I've been here a couple times and haven't had an issue. The AC in the waiting room is fine, and they have some new cushy leather chairs in there. People were nice and gave discounts on just about everything they did to the car. They showed me prices before doing any work, so no surprises when I had to pay. Also the guy at the counter made some pretty great corny jokes when I was checking out. I know oil changes aren't real thrilling, but nothing to complain about here! read more

I have been taking all my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for years. I currently have for vehicles in our family, I have always taken them to Jiffy Lube, and today that has all ended thanks to Seth m. The acting manager on duty at this location. When I pulled up I specifically asked for all the floors to be vacuumed thoroughly and the garbage to be removed, as it states they will further signature service. And also States the clean exterior windows, it doesn't say how many, it says they will clean them. The oil change took longer than expected about 35 minutes, I then asked Seth when I pulled away is everything done as I requested, he assured me everything was and on my way I went. I pulled around the block only to find that my windshield or exterior windows were not washed, and none of my floors were vacuumed nor was any of the garbage removed. I was not happy, I went back pulled up, Seth came over to the car and I was irritated and said you didn't do any of the stuff you said you were going to do my windshield solvent isn't topped off, the carpets aren't vacuumed, the exterior windows are not washed. He didn't ask me to pop the hood show me that he did indeed top off the windshield solvent so obviously there's a problem with my sprayer on my car, however he said all floors were vacuum sitting right there in front of me and I said oh, they were, okay open that door right there and take a look at the floor tell me what you think. Of course I said this a little sarcastically but he looked and said, yeah those weren't vacuumed. He proceeded to vacuum myself empty out all the garbage on the floor that he had already told me he removed, that money was done with that I asked about the Windows being cleaned, he made some snarky remark about, Sir we're not a car wash and oil change facility. I said well that's funny because your signature oil change says that you do that. I was at the end of my patients I said come on let's go read your sign. We walked inside to the waiting room where three people were waiting for their vehicles pointing at the sign, he said it says exterior windows, I said you didn't even do those either. So here's the great cap off of the day, AZ were walking back out to my vehicle he goes very briskly out to drag me out and says sir I need to ask you to leave the building right now because you're being a disturbance to my customers and I otherwise I will call the police on you. I'm like what??? I'm a disturbance because you don't do your job correctly??? I started laughing and then I raise my voice I said I dare you to call the police for you not doing your job correctly because I own your job. He continued with idle threats and I said please call them please call the police so they can come over here and witness the most idiotic person I've ever met in my life. Long story short I'm never going to return to a Jiffy Lube until Seth M. Is fired and, after my conversations with his Superior managers, I'm pretty sure that's going to happen. If you're in the customer service industry, learn customer service. Do what you say you did and if you didn't, apologize profusely and correct the situation! Seth you're a brainless idiot asshole and I'm sorry I had the displeasure of ever interacting with you, I hope you crawl into the hole you came from and never returned to the customer service industry. Was very pleased with my and our 2002 Tahoe's first visit here today. I'd driven it cross-country in August, changed the oil then, put on another 3000 miles since and am closing in on 100,000. GM Joseph Lujam was quite personable, professional and amenable to helping me keep the work within our budget. We reviewed mfr suggested 100k work; with Joseph's advice, we did a fair chunk of it today for $173, all of which was satisfactorily explained to me. At 10:00 am on a weekday, there was a steady stream of regular customers--very good sign!--and my wait was quite reasonable and as projected. Will definitely return. Highly recommended. read more

Where do I start? I normally go to jiffy lube with all my vehicles and have been going for years. But this visit will definitely change that. I just purchased a used vehicle and it was leaking from the oil filter. So on Sunday I decided to take it to jiffy lube because I trust them there. I live in vail it is a 30 minute drive. So I told Manuel G. that there was oil leaking from the filter and an oil change was just done 3 days ago. He said I will check it out. I was in the waiting room for a while and then Adil M. came out and said you have the wrong transfer case oil in the vehicle, battery is bad, you need to do a coolant flush and we had to do an oil change because your oil filter was loose. So instead of just tighten the oil filter he charged me for a full oil change. He was just trying to make a sale because I took my vehicle to Toyota and they tested the oil in the transfer case, the battery and radiator coolant and everything was good. Then a couple days later I had to take my car back to jiffy lube because it was leaking oil and another guy said that it was leaking oil due to the fact that the last person at jiffy lube did not take off the oil pan to change the oil filter properly because they decided to be lazy. I will never go back to jiffy lube again and will tell everyone I know to watch out for jiffy lube. I feel like I got ripped off and I hope this never happens to anyone else. It definitely makes jiffy lube look bad. read more

I pulled in with a recently purchased 2006 Highlander Memorial day Weekend 2014, for a transmission fluid change. The fluid was so dirty, these boys drained the fluid a second time and refilled it free of charge. I've rarely seen a group men so on their game as these guys. This is the 2nd time I have been to this Jiffy Lube and I am extremely impressed. As a woman it is hard to find any type of auto mechanic that will not treat you like a complete idiot. The manager and check out clerk that assisted me were very helpful and friendly. I purchased the basic oil change package and their was no rude pressure to do anything more. I declined a new filter and again no rude comments or degrading remarks on my decision. I hope they continue to give this kind of service so I can continue to give them my business. Let me just say that I was afraid to go get an oil change. A simple oil change. I was screwed over last time by Pep Boys and they gave me a run for my money. I wasn't respected and they took advantage of my time. I got to Jiffy Lube and was preparing myself to say I just need an oil change so don't talk to me when I looked out my window Matt was standing there with a smile. I got out and he immediately took me inside and was polite! I was so surprised that any place could be that nice and the men knew it. They explained what was going on while Matt took my car into the service area. Frank, the GM, talked me through everything that was going on with my car. It was a lot of information BUT he insisted that there was no pressure to do anything. It was my decision and he even let me know what I could wait on and what I might consider looking at changing. I expected it to take a while but it took 15 minutes instead of the 10 Frank told me and he was disappointed. Imagine that? Pep Boys thought nothing of taking 4 hours of my day and Frank at Jiffy Lube was sorry to waste 5 minutes. I was so well taken care of I can't even say how much I appreciate it. As soon as everything was done, Matt was waiting outside with my door open and car started. I have never felt like such a valued customer. Honestly, thank you so much! Yes, I paid a little more for the service and Frank gave me every discount he could. I have to say it was some of the best money I've ever spent. Worth every penny. Thank you, Frank. Thank you, Matt. I went here 3 times in a row to change my oil and every single time they found "something" that my car "needed" to get done ASAP. One of these things was the air filter, which was only two weeks old. When I told the guy at the counter that it was brand new, he told me that whoever had changed it must have given me an old one and charged for a new one. Funny, because I bought the new filter at auto zone and my father installed it. After telling him this he said, "ok suit yourself." The next time I was there they urged me to change my serpentine belt for "only" $80. I told them, thanks for letting me know it needs to be changed. Went to pepboys, bought a new one for $12 and had it installed in less than 5 minutes for free by my awesome brother who also showed me how to do it in the future. Jiffy lube wanted $68 for taking less than minutes to install it. Ridiculous! The last time I was there, they urged me to switch out my filter AGAIN, I told them to show it to me, shook the leaves and dirt out and said, "there you go, all better." Never again. They have a sign outside showing a price of $21.99 for an Oil Change. They charged me $29.00 for a so called Signature Oil Change without even asking. I talked to the manager by the name of Nick. What a mistake. He was the rudest person you can imagine telling me that I was hostile towards him from the moment I arrived. Ridiculous. After his tirade I told him that he should work on his customer service skills as I am paying his salary and should be treated appropriately. He just asked me to leave his property. This guy should be fired immediately. Also, they wanted to sell me an Air Filter which I had just replaced a few months earlier. After complaining about their sales tactic I was told that Honda recommends a change every 9000 miles. A blatant lie according to my maintenance schedule it is every 30000 miles. I would say this property should be avoided (maybe Jiffy Lube in general) at all cost it is a total rip off. read more
