Find them off of Ina Road, not too far from I-10. They're tucked into a hodge podge of small businesses. In business for 25 years in Arizona and take care of all makes & models of cars. I took my Infiniti QX80 to Integrity Automotive & Diesel expecting an honest, evidence-based…read morediagnosis. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop.

They recently replaced the throttle body and the battery within the last year. Well recently the truck has been going into limp mode while driving, so we took the truck back to Jack Furrier to figure out the problem. After several days, they said the problem appeared to be the battery and replaced it again. But we picked the truck up and the next day during a very short drive, the truck went back into limp mode again. So we drop the truck back off at Jack Furrier for further service. After the truck was there for another week, they finally tell us they can't get the truck to go into limp mode on test drives, which makes no sense since it was going into limp mode on only short drives for us. So they tell us they can't figure it out/fix it and we will need to pick the truck up and take it to the dealer for them to fix. When we pick up the truck, it literally goes into limp mode right there in the Jack Furrier parking lot. We run in to tell them so they can diagnose it, but their mechanic is not there of course, so we take the truck to the dealer as instructed. Well, the dealer mechanic tells us it is the throttle body that Jack Furrier recently replaced that was causing the issue after all, and the part Jack Furrier had used was aftermarket and no good. The dealer replaced it with the proper part, and the limp mode issue was resolved. So I'm pretty sure Jack Furrier knew the issue was the faulty throttle body the whole time but didn't want to fess up to it and take a loss, and they lied about not being able to get the truck into limp mode and/or lied about even taking it on test drives at all since they already knew the real issue. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location and do not recommend their services to anyone.

They are my go to place for all or my oil changes and scheduled maintenance checks. The staff is super friendly! Always upbeat and all smiles! You can call them or book online for services. They are super accommodating with your schedule. If you choose to drop off your car, they have a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready. I normally schedule to wait and get my oil changed. They're quick and efficient and get you going fast so I never mind the wait. They will also rotate your tires for you, if you want, with your oil change. And there's also been times where they'll do a quick maintenance check with my oil change when I tell them I'm going on a long distance trip! They honestly treat you like family. (I noted my car was sitting where I could see it almost the whole time I was waiting...) Yep all checked, and good to go -I was told. I asked Josh what I owed....nothing. Also no paperwork to show what had been done. I trust the car professionals to do the right thing. My battery died in Mexico, and when the lovely people at Autozone in Guayamas popped the cover off my battery, the enclosed pictures are what I saw. I was FURIOUS. On what planet is THAT BATTERY in acceptable condition. I get back from Mexico and go to Firestone to ask WTF. Josh was there and I showed him the photos, and watched him tap dance around their procedures. I said " My concern...Josh...is either some one did not check the battery at all, and I was lied to, or there is a service person who is quite inept at his or her job. This was not a mistake........this was a decision" Josh finally acknowledged the battery was not in good working order....and....offered me .....a free oil change my next visit. A free oil change. There will be no next visit. My relationship with Firestone has gone bad....just like the battery they said was good to go.

Video of Aastro's tow truck driver loading my truck on their tow truck captures unsecured towing chains dangling precisely where the new front-end damage is located. Impact evidence: Video shows the vehicle impacting the gantry frame, visibly shifting the tow truck chassis Discovered damage: My insurance retrieved my truck on 5-14 at 9:50 am. My insurance tow driver noted severe front-end dents/paint damage; I found missing coil pack bolts on my engine. 2. Multiple return trips required due to faulty aftermarket oil cooler installation. Condenser failure: Paid $500 for a sudden A/C leak despite it working perfectly pre-service. It is impossible for an air conditioner to function with a condenser leak. The condenser sits exactly where mechanics installed the front-end aftermarket oil cooler. 3. Salesmen Manny and Patrick, alongside Manager Ray Collins, refuse to address damages. I emailed owner Ryan Brown on 7/9 requesting insurance information and I never received a response. I spoke with Ryan Brown on 7-21; I mentioned to Ryan that I emailed him with no response back. Ryan explained he " don't get involved with these issues and referred me to Manager Ray Colins. Manager Ray Collins made local news for his arrest in 2017. This was due to insurance fraud and identity theft while he managed a Midas car care in Tucson.
