Very disappointed. I am new to the area and needed an oil change. I sat in my car while the service was done. All the "Service Checklist" items were checked off as 'completed'. I was IN my car watching them. Most of these items were not even looked at. How do I know they even put on a new oil filter if they lie about simple things like checking air filter, cabin filter, checking my lights, testing the battery, checking the tire pressure, or cleaning the windshield. None of these things were done. I've contacted Jiffy Lube corporate and they said they passed on the information to the local franchisee (twice) but I've not heard from them. Jiffy Lube has for a while subscribed to the school of "Sure, we're expensive but look at everything we offer." A checking and topping off of fluids is not worth it when you can do that all yourself with a little knowledge. Asked for a basic oil change and filter, with a cabin filter check. They charge you extra for anything over 5 quarts of oil, my car takes 5 and a half so of course I got charged. At the completion of the service I was never advised of the status of the cabin filter and although I was advised of the cost beforehand, $95 for basic oil with the change and filter, with a windshield cleaning I did NOT get, is absolutely ridiculous compared to other garages or facilities that could do it MUCH cheaper. read more

I came in for a quick oil change with my toddler asleep in the backseat, fully expecting the usual noise and commotion that comes with any car service. Instead, the team (Angel and James) absolutely blew me away--they whispered to each other while working so they wouldn't wake my son. It made my day for them to be so considerate. On top of being thoughtful, they had me in and out quickly, and I left with both a safe car and a still-sleeping toddler (a miracle in itself). Worst service we've had so far, and this was my favorite location to visit :( what should've been a 15min oil change took almost 2 hours! Got there just after they opened at 8, was the 3rd car in line (mind you they had 2 bays running), and didn't leave until a quarter to 10! Covid visit, so I just pulled up in early evening after work for an oil change. Remained in car until it was time to get a visit at the car door for the service person and after a short wait I drove onto the ramp over the pit for the oil change. I watched the vehicle before me get their oil change and when they were guided off to leave, staff did not notice that the car drove over a water hose until the handle came off and sprayed. They got it under control and fixed it quickly before it was my turn. I used a coupon, as there are cheaper places to go, but I need full synthetic. I called ahead with my model just to make sure they had the filter. No issues. and it took about 30 minutes total from arrival as they only had one bay open and one car in front of me. I took a pick of the full prices, but I would check their website for a coupon or at groupon for better deals. read more

Arrived at 7:30 AM for an oil change. There were two vehicles in front of me, but they have a big sign up that reads "15 min oil changes for most vehicles", so I figured it would not take long. 45 min later, one vehicle is complete and the next pulls in. 15 min later, the only work I've seen is a guy that cleaned the windshields of 2 cars. I had a pretty clear view of the service area under the cars and nothing was happening. If I owned this business I would wonder why they were not doing many oil changes on a Saturday. I waited another 15 min and still saw no work being done, so I left because at this pace, I would have been there all morning. My last oil change there was smooth and quick. I've already made an appointment for an oil change at Brake Max for next Saturday. read more

Left California this morning within an hour, my oil check light was on. Drove all the way to this Jiffy Lube and arrived at 4:30 PM. 30 minutes before they close. Not only did they inspect my car, they discovered that I actually didn't need an oil change and it was likely just my oil check light had not been reset. They topped off my oil for free, and no charge for the inspection. It's great when you find places that you have not reviewed and it just happens to be a great experience. After a tremendous hassle they are replacing the key but offering no other discount (aside from one free oil change, which I do not want since I do not trust that they will even do that properly). Despite blowing fuses, leaving the radiator cap off, trying to sell me a battery I didn't need, and breaking my key, they felt it was a fair solution to fix my key and charge me the same amount. I realize mistakes can happen but having 4 issues with the same repair goes way beyond "things happen". They are inattentive and I would strongly recommend against taking your car there for anything. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been to this location a number of times and have had my oil changed. Twice now, they state they don't carry my particular oil filter. It's pretty bizarre I have been there and the service is hit and miss.....one time they will have my particular filter and another time they don't. If they don't carry it all the time (which is what the tech alluded to today), then why have I had my car serviced there on other occasions?? It seems like they just don't want to work some days and others they do. No worries, I won't be returning ever again in favor of the Oil Stop right up the street. read more

Had a great experience today at Jiffy Lube! Upon arriving I was told it'd likely take an hour which I was okay with. Most places couldn't get me in until the following week that took appointments. I was happy when I saw my car pulled in after about 20 minutes. Shortly thereafter, "Nick" came out to let me know how much the oil change would be and even applied a $15 coupon for me without me having to go looking for one online. About fifteen minutes later, "Adrienne" let me know they were just finishing up but wanted to offer me a coolant top off as mine was relatively low - only $5.99! I was incredibly appreciative no one tried to sell me anything I didn't need and they were quick and efficient. Everyone was also incredibly friendly! I'll definitely be back! read more

Where do I start...just wanted a simple oil change and I ended up with a mess. Apparently the mechanic didn't put the cap back on correctly therefore causing the O ring to break. By the time I made it home my heat sensor came on and oil was spraying everywhere. I called them and the manager tried to make it right but the driveway of our new home has oil all over it. We had to go spray out my engine compartment but it still stinks when I drive it. I guess I'll have to take it to the car wash again. Can't speak for the service, but the customer service is amazing! We brought my friend's new car in for an oil change and Jerry really impressed me. My friend didn't tell me she only had 3k miles on her new car which takes synthetic oil. Jerry told us we didn't need the oil change just yet and to come.back in 2-3k more miles. I have to get my oil changed and they take care of it quickly. They usually based on mileage mention recommended services, like air filter changes, transmission fluid changes or now even tires. I like that it's easy to get this taken care of in 30 minutes, even when I add extra services. They have a waiting room, with water and coffee and the staff are pleasant. read more

On the day of service staff seemed nice and very informative. The manager even stated how CLEAN the underside of the truck was. The next morning I get up and I have an OIL LEAK!! Prior to me having my oil changed I didn't have an oil leak in my truck, my driveway had ZERO oil marks. Since the service it leaves a puddle wherever I park it. I took it back the very next day and they told me there was nothing they could do. This is a brand new engine with only 1,000 miles on it and suddenly after my oil change I have a leak....ridiculous!!! I contacted a shop and they said depending on where the leak is from it could be $200 to $500 dollars. Never been to a jiffy lube before and now I'll never go again, while the staff was friendly, he convinced me to get one the highest priced oil changes there was because it was better, but my car has never leaked oil from below my car before, EVER. A couple days after my oil change, BOOM, oil dripping all over my driveway from below my car, and mind you they never gave me a piece of paper stating anything was previously leaking and I needed to get it fixed, nor did they verbally tell me when they finished my oil change. So I called them told them the problem and went back to have it looked at, the guy comes out & tells me oh we made a note that you had a transmission leak....really well where was that paper the first time?? How do I even know they didn't type that up right then & there?! So they did nothing to help me, told me I needed to go have it checked out somewhere else. Thanks for all the help jiffy lube!
