Waited for 15 minutes to get checked in. Several other people who came in after me were checked in before me. When I was finally checked in I was told that the oil level in my truck was so low that it didn't register and that my coolant was 2 gallons low. Of course I was concerned since I have my oil changed at regular intervals. When they finished changing my oil I was told that I was misinformed before that the oil was only slightly low and the coolant was only a quart low. Then they proceeded to try and sell me several other services. I will never go back here. They thought because I was a women that they could scare me into buying all kinds of services. I went home and told my husband what happened and he checked over the truck and was very upset that they tried to pull one over on me. He went back to talk with them to tell them how upset we were with the service I received. It fell on deaf ears. read more

I had a great experience at this jiffy lube i was greeted at my truck and walked to a computer where they explained to me the different types of oil. After selecting my oil they walked me in side giving me a tour of the lobby, Even offering to get me a cup of coffee. It was only a couple of minutes that they where back in talking about my manufacturer recommendation and a vehicle inspection where we decided to get some wiper blades wich they even gave me free rainx treatment on my windshield. It was moments later that they came back in called me by name and told me i was all done. It was quick easy and had great customer service. I would recommend jiffy lube to every one. read more

I went here to get my oil changed a couple months back while I was visiting a friend. Everything was fine. Just took my car to the south hill jiffy lube today and after they checked all my filters they noticed that the filter I had replaced at the yelm location was smashed and carelessly shoved in there. I paid $50 to get this replaced and now have to pay another $50 to get it replaced AGAIN because of their carelessness. The filter looks like they got frustrated because they couldn't get it in the first time so they just shoved it in there damaging it. Never experienced such poor work quality and definitely will never come back again. Ridiculous. read more

Took my car to Yelm Jiffy Lube on May 10 2017, returned home to a phone message from them stating there was a problem with my drain plug and I needed to return. Checked my oil level and it was dry. After adding oil and returning to Yelm Jiffy Lube the problem of the drain plug was blamed on the previous oil change and the oil plug was secured, oil replaced and money refunded. I returned home to another phone message stating the manager wanted to recheck the work. Unable to return the next day I went the day after, was told a different story about the problem with the drain plug when I stated this the manager who from the start was aggressive became very rude. His comments to me included " you're still talking" " You didn't change your own oil, did you, I didn't think so" and when I stated he was rude, he told me I was rude. I arrived here around 9am. I was greeted promptly by one of the mechanics. He had asked the simple preliminary questions and then told me the wait time. Upon initial assessment they suggested other services and then reminded me of the estimated waiting time. My experience here has been one of the best out of the entire franchise. The service was great here! From when I pulled in and the held my car door open for me the service that I got was impeccable. The attendant held the door opened while she walked me in and made sure that she seated me and offered me coffee or water. They had a Disney movie on for my daughter to watch while we waited as well as having a little table with coloring books to keep her occupied. When I was about to check out they told me what my issues were but didn't push me to buy the extra products. I was able to get a good deal here and got great service. You will love this Jiffy Lube. Unique, amazing customer service. I decided to do the oil change on my new Subaru Crosstrek myself this time around... Well, I stripped the bolt and was stuck in a cruddy place. I thought, maybe the reason that I stripped it was because the jiffy lube guys put it on too tight (turns out, they get that a lot). I took it to Jiffy Lube to see if they could help me out. A guy by the name of Thomas met me in the lobby and invited me to check out what I was doing wrong. Without going into too much detail, the man was awesome. He showed me how the angle ended up stripping the bolt, used an extraction kit to pull off the drain plug, and ended up replacing it for me super fast. I was blown away by how good the customer service was. The new bolt was way higher quality and I ended up not stripping it the second time. Thomas has a great team at this Jiffy Lube and will take care of your car (or fix your mistakes in some cases). I plan to still use them every other oil change. Great experience! On 12/19/13 I went to this business for the Signature service.She told me this was the deluxe service and many things would be done to my car.Vacuum,wash Windows,check and fill tire pressure where just a few on the list.The bill was very expensive and delighted to pampered my car. I drove home and started to inspect my car. There was NO vacuuming done,NO window wash(the pop from the night before was still on 2 windows ) and my left front tire was still a little low. I was SO disapointef. I called the store and.spoke with the lady who serviced my car. When I asked if she vacuumed she said she didn't see Amy crux on my floors.There were pine needles every where. I told her I knew the car had not been vacuumed and Windows had not been washed nor the tires checked. She told me to come.back in and she would vacuum and wash the windows. Why should I have to drive back into town AGAIN. This should have been done correctly the first time. She is a lazy person. I will not be back to this jiffy lube. Thank you Deborah. read more
