employees made me feel burdened for bringing it back. I will never bring my car back to any jiffy lube again if this is how they handle business. read more

Bruh.... they literally took an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. I could change my own oil much faster, not to mention there was 1 other car besides mine being worked on. My husband and I were very disappointed after our most recent trip to this location. My husband received a coupon via email for $14 off an oil change. He called yesterday and asked if he had to print it out or of he could just bring in his phone. They told him he could show it on his phone, and then my husband informed them he'd be in the next day to redeem it. They said okay. So fast forward to today (1/24). My husband shows the guy the coupon when he went to pay, and the guy said he wouldn't accept it because they were already running a $10 off deal. Obviously we knew we weren't going to get $14 off the already discounted price, so we just asked him to price it at regular price then give us the $14 off since our coupon was worth more. He didn't budge. We had another coupon for 15% of the other services they did but they still wouldn't take it. So I'm angry for two reasons: 1) our coupons were completely invalid when they shouldn't have been and 2) nobody told my husband that he couldn't use it when he called about it yesterday. Although it was only 4 dollars, it's really the principle. We didn't even get an apology for this inconvenience. Pretty poor customer service on their behalf. These guys have officially lost two regular customers over this. I hope the 4 bucks was worth it, Jiffy Lube! read more

this place (and i am now assuming all other jiffy lube in general) is terrible! I am on my way back to throw a complete fit as this is the second time they have f'ed up my car. apparently the workers were more concerned with paying attention to complimenting me and my tattoos rather than paying attention to the car itself. my car has had no mechanical problems with it since i've taken ownership in 2009. last time i went to jiffy lube they ended up not putting any coolant back in the car and it ran hot and blew a gasket.. ($300 repair). Shame on myself for not saying anything then and thinking it wasn't their fault. went back again and my car is running warm, coolant is burning enough that it starting smoking under the hood. I had my fiance take it for a trip around the block so he could see what i had to deal with and when he came back from his trip, the car wouldn't turn over at all. after it cooled down we got it to start so the motor isn't completely blown but FFS this is ridiculous. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. i speak from first hand experience TWICE. you will regret it and end up paying $400 for an oil job after all your motor problems are repaired once they start to go haywire after you leave this place. if i could give ZERO stars i would. read more

Went here yesterday to get an oil change.. pulled up and was greeted right away. Was told to leave keys in the car hang out in the lobby while the car was worked on. I was later asked to the front counter by the front desk guy who was actually really chill and professional at the same time.. nice dude!! I presented a $15 coupon I found in their website for a signature series oil change which he honored no problem. I waited approximately 35-45 minutes for the change. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need however, I was a bit thrown off when I was informed the price of a synthetic blend oil change would be $86.. had it not been for my coupon bringing me down into the 60's, I would have had a bad taste in my mouth. Taking my fiancé's vehicle to get a change today however, I'll be checking out lightning lube!! New to the area; east coaster here..service is similar to past jiffy lube experiences. read more

I just got home from taking my car into this Jiffy Lube. My car was making noises on the freeway from underneath and I noticed that there was some grey, plastic plug looking thing sitting on my dash board that fell onto the floor of my passenger side. When I pulled into my driveway I immediately popped my hood and called them. They told me that the grey plug probably went in my glove compartment (why they had to go in there, I do not know- I have been to Jiffy Lube before and I am in their system so there was NO reason to be inside my glove compartment) and even so, the technician that worked on my car knew exactly where it went so I have no idea why he didn't bother to put it back. Not only all of this, but it was overpriced for bad service. I will never be going back there and realistically will not go back to another Jiffy Lube because of this experience. read more

Dumbest place I have ever been to. First they have my car under someone else name, the guy could not spell correctly even though he was reading the drop sheet that i wrote everything on. Asked if I wanted receipt email to me said no he had it wrong. No reminder tag on the win-shield, was not vacuum. I feel like they stole my money. Going somewhere else to make sure that they changed the oil. I would prefer to take my 2014 rav 4 to mexico to look at before I bring it back to this place and I work across the street from there. Will make sure that people and my customers are aware of how bad it is to take one's car to this place. I would given no star but the site does not allow a review unless I pick on. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! These guys are crooks and scam artists. After inspecting my car and telling me I hard a broken radiator cap, cracked ac belt, and brake fluid that needs to be flushed and everything else looked good, they changed their tune when I said only change the oil. All the sudden I see them jumping my car and what appears to be them switching out my battery. They took my perfectly good battery and swapped it for a dead Walmart battery. They denied switching the battery but after confirming with Pep Boys that it was not the battery we bought, the did switch switch the battery!!! Worst experience ever. . Also my ac belt and brake lines and been done last year and were perfectly fine. These are horrible people and I hope no one else ever has to experience this kind of service again. read more

Have waited for over 50 minutes for an oil change. Finally get called into the bay and am told that the service for oil is $81. Not only is this a rip off, but the pricing wasn't mentioned until the car was completely drained. This leaves me in the position of being unable to take the car, and am stuck with their absurd pricing. Will not be returning. read more

Very knowledgeable employees. Went over all services with me and explained what I needed and didn't need. Wasn't pressured to buy which was nice and any questions I had were answered completely. Will be coming back again and bringing the rest of my cars too! read more
