Ernesto was very honest and straightforward about what my 2000 Honda CRV needed and was very kind in explaining everything; his explanations were easy to understand and I didn't feel I was being talked down to as a young woman who doesn't know much about cars. I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what my car needed and why. He didn't rush me or try to upsell me anything. Overall he was kind and professional. My girlfriend just went today and everyone was very friendly, safety conscious (wearing masks and distance), and even gave her $20.00 off from a coupon they advertise but she didn't have. She got serviced by Gabriel who was great. He has a very good personality and put her at easy. I also spoke with Gabriel on the phone. I had spoken with someone there yesterday and asked about hours and safety. I believe his name was Frank, so a shout out to him for he who was super friendly and informative. I have been to this Jiffy Lube Location twice and I can't express the great customer service they provide. All of the staff is welcoming, kind and so helpful. The gentleman that helped me on my last visit was extremely respectful, informative and honest. The wait time is typical, if not faster than most depending on what service you receive. Took my car here today and it was $115 for an oil change. $115! That's ridiculous. That's $40 more than earlier this year when I changed it. It was $50 just for the 15 minutes of labor it took. I wish I just walked away and didn't pay, but I needed it changed. The people are nice there, but I think im going to just go elsewhere. I went for an oil change on Sat 9/14/24 and instantly was told my tires needed rotating by the gal that came up to speak to me. My tires were rotated 2 months ago when I replaced 2 of them. Next I was told my air filter needed replacing which was done 3 weeks ago. Very disappointing to be hustled because the next 2 items they recommended didn't ring valid based on the 2 I had recently done and was told were needed. The actual oil change was smooth and efficient. They didn't ask me which oil I wanted (full synthetic) but I caught the guy myself and made sure he knew. The following day I was on the freeway and all of a sudden could hear a very loud noise and something flopping on the ground so I pulled off the freeway to check and the cover that goes below the engine was hanging on by only 1 clip...........the rest had come off or never been fastened after the oil change. I had to remove the remaining clip and remove the cover so I could take it to my mechanic to put back on. Very sloppy and disappointing. Maybe if they weren't under such pressure to upsell you on services you may not need they would pay more attention to the job you came in for..........I won't be back. read more

I get that prices are up on everything, but today my quoted price was nearly double from my last visit, with the excuse that Shell Rotella now has a new $30.00 up charge. I have always paid +/- $80.00 in the past and today's estimate was $149.00. For a $30.00 up charge plus the extra $40.00 I Will take my family's business elsewhere. He was undoubtedly impertinent, curt, and gave the impression he didn't feel like working. He advised this location, and Jiffy Lube in general, no longer service BMW vehicles. If you have a BMW go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change or Brake Masters, as they're able to service BMW. read more

Fist thing in the morning, one of two cars. Plenty of employees hanging out. Informed and showed the representative that I had a coupon and was told, "we don't need that, we got you taken care of"... Then I had to pay full price, which Wouldn't happen at other places I've been. Service took more than twice the time as it has other shops such as Valvoline. Other than that everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed the experience but took much longer than expected almost an hour, then the bill was higher than it was supposed to be, got zero feedback on my vehicle such as tire pressure, air filter status, cabin filter, etc. etc. This combined with my last previous bad experience at a Jiffy Lube, will ensure not only do I go elsewhere, and I'll ensure others do too. I guess I am just used to a different level of service but I was in a pinch and I thought I'd give them a second chance. I got my 4 sparkplugs and engine oil replaced. Check engine on the dashboard disappeared. They cannot fix my tire Warning in dashboard. I was advised to go to american tire center. It got fixed. I would nt mind if they fixed my tire too for the same price. Replacing Sparkplugs and standard oil ( not synthetic) for $200 is pricey. read more
