I wasn't trying to treat wrinkles or remove freckles. If anything, the laser worsened my rosacea and made my already sensitive skin more sensitive. The receptionists/sales ladies were always very friendly. However, the main issue I had was the inconsistency with expertise. I had a different technician at every session and received very different information and advice. One technician literally refused to laser my face that day because my skin was already agitated, whereas previous technicians proceeded anyway. Some technicians (including some receptionists) strongly suggested the "duo" treatment, which ended up aggravating my skin and resulted in a couple of surprise zits. Interestingly enough, the technician at a later session told me I should NOT get the duo as it would be too much for my skin and I didn't need it. Inconsistencies. Case in point. So, while I don't think this business deserves a one star review, I do agree that it's definitely not for everyone. I also really disliked being asked to tip at the end of every session. Despite the initial promo, the treatments were still quite expensive. Call me the cheap a-hole all you want, but I never did leave a tip. I didn't get any results. I also don't tip my dentist and those cleanings require more skill.

No prob, I rather pay the business directly. They honored the Groupon price. I added an add-on to my service, which is normally priced at $20, but they charged me $30 for it. You could hear them talking about charging me $30 for it vs $20 since I was a Groupon deal (assuming it's already money lost for them). You can hear *everything* because there is no separation between "rooms". Just curtains. My fault for not saying anything in the moment... Outside of this, as alluded to, there are no rooms so there is no privacy or sense of relaxation. If you don't want to be on Groupon because you won't make $$ off of it, then take yourself off. However, my personal Yelp laziness aside, Marina is an extremely qualified nurse practitioner and knowledgeable on every procedure she offers. Her hobby literally is going to trainings. She LOVES what she does and this (working on faces) is her modality of art. She is truly GIFTED! Marina is an adept professional. I'm turning 52 next month and have included a couple recent pics taken 5/26/26 because I look better now than a decade ago. The selfie was taken in Vegas during BTS's "Arirang: The City Las Vegas" event. If you are interested in perfect aesthetics execution while talking about BTS, k-dramas and the best Chinese restaurant in the area, go to Marina...oh, she also knows which bakeries sell mooncakes year round, Marina should be your "go-to" provider. I absolutely trust Marina. I've tried to push her to turn up the ResurFX laser and she said "no, because i don't want to burn you or bring out any hyperpigmentation". She cares about her patients and is conservative when it comes to treatments. Like for botox and filler, you can always get more later. Dissolving filler hurts WAY more than getting it. I know this from first hand experience when my filler migrated a little above my upper lip line - very common since we move our mouths a lot every day. Her injection technique (usually by cannula, so I never get bruising) is flawless. Ive never had bumps in my lips like I've heard other people complaining about from other providers, i generally look great leaving her office and basically never get bruising, even though I hear it's very common. She also will warn me of anything that may cause hyperpigmentation since I'm Asian and have an olive skin tone. I love that she is completely aware of what will cause hyperpigmentation in skin of all ethnicities. As a lesbian interracial couple (I am white, my partner is Asian), the exclusionary behavior felt deeply biased and unacceptable. My partner did not feel safe, respected, or welcomed here. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to people of color. Or anyone for that matter.
