If I could give the store zero stars I would simply because of the dirtiness of the facility and the unhelpfulness of the employees, I had ordered two subs for me and my partner I was on my way to work in about 30 minutes, which would give me time to run it back to him but when I got back home, my sub was not there I'd went back to the restaurant, even though knowing I'm going to be late to my job which is cause for termination. Ordered a reg #11 Country Club (ham, turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, mayo) for delivery 06/04. Driver was great however, whoever made the sandwich couldn't even make a simple off the menu sandwich. The sandwich that was delivered had ham, turkey, provolone, lettuce, onion and mustard. These new employees are not being trained properly and upper management needs to be held accountable for improper training. As someone who managed a competitor's sandwich shop I am throughly unimpressed with this location and management. Get it fixed or you'll start to loose customers. read more

I am a huge can of Jimmy Johns and my friends and I always come here for lunch because not only are the sandwiches made really fast here, they taste great, and the staff are true professionals! They come out with new menus time to time, but I always stick with the classic number 2 or the BLT. The 8inch french bread is the perfect size for a small meal that will have you leaving very content. This location is always pretty easy to access and the facilities are very clean. I've had experiences dining in at chains where the bathrooms were not well kept or the tables still had food stains on them. It seems the staff here take pride in taking care of their establishment. I know this is a chain restaurant, but honestly they deserve a applause of the professionalism and great customer care they uphold. Even today, when they messed up on a sandwich, they gladly fixed me up a new one. If you have never tried Jimmy johns or never been to one at this location, i strongly advise you all to! read more

I was really impressed with the cleanliness, fast service and wonderful attitude of everyone working at this location. I walked up and was immediately greeted and order a #1. By the time I had paid it was ready. After I ate I was looking around for a napkin, several staff members noticed that I was looking for something and pointed me towards the napkins. This may seem like a small thing but it tells me that these people are aware of their customers and are actively trying to provide good customer service. That is 5 stars in my book. First time visiting a JJ. The store was very clean and subs were made SUPER fast. Like, as I was getting my $$$ out to pay for our subs, the subs were ready! I assume JJ is known for their fast service because they don't offer any hot subs, from what I could tell ... so no cheese-steaks. Bummer, cuz I prefer hot subs. They lose another half-star for having no salt and pepper. I LOVE salt and pepper on my food -- especially sub sandwiches and such. So when I asked for salt and pepper packets, I was disappointed to learn that they don't carry any. The sub bread is made fresh every day, and I'm a fan of their bread. Very good. They sell rolls of yesterday's bread for 50 cents. Overall, it's a good spot if you're looking for a super fast, reasonably-priced, rather basic cold sub sandwich. read more

Absolutely worst customer service ever. There was no line so there was no rush. The young girl taking orders did not actively participate from what kind of sandwich to do you want a meal to do you want all condiments on the sandwich. Once I realized the sandwiches were being made without asking I added that I didn't want onions. Moving to the end I told them it was to go, because again no one ever asked ONE question during the ordering process. They simply placed a bag on the counter for me to bag my own items. The subs and side options weren't really special. The fact that they don't offer hot subs doesn't make any sense to me. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. My first and last visit to this place on the first time ever going to any jimmy johns we thought well it's new lets try it so I bought 8subs yes 8 and this place messed up mine totally by not even giving me the sandwich at all I got home which mind you is 45 mins away and I see the error so I called the employees acted like I was lying and were very rude about it when the manger got on the phone he was as rude and as little help to me about what they were going to do to fix said issue my husband went back there to get the sandwich and they gave him a messed up order again and my family hates this place I'd sooner starve then go again.. Iv been to their location once..there was no one there (on a Tuesday night) but the employees were super friendly. They had an awesome music selection going, i felt like was at a fun night club. The food was good and they even have cherry coke!:) As for delivery, I'm currently waiting on my first online delivery with them..so we'll see how it goes. Online Order # 225161304 - I placed an online order for pickup. I couldn't place a delivery order because they do not deliver the 5.4 miles to my store. So, I had a friend pickup the order for on his way to my store. He picked up the order and delivered it to me. The BBQ chips and chocolate chip cookie I ordered online were NOT in the bag. I called the store...I was informed that my friend would have needed to take these items off the shelf himself. This is worst Jimmy Johns I have ever ordered from. Although the food is good, the service is awful! There have been numerous occasions that I have had a sandwich delivered to my work that the order was completely wrong; i.e. I order a sub with extra avocado (an extra charge), when I receive it there is no avocado at all. Or I ask for no cheese and there is a pile of cheese. I have called them about the problems & all I get is an "I'm sorry."
