I went in for an oil change and they didn't close the access to where the oil should be changed so the door to it broke as I was pulling out of my driveway. So I went back so they can replace it and they said they would only be able to put it back. I was confused because it wouldn't be possible because it was broken. So what they did is that they taped the two parts together and two months later it is dragging on the floor again. The day i went in for the oil change they took a long time to come and charge me. I have come to this Jiffy Lube location for my past couple of oil changes and every time, exceptional service. Miguel was the man who checked me in and he was extremely professional, quick and attentive. I am writing this review however to point out the other gentleman who was helping me out, Mike. I had an issue with my dipstick after my oil change and Mike took 45 minutes to help me w/ the issue and did not complain once. He let me know how long until I was able to leave so i wasn't sitting there aimlessly and even apologized for the inconvenience afterwards. This is probably the best customer service i've had in a long time. I highly recommend this location for future oil changes and whatever other issues you may have. read more

Fast and reliable and the service was great they tike under 9 minutes to get my car done they got it done before the food even came.

Don't come here. They didn't check any of my fluids I watched sitting inside my car they only opened my oil cap so oil drained quicker and checked my air filter. My check tire pressure was on I didn't put air to see if they do their job. Guess what? They didn't I left with it on. Inspection like other jiffy lubes to check signals etc nope. Do not do not do not come here. They do not know what they are doing. I went there in the morning to change my oil and they couldn't cause the filter was "on too tight." And I get home few hours later I have a damn puddle of oil. Lube techs. please do not come here or any jiffy lubes. It's just a waste of time Edit: so I went to a local mechanic. They showed me the last person (jiffy lube) cracked the filter cap and did not inform it was cracked and let me drive home leaking oil everywhere. Could've burned my engine and had other problems. They are horribly slow. Rhier 15 minute oil change took over 90 minutes . I was told they were busy but it would still take about 30 minutes or less. It took longer to pay the bill than it did for them to change the oil. Ridiculous They had the nerve to tell me my car was blocking the bay and I needed to move it. If I could give this jiffy lube a million stars I would!! I got my oil changed at a different shop, that other shop completely messed up my car and I got stuck luckily at the jiffy lube parking lot. I walked over and every single worker had no problem helping me. The mechanic working came out and drove my car around and even took photos of what the other shop did wrong for me. Then the manager of the jiffy Lube called the other shop for me!!' The same mechanic who helped me drove me over to the other place that messed up my car. The last few times I had less than pleasant experiences where associates "grunted" at me to pull my vehicle forward. I had the impression I was wasting their time and was treated with great disdain. I was having a problem with my car and the transmission and decided to pull into Jiffy Lube, in Upland. Ernesto, the manager and his team were spot on. They had my engine running and checked my fluid level on my transmission. They determined that the previous mechanic had overfilled my transmission. They turned my engine off and preceded to extract transmission fluid from the over filled transmission. In less than 20 minutes, they had me back on the road. The car was running fine now. They were very helpful. I asked Ernesto how much I owed, and he said "no charge, but next time my car needed servicing come back and see him." My check engine light was on, I initially took it to the dealership but they wanted to charge $215 just to diagnose it. I decided to call around for better options. The first place I called was Firestone in Upland and despite them being busy on a Saturday, once I told them the issue, they asked for me to bring it there and they'll diagnose it for me quickly at least to see if it's safe to drive. Well, it turns out that it was an extremely quick fix and they reset it for me with no charge. I appreciate their service and the nice workers there. read more

I went in today with a mind set that they weren't going to be able to assist me in such short notice but as soon as I stepped in, I was helped & was told to pull my car in. Mark T. was extremely helpful he taught me a few things about my car that I wasn't aware of & tips on how to help me maintain my car with all the traveling that I do. He was very knowledgeable, helped me understand what some of there therm, offered some suggestions & at the end when my car was ready when he ranged me up he also promoted some of Jiffy Lubes promotions/offers that are available. It my be a part of their process & procedures but the fact he cleaned my window, added air to my tires, vacuumed the front floor it really made me feel special & he was great. Angel was really nice and helpful. He pulled up all my info and what I've gotten done previous times at jiffy lube since I had no idea.
