The store is less than 1 mile away from me. .7 miles. And they won't deliver here because it is to the left of Agler Road off of Sunberry. An extra quarter mile and I can go to Subway if I have to pick up. Ridiculous. I would like to point out that the young lady that was on the phone and that I spoke to in person when I did go by the store, was absolutely fantastic. But she could not give me the franchise owners contact information or her general manager who may actually be the owner. She said she does not have any kind of information on what their actual delivery area is. It took me less than six minutes to drive there 2.2 miles away. And it just boggles my mind at the shortsightedness as the area that I live in has a couple thousand different apartments and homes and it's a missed opportunity. The hotels in their area wow very close may also have mostly travelers from out of state or out of town that do not know what Jimmy John's is. Bad business, missed opportunity. Subway was less than two minutes away from their location and if I'm out, I'm going there. read more

Just walked from the 4 points and dined in. Upon returning to the hotel, the delivery driver dropped off and order. When I got back to my room I watched the driver pull over and shit behind a tree in the parking lot. The store is less than a block from here. He then drove off not returning to the store. I feel sorry for the next delivery he made after since I am assuming that since he didn't have toilet paper with him, he also didn't have anything to wash his hands...... read more

The "turkey Tom" sandwich they served me was brown and rotten! I called corporate and provided a feedback form, but they've done nothing. Since the location is a flagship store. Hopefully this post and these pictures will encourage people to check their food before leaving or don't order from them. I hope it's resolved soon. read more

1544 N Cassady Ave. Columbus Ohio: Ordered lunch today, paid for it online, the delivery "pronoun" stated that I had to sign the receipt to receive my order, previous orders were all left at the front door, I couldn't sign for it and he kept my sandwich and said I would not be refunded. Compared to the Jimmy John's on 5th Ave, this Jimmy John's SUCKS! They are super SLOW whether you call ahead, go through the drive thru or go inside, you wait on average 6-10 minutes (when it usually takes 1-3 elsewhere). They get my order wrong half the time! (Since when does add onions mean sprouts?) Their wheat bread is often over baked and the crust is very dark and kind of burnt tasting. They've lost our online order before. They offered no remedy other than delivering an hour late. They've taken as long as 45 minutes for a delivey. We live 1 mile from the store. (Yes sometimes we are THAT lazy). Service ranges from really friendly and great to indifferent. The only positive is that is IS so close to our house and in general, a JJ's sammy is a JJ's sammy,. If I can, I always stop at 5th avenue on my way home from work instead of stopping here.. I just can't trust them not to eff up or take forever. read more

I ordered for delivery. It took an hour to get one sandwich. When the driver finally got here he was rude and complaining that he is the only delivery driver that night and bi**hing that I "made him deliver to a busy street." Because of the length of time and his attitude I decided not too give him a tip. When he noticed the receipt didn't have a tip He started to DEMAND that I tip him. I told him i wasn't tipping him because of how long it took and because he is rude. He got so pushy about giving him a tip that I had to shut the door on him. I called the store and spoke with the manager who told me that there have been several complaints about him. She said she was sending me a gift certificate for a free sandwich. I wasn't complaining in order to get something for free, but ok. After I got off the phone and unwrapped my sandwich I found that the order was wrong. Now I'm glad I'll be getting that gift certificate. That would make up for my sandwich being wrong. A week to the day I got 3 cards for free sandwiches. COOL! That is until I looked closer ... the cards expired 04/01/2013. No folks, that's not a typo! The cards expired in 2013!!! Shows how much Jimmy John's really cares. i was in town for business recently, and we decided to try this sandwich shop becuz our only other options at 8pm was mcdonalds, wendys, or subway. i didn't quite know what to expect, but having read some decent reviews of other jimmy johns stores, i decided to give it a go. our sandwiches were made very fast. i wonder if it was becuz there was no one else in the store. anyway... i ordered the italian night club sandwich. since i'm a big eater, i was kinda disappointed in the size of the sandwich. the menu board said it was 8", but it felt smaller than that. my first bite into the sandwich was....memorable. the meat was SO-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O flavorful. the italian dressing just added to the over all deliciousness. i inhaled this sandwich, wanting more. it was so damn good; i seriously considered ordering another sandwich. i would've given this place 5 stars, but the sandwiches are too damn small. they should seriously consider making it a foot-long. if it were a foot-long sandwich, they would have 5 stars. one of the best sandwiches i've ever eaten. period. ps- it was so awesome that we went back to grab a sandwich for the airplane ride home. read more

Staying at the hotel next door. It's a Jimmy John's...Have no problems here or at any of their other locations. I like that they were open til 10pm. Food is always fresh, and I always get my food within 2 or 3 minutes. Bread and meat are always so fresh, and I always get a consistent product. read more

Okay, Jimmy Johns, I order a "slim" sandwich, meaning just the meat and cheese on a bun. As I pay I am offered mustard or mayo packets. I say no thanks but oil and vinegar would be nice on the sub. I am told they are not allowed to do that because it's a "slim". This was my first experience with this restaurant. I am not real sure I want to go back. The mustard and mayo packets would cost the business much more than a squirt of oil and vinegar, yet they are not allowed to let me have oil and vinegar on my sandwich. Odd. read more

Hot damn, they deliver fast!! Pretty sure they constructed my sandwich in the back of their van on the way here. The Beach Club sandwich is a safe bet. Also, I highly recommend the pickles. My boyfriend and I stopped here after work the other day needing a fast and good lunch. We both ended up with food poisoning. :( This was the only thing all day that we ate that was the same, so we know it came from either the turkey, lettuce, mayo, or the bacon on the sandwiches. He ordered a Club LuLu and I got the Beach Club add bacon. Something here must have been left out bit too long. I've never had issues at any other Jimmy Johns.... Friendly crew. Marginal food. Menu says that you can have sprouts on the veggie sub. When you ask for sprouts, the response is "we have not carried them for a long time". Ugh. Not really a fan of JJ. I think Jersey Mike's, although expensive, is so much better. read more

I order from here a lot, since I like to eat healthier and it is close and delivers. They've never messed up my order no matter how much I change on it. My only complaint is that sometimes my unwich isn't wrapped very well. It appears as if have just the end of a head of lettuce left and are trying to get by only using that. I was in the Cassady store to have lunch and seen that the Manger was very mean to her employee's bossing them around when she was doing nothing the hole time but talking to other employee's.By me owning my own company I feel that the boss has to get there hands dirty as well to make the company grow and being rude to your employee's is not the right way to go no matter how stressful the job is. I don't plan to come back I'm also sending a letter to BBB as well what I seen in the 45mins I was their was not right at all there's a way to talk to people and treat them with respect. Went inside to eat and what a mistake that was. As soon as you walk up to the front door you can hear the music from inside. The employees have the music turned up so loud you have to yell to place your order. They also have to yell when your food is ready. Saw other customers that had to bag their own take out orders. I hope this isn't standard practice with Jimmy John's. We are sitting in our pick up eating dinner; good times. Guess we should have gone to Subway. Never coming back. read more

First time here; have seen Jimmy John's but hadn't stopped before. In town for business; staying at a hotel. Pouring rain... no umbrella... but there's a Jimmy John's two parking lots away. I go. First time there, reading the menu - the woman behind the counter making the sandwiches was rude, rude, RUDE. Fast service and gentleman at the cash register was nice. But sandwich-maker lady...rude. She actually sighed and was annoyed when I asked for a bag (because, you know, I'm getting takeout...). Hoagie okay, but not great. Bread is tasty and I like adding cucumbers to the sandwich, but the tuna is a bit dry. Big sign on wall says "don't forget your pickle". I love pickles. Didn't want to bother RUDE lady again to ask... so I ended up pickle-less. Not sure if I'll try another Jimmy John's after this experience, but I do know I'll never spend money at this one again. Ghetto!! All of my former experiences were through the drive thru so I got to miss all the shenanigans going on inside the restaurant. Upon entering, all of the employees were facing inward discussing something non-work related. One assembly worker elbowed the order taker to let her know I was there. After she took my order, I observed the ridiculous behavior of these employees: the drive-thru kid though wearing gloves was on his cell phone (what purpose would the gloves serve after handling money and his cell phone??) and another employee had busied herself with eating cheese straight out of the bin that they use on customer's sandwiches. She decided she had had her fill and sauntered at a snail's pace to the side and gently wrapped it up and laid it there until I'm assuming there is another lull and she has time to feed her face. Other employees stood around idle and watched others work. There were way too many employees on site as well as an obvious lack of authority keeping these hulligans in check.
