I wish there was a bit more char and that the pineapple was grilled. But I'd get it again. Carne asada burrito 4/5 Solid burrito. Carne asada was def my favorite meat. Juicy and tasty. The burrito had all the usual fixings and I devoured it. Of note, the green salsa has a kick so not as mild as tomatillo usually is. The al pastor seeped into the shells which made it super flavorful and rich. Topped off with cilantro, white onions, pico de Gallo, sour cream, and lime, it tastes like heaven. The quesadillas were perfect. The cheese seeped into the shell which made it so tender but crunchy and it tasted amazing with the lime and salsa. Only thing I would have like better if it was sliced through a mandolin to be more like a slaw rather than a rough chop with uneven pieces of cabbage and onion. I prefer the traditional curtido but would add red pepper flakes. The salsa was really good and everything went well together.
