My wife and I have been huge fans of Jiffy Lube for many years. We've never felt pressured in paying for something that was not in our budget. The customer service has always been above average even on hectic Saturday afternoons. The best thing of all is the price always makes me want to brag to everyone what a deal I received. When we heard news that our favorite employee Richard Jahl had transferred to a different location, we both drove the extra miles just for his top notch customer service. His honesty and natural friendly nature is one of those hidden gems of dealing with people who don't really have the time or knowhow to get dirty and change the oil themselves. The rest of the staff was just as professional. The waiting room is rather small, but there is a bench out front where you can watch the cars race past you on busy Oracle Road. Exceptional service. We were there to move my daughter from Tucson to Phoenix. While at the U-Haul store, her check engine lights all went off, and we quickly discovered her antifreeze was completely empty. When we refilled it, it quickly leaked. We stopped at one Jiffy Lube location, and he determined a severe leak and sent us on to a location with a certified mechanic which is why we ended up at 3260 N. Oracle location. The gentleman from the previous store had called ahead and given him his information. The mechanic quickly assessed the problem was more than anticipated, and the part needed was going to be very difficult to find. He was able to find it and get it replaced and get us on the road without too much of a delay. We were extremely grateful for the caring and dedicated service. read more

I cannot stress this enough: if you live in Tucson and you frequent any other Jiffy Lube, you are making a huge mistake. How often do you remember the names of the guys who change your oil? I never have, but I remember John, Anthony, and Zane from this Jiffy Lube when I went in last week. I'm a college student living 2,000 miles from my parents, and I don't know a whole lot about car maintenance, so it can be pretty daunting going in for something even as simple as an oil change, but I did not feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable at ALL here. I could write a novel about how wonderful these guys are, but to conclude: the staff is beyond incredibly kind and accommodating, and if you have a child attending the U of A, THIS is where you tell them to go for auto care. read more

AMAZING!!! I recently got played by another mechanic chain, who didn't fix my problem but charged me tons to do it. After explaining to the owner at Jiffy Lube about my experience with his competitor, he has gone out of his way to provide me with excellent service! Because the parts and actual problem were so extensive, he has gone out of his way to send a mechanic to me when I broke down; he picked up my car from my workplace; and, has been holding it for some time now. He's understandable, trustworthy, and I will NEVER go to another place to get my work done on my car...AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Easy to talk with about what my car needed for now and the future. Julio gets 10 stars for his vacuuming skills! I not only got excellent customer service, I witnessed others in the store get that quality as well. I choose to come to this location on hearing good things about it. I have been to the Jiffy Lube on Valencia and the other Jiffy Lube on Oracle. This Jiffy Lube #860 on 3260 Oracle is by far the best one. Right off the bat they greeted me and wrote down on a checklist what service was going to be done. After each fluid was checked, they checked it off list which the other service centers do not do. Richard the manager, J.P. and John were professional and were thorough in there work. Very happy I tried this location and I will return when my other vehicles are due for service. I received more than I came for at this Jiffy Lube today. I pulled in for a power steering fluid exchange, noticing last night my fluid was bad. Jiffy Lube changed fluid in a good amount of time and at a competitive price. Prior to coming today my hood was not working properly and wouldn't open by the latch. The Manager took the extra time and effort to adjust the stoppers under the hood, and for the first time in 3 years, my hood popped on its own! Thank you Frank! read more

Stopped by for an oil change on a road trip. Zero wait on a Sunday afternoon, and fantastic service. Frank was wonderful - super nice, explained everything thoroughly, and seemed to really care about providing great customer service. Didn't feel pressured into getting anything done I didn't need. $3 donation to help kids with muscular dystrophy gets you a coupon book with three coupons for $7 off your oil change, amongst other things. I had a barricade sign that was lodged underneath my car from the flooded streets, and i could not get it out so me and my dad went to our local jiffy lube store #860 on oracle and ft lowell and these two amazing mechanics matt and jason some how figured out how to get this barricade from underneath my car, they were amazing and very helpful and went out of their way to help us and i want to thank them for the amazing job that they did thanks matt and jason. read more

This is the shop that I always go to whenever anything goes wrong with my car (which is often). They are super nice and friendly, and I never feel pressured to make repairs or buy anything extra. They are not pushy with recommendations- I've never felt pressured to make a purchase of anything at this shop. I've been to several Jiffy Lube in town and they all had great service,but recently visited Jiffy lube on Navajo and Oracle and I must say there attention to detail was outstanding.
