I went in today and got very lucky. I immediately pulled into an empty stall, and three cars pulled up behind me. So right away, I was in a good mood. I got greeted by Joshua and explained that I needed an oil change, and my battery checked. Joshua and Leo looked at my Nissan Armada, and Joshua came back inside and explained what I needed (a new battery) and what he recommended. He also recommended a few things that I will need in about 10,000 miles. About 30 minutes later, they finished the service, and the battery swapped out. Because of the military discount that Jiffy Lube offers, I saved $50 off my total. Between that and Joshua's knowledge and professionalism, I will make this Jiffy Lube my go-to shop from now on. read more

I found out today that most Jiffy Lubes no longer carry grease so they don't grease the lube fittings. Don't take any vehicle with grease fittings to Jiffy Lube. Very disappointed. Okay Bumped Jiffy Lube up a star. They did respond to my Yelp! review and offered to discuss my issues. I didn't have time, but then Tosha from the Jiffy Lube store called a few days later and explained the issues. On the Groupon, it is supposed to be for the oil change (up to 5 qts) and a RainX treatment, SO I was NOT charged for the RainX but that it was listed as part of the services that I received on the Groupon credit ($71). Tosha also noted that the Groupons are not valid until 24 hours from purchase, but that they accepted my same day purchase -So thanks for that. On the Differential Service, She admitted I was over charged for the differential fluid because it was included as part of the service (up to 7 qts) and that she would send a request to corporate office to refund the aprox $26 that I was charged above the cost of the service. Tosha also explained and reiterated her commitment to the military, including veterans, and that any veteran government ID was valid for a discount. She stated that Jiffy Lube policy was not to stack discounts, so that my military discount was denied, and should have been explained, because only the Groupon OR the military discount could be applied. She also noted they also made Free oil change coupon donations to the Military. -So thanks for that too. I can't go to 4 stars because I'm not a 'fan.' But If an opportunity arises to give a second chance then I would be willing to give it a second shot. To be clear, my prior Two Stars was "Meh, I've Experienced Better" and Three Stars is "A-OK" so at this point they are worth giving a shot as they have several Five Star ratings and they did make extra efforts to resolve my issues, that I was going to let go as a learning lesson. DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE My wife took her 4Runner in for an oil change, the next day we found an oil puddle under the car. Turns out they cross-threaded the oil plug, damaging the oil pan, requiring it to be replaced ($350). They would not take responsibility for the damage and we had to pay for their mistake ourselves. Had they taken responsibility, we would have written a 5 star review about impressive honesty. We have been regular Jiffy Lube customers for almost 20 years, but will now never go back. read more

Next day, Nissan oil change and maintenance performed anticipating Jiffy Lube honoring their $20 off, but ended up paying full price for 2 extra quarts of oil. The Tahoe was complaining that it needed an oil change. Jiffy Lube has always been a good place to go. Patrick took us right in and started working on the beast. When he came in to give me a run down of what needed to be done, I was surprised because I thought the air filter would need to be changed, but he showed it to me and said not this time. He didn't try to over sell anything and agreed to what I wanted done, like using a synthetic oil blend rather than straight synthetic oil. This kind of service is why I continually take my Tahoe to this Jiffy Lube. They do a great job quickly and honestly. read more

I went there for a basic 5W-30 oil change. They instead told me that they did not have that on hand and that they only had a full synthetic which would have been over $90. I have low mileage on my car first she tried to give me high mileage. I called the other location on Oracle and Roger and they informed me that they have had this reported to them numerous times that this location has tried to rip off customers. I do not recommend going to this location. Also informed me to make this review on Yelp to help other customers prevent them from being taken advantage from this location. read more

So I stopped by this particular jiffy lube and Frankie took care of my oil change in less than 15 minutes. I thought she was just calling me up to the service desk to pay, but she handed me my keys and said, "you're all finished!" I almost didn't want to write this because I feel like this location is Tucson's best kept secret for a fast oil change, but Frankie and her team deserve the credit! This Jiffy Lube is excellent! Probably the smallest I've seen, since it only has two bays but the employees were fast and efficient so I only ended up spending 20 minutes here. Jesse and Leo helped me once I pulled at and spent time making sure all of my questions were answered and educating me on what my best options were to service my car. I'm giving two stars because they gave me an oil change and filled my tires with air. They did not however do a good job cleaning my car. Normally I wouldnt be annoyed because it's my junk so whatever but after I finished paying I walked outside to get into my car and there was a dirty pitbull standing inside of it. He made a total mess and left black paw prints all over my white interior. After giving a weak sorry the woman working lightly brushed off a paw print or two. I left with an a car dirtier than I started with and played $50 for it. Wont return. read more

First let me start off by saying I change my own oil. But I wanted to get my oil changed very quickly and without waiting. Plus I really didn't want to do it myself this time. Also, let me say that I feel Jiffy Lube in general is overpriced for oil changes. But if you use a coupon you will knock off up to $15 on your oil change. I went into get the oil change and thought that I would get an engine flush as well, because my engine has over 200,000 miles on it. After getting the Engine flush my vehicle was very jittery and was told that this was natural seeing that I had never had an engine flush before. They told me that all of the carbon and whatever buildup was removed. Well after a couple of days the jitteriness had not stopped, but had only subsided a little bit. Here's why they get my five stars. The manager was very polite and so was the staff for the next couple of days that I checked in with them. I really appreciate that. When I brought my vehicle in for them to look at because the jitteriness was only at an annoying level when I first started the vehicle and when I would go at low speeds like through across walk area. The technician there named Tosha (i'm not sure if I spelled that correctly) was very helpful and did feel what I felt. It felt good to have someone agree with you and concerned about the same issues. Normally add a mechanic place or some car place like that they play it off or make you feel sort of dumb. She and the rest of the staff quickly drained my oil and replace the filter for free. My truck is running so smooth again that it must've been all the extra build up from over the years. I highly recommend this place. Just remember to bring a competitors coupons that you get $15 off. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and will definitely bring my business and my jobs business to them from now on. Lastly, they are very military friendly and gave me a discount. read more

What a wonderful experience I had today at Jiffy Lube I needed my car's oil changed and the fluids topped off I also got my coolant fixed they were polite explained everything and I was very satisfied with the customer service as well as the clear explanation about the coolant and how I needed it flashed but it could wait I opted to have it done because I felt that they didn't push it on me they explained that it was going to need to be done rather than insisting you know a single woman alone I feel in many cases they in auto repairs try to push expensive repairs or products this was not the case thank you Jiffy Lube I will go back to you read more

Had my oil changed, transmission flush, engine flush, and radiator flush done to my car last week. It took about 2 hours to get done and the manager Gerry was great. He hooked me up with a great deal and we had no issues with the car. Now today my husband found out our check engine light came on and went to Jiffy Lube by our house to find out what's wrong. They couldn't so they said go try the one on Broadway and Pantano as they should know more and their more experienced. They then tried to find out and couldn't find out so they said we can't run the codes to your engine but if you go to Meineke they can run the codes and help you diagnose it. The Meineke rep then told us there's an issue with our transmission and asked if any work was done on it. We told him we got s flush he checked it out and said the people at Jiffy Lube didn't perform the procedure right and wasn't supposed to totally flush every little bit out especially since the car only has 130,000 miles. He told us to contact corporate for their company to fix his transmission and give us a free rental car until the transmission is fixed for free. That situation should not have happened and he said if it's not fixed and we keep driving it could get clogged and were out a car in which we just fully paid off. Such a disappointment. My husband is currently trying to call corporate and get this situation handled. Other than that I would say they did have great customer service and were very polite. But ruining a car is a big no, no :( read more

Talk about great service. I hate getting the oil changed because as a woman there's always this feeling like your getting "played". Yes, I don't know much about getting my oil changed but I don't think people should take advantage of it. Well this wasn't the case at this location. This place has a fantastic employee named Juanita. She is ON her customer service. I only pulled in here because I was driving past, needed an oil change in my mom's car, saw one of the two bays was empty and saw a sign that said "we honor competitors coupons". Around the block I went and pulled in. Before I could put the car in park, Juanita was at the window. She got us into the system and escorted us into the small waiting room and offered coffee. She was then off to help another client. A few moments later, she came in and sat next to me. She had a filthy air filter. She inquired if I wanted to replace it and advised of the cost. We discussed it and I authorized her to have it changed. Within 15 minutes - maximum - of pulling into the drive, we were checking out. They honored the competition coupon. I did notice their base oil change is $41.99, which seems very pricy when so many other places offer $19.99. That being said, I normally wait at least an hour for my oil change when I go to the $19.99 place. I'm normally changed a shop fee and other misc fees like a disposal fee and my bill is almost $30.00 (right, for a $19. 99 coupon). If this place is $41.99 out the door with no extra fees it would be more worth it for me to come here, rather than have to deal with my kid in a waiting room for an hour when she's bored to death. I've never had to wait, and even though I always get my tires rotated and maybe a fluid flush, it's never been longer than 40 minutes start to finish. They give you as many good deals as they can and are always as polite and professional as possible.
