Don't come here. They didn't check any of my fluids I watched sitting inside my car they only opened my oil cap so oil drained quicker and checked my air filter. My check tire pressure was on I didn't put air to see if they do their job. Guess what? They didn't I left with it on. Inspection like other jiffy lubes to check signals etc nope. All in all poor service won't be returning. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to valvoline! read more

If I could give this jiffy lube a million stars I would!! I got my oil changed at a different shop, that other shop completely messed up my car and I got stuck luckily at the jiffy lube parking lot. I walked over and every single worker had no problem helping me. The mechanic working came out and drove my car around and even took photos of what the other shop did wrong for me. Then the manager of the jiffy Lube called the other shop for me!!' The same mechanic who helped me drove me over to the other place that messed up my car. I was having a problem with my car and the transmission and decided to pull into Jiffy Lube, in Upland. Ernesto, the manager and his team were spot on. They had my engine running and checked my fluid level on my transmission. They determined that the previous mechanic had overfilled my transmission. They turned my engine off and preceded to extract transmission fluid from the over filled transmission. In less than 20 minutes, they had me back on the road. The car was running fine now. They were very helpful. I asked Ernesto how much I owed, and he said "no charge, but next time my car needed servicing come back and see him." My check engine light was on, I initially took it to the dealership but they wanted to charge $215 just to diagnose it. I decided to call around for better options. The first place I called was Firestone in Upland and despite them being busy on a Saturday, once I told them the issue, they asked for me to bring it there and they'll diagnose it for me quickly at least to see if it's safe to drive. Well, it turns out that it was an extremely quick fix and they reset it for me with no charge. I appreciate their service and the nice workers there. read more

They are horribly slow. Rhier 15 minute oil change took over 90 minutes . I was told they were busy but it would still take about 30 minutes or less. It took longer to pay the bill than it did for them to change the oil. Ridiculous They had the nerve to tell me my car was blocking the bay and I needed to move it. This is my third time visiting this location. I have had a mixture of experiences that left me questioning the ethics and overall business practices of Jiffy Lube. The last few times I had less than pleasant experiences where associates "grunted" at me to pull my vehicle forward. I had the impression I was wasting their time and was treated with great disdain. Mark T. was extremely helpful he taught me a few things about my car that I wasn't aware of & tips on how to help me maintain my car with all the traveling that I do. Came here expecting to drop my car off and wait at least an hour. They told me I can stay in my car and it'll take about 10 minutes. That was so convenient since I was in a bit of a hurry. Angel was really nice and helpful. He pulled up all my info and what I've gotten done previous times at jiffy lube since I had no idea. I just left Jiffy Lube in Upland on foothill Boulevard and I cannot thank the men that work there enough I had an oil change done at 1 o'clock this afternoon in Azusa at a Jiffy Lube and I drove my car home loaded it up to go to Lake Arrowhead, I had my dog and as I was driving along the 210 Fwy something started to rattle underneath my car. Low and behold they did not screw my plate back on and it was banging underneath my car from the wind. My husband wanted me to have the car towed home. However, I was able to find a Jiffy Lube still open in Upland on foothill Boulevard and they helped me fix the the problem. They screwed the dangling plate back on and I was on my way.
