I went to this Jiffy Lube Today. Store #2443. I went into get an oil change done, I am very anxious when it come to these things. I have been to A multitude of places to get my car serviced for various reasons and every time I leave these places I feel unsatisfied with everything, bad customer service, unprofessional behavior, And pushy sales people trying to terrify me into buying more More MORE! So I decided on this Jiffy Lube hoping that I would have a better experience, and I FINALLY DID! Pulled up, Frank was the person that greeted me first. Very Professional and Courteous beyond belief. Opened the door for me and my wife, told us to make our self at home, showed us coffee and water if we wanted it while we waited. AMAZING customer service. Did not take to long for our car to be next. There was 2 cars in front of us and the staff was to ours in a matter of minutes. Frank once again helped me in picking the oil for my car and suggested that it was recommended by Nissan that I get a transmission fluid change. Knowing that I hadn't done it EVER because of all the pushy people, I decided to go for it this time knowing that I rather pay for this now then pay for a transmission later. The Price.. oh yes the price... that number we all hate to hear.. was...... REASONABLE! Good price for a change, Plus extra money back on going to a synthetic oil. The whole time Frank was patient and answered any questions I had and not once did he try to guilt me or terrify me into buying something, That right there is the reason why I let them go ahead and do it. Thinking It was going to take forever for them to do this I patiently waited watching them work outside the buildings window, which you can see them do anything to the car, which is very nice for me. They worked quickly and efficiently, checking everything on my car while airing up the tires, vacuuming the floorboards, throwing away any trash on the floorboards, cleaned the windows, filled up the wiper fluid, and made sure not to get anything on the car or in the car dirty, by putting protection on the steering wheel the floorboard and even the sides of the car! They even kept their OWN work spaces clean and organized! The radiator apparently was low and Frank topped it off! I asked him for suggestions on a good place to get any extra work done that I would need, that Jiffy didn't do. He gave suggestions and even gave the locations and numbers, going out of his way for his customers! They got through with everything in record time! Frank told me all that had been done, everything that was checked out and everything that was recommended. Held the door open for us again when we left, I have a problem getting my hood down on my car because of it being bent from a car accident and Frank even helped me with that! All in all it was the best car service, and best customer service I have ever experienced. I drove away feeling satisfied and at ease with everything done to my car. So my regular oil change place as always is going to take an hour and a half. they do a great job and my truck always runs super great when I leave there. I just didn't have the time today and really needed an oil change. Jiffy Lube of course! My service is usually good there, maybe even great, but my truck always runs like crap when I leave. Sure its annoying because you know they are going to try and sell you something, but they'll show you and its quite possible that you know it needs to be done anyway. Today went exactly like that haha! The difference is that my truck left purring like a kitten. It ended up costing me 125.00 because I ended up needing a radiator flush, and yes it really needed it. They had to flush it 3 times before it was clean enough for the girl Frankie who was working there. Hopefully this comment will inspire that crew to help everyone in the same way and they can get a solid 5 stars for their location. I now feel more confident to go back for my next oil change. I've used Jiffy Lube fairly consistently, primarily the East Broadway location. The service has been up and down, but generally a good experience. I went to this location on 22nd late today (Sunday) and they were all caught up, so I didn't have to wait to get the oil changed. When I pulled up, I said I just want the oil change and don't mess with the other stuff, since I do it myself. They did just as I asked and got the oil changed, without the frills. I had just installed new plugs and boots on my Explorer this morning, so I asked how long to change the fuel filter, since it's been 70k since it was changed last. The tech told me 30-45 minutes for my truck and I could use an $18 coupon, which sounded great. This fuel filter is a dirty dog to change and they had it done in less than 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier with their service. Jerry, the general manager, made sure I was very well taken care of. He even complimented me when I told him I usually do my oil changes myself but got lazy this time around. There was initially a thirty minute wait to get my oil change completed but he took care of me and got it done within only a few minutes! My oil change was finished within fifteen minutes and my vehicle inspection took no time at all. The reason why I'm giving this review four stars and not five is the Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change states your vehicle will receive interior floor vacuuming and the exterior windows will be cleaned. I know it's not the biggest deal but I like receiving services that I'm supposedly paying for and my vehicle was not cleaned. Regardless, all the staff were extremely friendly and if I didn't normally do my own oil changes, I'd come back to this Jiffy Lube in a heart beat! Keep up the good work all. read more

Going on a Saturday morning I was prepared to stay awhile but I only got through one article in my magazine. Stephen went step by step the service's I would receive and the ones to consider. He helped me stay on my budget. I was very pleased. In addition I would like to recommend this location to Family and Friends of Tucson's Spectrum Community . We all know the struggles of helping our loved ones with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome as they take on daily errands. My Son who lives with Asperger's was the first to take his car into this location as I waited at home praying he would use his tools and be treated with kindness. He will also be going back. They were very professional, polite, had a good attitude, and generally had a great sense of energy needed for the atmosphere, of their working place. This jiffy lube location on 22nd just east of craycroft has exceptional service. I pulled up and was promptly greeted and escorted to the lobby out of the heat and offered complimentary refreshments. A short time later I had the pleasure of meeting an employee named Jordan. Right off the bat he shook my hand introduced himself was very polite and knowledgeable of the services they offered and that my car needed. I really appreciated how jordan was so honest letting me know which services my accord needed now, and which ones could wait a little while. I stopped in to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, it was way overdue. I have been to several different locations around Tucson, this was my first at this location. Tasha was not just super friendly but really took great care of me and my vehicle. We had lots of smiles and laughs. The time it took was so fast I just couldn't believe it. I saw a guy come in with a book and he never opened it. I can honestly say that I will be back to see Tasha and the crew at this location and on time next time! After having a terrible experience at an auto store & service center that claimed I needed new tires when I have new tires I wanted a change and went for an oil change to this Jiffy Lube location for the first time. As I drove up it was actually the general manager Tasha who took care of me. Tasha and Jordan the tech did an incredible job. Service was fast and precise from them both and I was given a coupon for my next visit. And my car was even vacuumed for free. I will definitely be bringing my car and my husbands car back to this Jiffy Lube location in the future. What a nice change. read more

I had a good experience at this Jiffy Lube location. My oil change took about 10 minutes. Joey let me know all of the manufacturer recommendations for my vehicle and the other options that were available to me. He presented me with all of their options and I didn't feel pressured to go for any of the more expensive options. I did, however, get a $80 Premium oil change because Penzoil offered a $20 rebate and it ended up being $30/3000 miles with the added bonus of free topoffs inbetween visits (for 6000 miles). It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and that makes it worth it. read more

First class crew. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. I came in for a fuel system cleaning and a fuel filter replacement on my 2005 Colorado. The service was top notch. The manager and assistant manager kept me informed of how the work was proceeding and made sure I was comfortable. Coffee tasted great, waiting room and bathroom was clean. I highly recommend this location for your standard auto maintenance. They only recommend what you need and don't try to oversell you on what you don't need. I'll be visiting their store again. I have been to many Jiffy Lubes (been going for years) This location has been the best by far! Everyone that I have spoken to here was super friendly. I had my grandson with me and they had books which kept him entertained (that was great!) Keith made sure we were comfortable and checked on us while the car was being worked on. Great customer service!! Jerry the general manager was not only professional and friendly with me but with every other patron as well. He was kind enough to let me know what the factory recommendations on my Nissan were, but did not pressure me into any extra services. I just wanted my old changed, and that is exactly what they did. As a female consumer who has been to other service stations, even Nissan, to have her old changed, I know how easy a $40 oil change can turn into a $150 service. This is one of the best experiences I've recently encountered, we were greeted by the crew and Jerry the General Manager. I have a 2003 F-250 that is starting to show it's age, I've accepted the fact that it is using a quart of oil about every thousand miles. Then the drips stated appearing on my drive that hurt. All I had to do was mention it to Jerry and they located the drip and repaired it. They also did the oil change and had us back on the road the fastest I've ever experienced.
