No fuss, no muss... and I was probably in and out of there is less than 3 minutes. This was during the middle of the lunch rush too! The second time, I ordered on the app, and it was ready before the time quoted. That's always a plus. I've only ordered here the two times so far, but both experiences have been better than average. Most Subway shops always miss something or don't read my specifications closely, so it's not always made to my liking. So far, they're batting 1.000 here though! Not much else to say, except it meets and probably slightly exceeds expectations.

Today (June 10), I had gotten caught in a rainstorm, was running late, and decided to pick up dinner on the way home. There was one guy in line ahead of me, and a longer line forming behind me. The guy had a big order for his whole family, and instead of ordering ahead online (which is really easy), he was reading each individual order (about 8 total) off his phone. The four young people working that line tonight were so pleasant and professional. He kept getting the parts mixed up and making corrections, but they never missed a beat. When he finally paid and left, they were still smiling while serving me. My husband wants extra of this & less of that on his Original Italian, and they followed all of the instructions perfectly. I kept being told to "finish setting up my account" while also being told I already had one. After an hour on the phone with customer service, the order had to be placed as a guest because the system wasn't working properly. On Christmas Day, I followed the cooking instructions exactly for medium rare. I'm an experienced cook, my oven works fine, and the casseroles from HoneyBaked cooked perfectly. But the Prime Rib came out severely overcooked and dry. It was embarrassing and barely eaten -- especially frustrating for a $200 piece of meat. Corporate customer service was apologetic and said a refund was appropriate, but because it was a local pickup, the store had to handle it. When the store manager called me, the response was dismissive. I was told, "No one else had any problems" and that "everyone raved about how good it was," implying it was my fault. The only offer made was 20% off a future Easter ham -- meaning I'd have to spend more money to be "compensated" for a failed holiday meal. No follow-up ever happened after that. Between the website issues, the overcooked Prime Rib, and the poor handling of the complaint, this was not the premium experience I expected from HoneyBaked.

We spent all that time waiting, expecting our food to be ready soon, only to discover that nothing had been done. Waiting that long is already unacceptable, but waiting an hour and a half for an order that was never even started is beyond disappointing. Better communication and basic customer service could have prevented this entire experience. If the kitchen was overwhelmed or unable to fulfill our order, they should have been honest with us from the beginning instead of wasting our time.

After an appropriate amount of time to let me know I wasn't important and I will get helped when I get helped. I was rudely told with attitude "what do you want " I felt like a burden like I was interrupting with my order. Then I was given soggy fries you know how you can taste that they're still kind of frozen. Soggy wet bread( felt like slime in my mouth) yuk !definitely not worth the attitude. Charlie can keep his cheese steak im not participating anymore.
